I came to the counter to order to be told that I have to order at the Kiosk behind me that I've seen at many other locations I been to as well. I said no thank you I'll order here with you. We came here for a QUICK breakfast on the way into OC. We obviously chose the wrong side. We waited for 10 minutes (arrived at 8:20- didn't have our order taken until 8:30) and there was only 1 car infront of us the entire time. The kid taking our order literally ignored the guy infront of us. Then came on apologizing for that... not acceptable. When we were cashing out he messed up something and tried to laugh it off. I don't think I have ever been to a McDonald's that messed up more times than this one, what a McShame! Consistently giving me the incorrect items, like how are gonna fill a large soda cup with water? That's a violation. Furthermore, the night shift workers are unintelligible and frustrating to talk to, overall terrible service and communication. Customer service is dead! Went thru drive thru and the first thing the dude tells me is "Go ahead and order", not a "Hello", not a "Thank you for choosing McDonalds", but a "Go ahead and order"....WTH?! Once I place my order, he doesn't even repeat my order, doesn't give me a total, doesn't ask what kind of sauce I want for the McNuggets...."Alright, pull up to the window" is what he tells me!!!! I decided to call right then while at the drive thru to speak to a manager, they pick up the phone and hang it right up! I dialed again and got thru to a manager, only to have him sound flustered and not even offer any type of explanation or resolution. I pay, get to the 2nd window to get my food & I see that they have BBQ sauce notated on the receipt, when I didn't even get asked what kind of sauce I wanted!!!! Horrible Service, I went into this place at 6:00 in the morning for the breakfast sandwich and 2 Hash brown and paid 8 dollars with Tiny orange juice. Wow... What a crappy experience. I don't expect much from McDonald's but this one sucks. Went here for the first time with some friends and used their new automated cashiers to skip the line. My boyfriend and I waited around for almost 30 minutes for our order while we watched other customers that arrived there way after us get their food with no problems. Not only until I went up to the front MYSELF to ask about my order did the employees do anything about it. Unbelievable. My order number was listed under "Served" for a good 10 minutes and there was nothing. Eventually they handed us our order and apologized, but you would think they would give us a free sundae or apple pie for the long wait. Should have gone through the drive thru so they could not afford to make us wait and stall up the line. read more

Besides waiting forever for someone to take my order, I get to the window to pay and she doesn't even have my order. Takes my order I pay than proceed to the next window. Lady hands me my food and it's wrong of course. I order a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. It has bacon. So I hand it back. She asks what did you order again. I tell her again. She said ok no problem. Comes back with my bag of food and I assume it's correct. Get home and it's wrong, OF COURSE. I Get a sausage biscuit with cheese, NO EGG. Now I'm not a rocket scientist or anything but it's not that hard. It's just sad that they are so worried about pumping people thru the drive thru that they can't take that extra second to double check an order. Worst mcdonalds I've ever been to and it's terrible that they BARELY opened and they're already this horrible. The workers ALWAYS have an attitude, never smile, always very blunt, and RARELY even say hello at the window. On our last visit, the girl at the window was stuffing her face with cookies and talking to us with her mouth full while chewing and closing the window before we could even respond to her each time while the manager on duty was right by her not saying anything about what she was doing. There was only one good worker there that night, we didn't get his name but he was in the back bagging our food and brought it to the window and explained to us what was in each bag and told us to have a good night. read more

Went there last night did a phone order thinking it will be shorter or just to not be in line parked for 40 min until food finally arrived was already upset then I get home to find out I was missing my sons food and the food was cold and fries were stale cold. This 5 star is because of an employee named Jessica because if she had not showed me her hospitality at this new McDonalds on Iowa I would never go in there again. I go to this Micky Dees because of their classical music very different environment "I love it....classical music that is" so I complete my order and wait to be called. When I go to pick it up this chick (an employee) I'll just call her employee "A" acts like I am invisible and I have to call her on the carpet cause attitude gets my attention and we have had this problem before like I said she has some serious "stinking thinking" going on towards me at least (I'm a beautiful black woman taking time out for some lunch). So, I ask to speak with the manager that day but he just looks like I am from outer space or something so I just move on and finish my food.
