The choice of getting completely overcome with noxious smells from the bathrooms. Like most people, we don't want to think that the bathrooms we are using is one the "toxic waste" dumping list. Regardless of what time you arrive at this location expect to be confronted by these odors. The young lady assisting for orders in the drive thru is very rude and racist. Also, we forgot to ask for ketchup so we approached a staff outside and that staff gave us an attitude. This McDonald's has never got my order right if I have more than 5 items, not once over the past three or so years. Either missing an item, wrong flavor of drink, extra stuff, or somebody else's order entirely. My favorite incident occurred last night, where I found myself ordering for my family (5 meals) and thinking "I need to check the bags for everything...", but before I could do that, they had me pull off to waiting area and wait for the rest of the food to be brought out to my car because the order was larger - not a big deal, completely understandable. As I waited, another vehicle pulled up beside me, which I assumed was for the same reason. Next I see an employee come out of McDonald's with a couple bags of goods and proceed to the vehicle that pulled up next to me and hand them the bags... I continue to watch and think to myself "man, they got their order pretty quick" and was curious if that might have been my order. I continue watching the family pass out the food and look confused for a bit, then I watched the family put all the food put it back in the bags and then watch the driver bring the food back to the drive through. Less than a minute later, the same food in the same bags even more than presented to me as my order. I asked the lady if these are the same bags and food items that were passed around in the vehicle next to me...she said "no, we changed the bags". huh? I mean...I guess that's better than nothing when it comes to ensuring the Bag is clean but what about the food getting passed around? It didn't seem to register and I just wanted to move on but lo and behold, they messed up the order by forgetting 2 different items (which I paid for). I'm absolutely done with this place. You might as well just have them pick the food out they think you want and have and tally' it up for you - it all tastes the same anyways - like a chewy salt lick. read more

This franchise gets our orders wrong about 1 in 3 times. We ordered unsweetened ice teas today and drove away with sweetened tea. The drive through line was extremely long so we did not go back. Check your orders in the car before driving off. Order accuracy is terrible. I suggest Dana Point instead. read more

This was quite honestly the best 1am drive thru McDonald's experience I have ever had. My boyfriend and I really needed an early pick me up driving from San Diego to Fresno and whoever was working the drive thru absolutely made our night. As we gave him our rather complicated order, his sleepy voice gave pause after about the sixth item. This pause was then punctuated by an enthusiastic "MOTHERF*****" followed by a much more uncomfortable pause then interrupted by our laughter. He apologized sincerely and assured us that he did not know his mic was still on. After an exchange of "it's all right bro" and "yeah cool dude", he repeated our order back to us, accepted our coupon at the window, and made the best frape and hashbrowns that have ever been consumed. 10/10 would recommend. I don't normally leave many reviews for fast food spots, but I have been in the routine of cooking to this location once a week for the last couple of months before work. I use the drive through everytime so I don't know they inside. The customer service has been great at the drive through. At least twice the customer service rep was able to lower my bill due to some deal they had. They also start lunch at 1030am Sharp - which is the time I get there. They've never let me down. read more

Pulled into the drive thru and after waiting 5 minutes at the menu, with nobody asking to take our order or to hang on, pulled up to the second window. After another, 5 minutes later, the guy finally came over and said, "Yeah. We're closed because too many people called out." For sure sucks people called out but at least put a sign up on the drive thru menu or something since 2 of their signs say 24 hours. When I was younger I used to work for one and we were very efficient at our jobs. This location s performance was horrible. I was there in line for 15 minutes talking to their cashier very clearly what I wanted but she did not understand. My order was a vegatarian egg McMuffin aka no bacon. I also asked for a McGriddle with an additional mcchicken paddy added. For some odd reason the cashier was trying to put the Canadian bacon on my McGriddle with out the mc chicken paddy. I had to call for manager help and she also didn't get it. When I got my order I got the Canadian bacon on my McGriddle with a southern style chicken sandwich aswell. I go here almost everyday to get an Ice Tea. Each time it's the same, regular tea with extra ice and a lemon. Sounds super simple to me. I often get a gross sweet tea or barely any ice or the lemon. The line is sooooooooooooo slow. I now always ask, regular? Can I have a side cup of ice. It's on the screen ,how do they not see it!!! Extremely bad review! When I was there yesterday (April 27, 2014 around 650pm) I had walked into the restroom and I had witnessed an employee walk out of the bathroom stall and directly out of the restroom...WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!!! 24 hour drive-thru window! That's my favorite part about this location. This is the McDonald's that I usually stop at before completing a drive to/from San Diego and OC/LA. It's at an ideal midpoint location between the two. The place is pretty clean for a mcdonalds and the service isn't bad as well. The drive thru can get pretty packed during the usual mealtime hours so don't park near the drive thru lane if you're coming inside or you'll get stuck! Leaving the parking lot can be a challenge sometimes if there's a lot of traffic fresh from the nearby freeway exits. I've stopped here many times to get a quick McCafe coffee drink before driving through the long stretch of wilderness on the 5 south to sd, which can make you sleepy at times. read more

This USED to be our stopping place between SD and LA. After this experience, no more. Morning stop: Got order to-go. Ordered Pancakes and milk for my infant son. When we were on the road, we discovered the milk was out of code. We called to inform them they were giving out bad milk. They said thanks for letting them know and offered to replace it. Evening stop on the way home: We returned the milk for exchange and they made a big deal about it being hot. It was in the car all day while we were at "the park" and it was already bad anyway. At least we had the unused product and receipt. in addition, the ice dispenser was covered with a black mold. We extracted a sample and showed an employee. They didn't put up a sign or send anyone out immediately to remedy the hazard. Customers continued to draw ice. We tried to warn a few. We never saw anyone come out to clean while we ate our food. If something that visible is covered in mold, hate to see what I can't see. Had to make a nausea stop on the remaining drive home. Not sure if from food or sheer disgust. We will be finding another stop for future trips. read more

Well what can I say. We decided to stop because my son decided that he needed to use the restroom. So this is how we ended up here. Close to the freeway. Unfortunately there bathrooms are horrible. Toilet paper everywhere. Toilet not flushing and only one stall worked. Unbelievable, I believe since they are so close to the freeway exit the would assume that it would be I'm their best interest to have clean and both stalls functioning. So we used to go here after school to wait for our parent's to pick us up in highschool. I've been through a lot with this particular establishment, history runs deep lol. so before us, they had no loitering signs. We were kicked out after 20minutes once they got the sign up, specifically placed where we sat every day. Ordering food out of obligation is never good. I've seen fights in the parking lot, new managers and employees like nobody wants to stay here. I hate eating Mcdonalds. I refuse to ever eat more than a single fry from them anytime anybody orders them. they just taste like pure salt that would better suite getting ice off your driveway. the Mc Chicken is the only thing worth ordering, or maybe one of the sundays, they're burgers taste like cardboard greased up and placed on the worst tasting toppings as if they took the rejected ones from all the other fast food chains. Everytime I go there, I ask myself why I got 2 mc chickens and a coke, and thats because some days you just feel like crap, eat like crap and then crap out that crap. avoid this place at all costs. its a very bad cycle that we have created. read more
