These ladies are very rude, and take forever to help you at the counter. Maybe thats why their drive thru is always busy bc thats clearly who they prioritize. They dont greet you upon entering nor thank you or wish you a good day, just hand you the receipt and stare blankly. Went in around 9:10pm (6/2) to use the restroom and I decided that I wanted some fries and a caramel sundae. I ordered it and while that order was being made, I decided to get a McFlurry as well. I ordered it on the screen and as the mcflurry was being made, my fries and sundae came out. I picked up my first order at the counter and I looked in the bag to see if they had put any sauces in the bag. There weren't any sauces so I decided to just wait at the counter to ask for some when the employees weren't busy. Some older woman, I'm guessing the manager, came up to the counter, and instead of asking me if I needed help, she yelled out the order that she brought out. Then she just stared at me. I politely asked if I could have some ranch and she got one from under the counter and walked away. This woman was so rude and should have at least asked if I needed help. Instead she just stared at me rudely, threw some sauce in my bag, and walked away. I really hope that all of management is not like this at this location bc it really makes for a terrible restaurant. Good luck getting your order correct - about half the times I've gone since moving to the area, something has been wrong. I received a different chicken sandwich than what I ordered twice, before finally getting to try the one I wanted. Once, they left out a cheeseburger from the 2 cheeseburger meal I ordered. They offered to correct it when I called, but it was easier, faster, and less stressful to just eat something at home. Today, I check my order while driving and the breakfast sandwich is wrong. I check the receipt, and also see that I was upcharged on my coffee. This time, I did turn around to get it corrected, and the person at the register explained that they normally upcharge to a medium coffee. Why? I did not ask for anything more than a black coffee. To my surprise, the guy at the window told me he couldn't find my order and told me to go inside (which cuz of the Covid19 situation has not been my choice of dining) so someone could help me. Usually the employees here on other weekends are very nice but now I can tell they're being lazy and refusing to clean the ice cream machine. It was at this exact moment children learned about lust, envy, greed, and pride. But back to this specific place: service is fast and swift. They don't nickel and dime you on the sauces (Habanero Ranch is the bomb). The fries are hot and almost always fresh. The restaurant is impeccably clean. There isn't much wrong with this location. This place also has the most EPIC chicken nuggets ever. My girlfriend and I were coming home from a wedding and we were both famished - $200 for dried out chicken, cold asparagus, and some funky sauce. We ordered the twenty nugget meal. Boom. The batter was crunchy and hot. Inside, there was more delicious tender chicken meat. Dunk them in that habanero sauce. Oh man. Rinse repeat another 20 times for the same religious experience. Majority of the time that I've eaten there... it's pretty damn slow. So slow, that the tables should be wiped down and clean in a timely manner ... but there's always crumbs, trays or trash on the tables. That's just disturbing and gross. I always order the same thing at most McDonalds for myself. Grilled chicken club with caramel frappe. Totally recommend the juicy grilled chicken w/ crisp lettuce and tomato as well as bacon! perfect flavor. This totally replaced my irreplaceable big mac. Which reminds me :/ ... I am not a pickle person, can someone tell me why whenever I ask for 'no pickles' the little paper also stickered onto my box indicates it is 'no pickles' always have pickles here?? seriously... UGH If I'm feeling extra good and want to spoil myself with a sundae? I will also get the caramel sundae :) perfect sundae portion. not too little, and not too much. Fries? ... Okay, normally I don't review McDonald's because, really, what's the point? I usually don't eat fast food, but I was rushing around today after an appointment, needed to get back to work, and was dying of hunger. I just have to say that I had a really gross experience with their drive thru today. I ordered a 3-piece Chicken Selects and small fries. The first piece of chicken was fine and actually surprisingly juicy. The second one looked like it belonged in a wrap, long and thin, and IT HAD MAYO on it! It was like someone wanted to put it into a wrap, and then decided against it last minute. Um, no. The third piece of chicken was about the size of a baby's fist. What's up with their quality control? Given the fact that this stuff is processed TO DEATH, shouldn't they be able to at least ensure that the pieces are fairly uniform in size? The fries were okay, pretty fresh out of the fryer. Unfortunately they were over-salted. Maybe this is how they ensure people buy large sodas to go with their meals. O Baby classic San Felipe Mcdonalds. I grew up going to this place cause it's just a 5 min walk from my place. I remember when this first first opened up. A classic. Anyways compared to other Mcdonalds the Chicken Mcnuggets are of better quality. They are crunchy and delicious. Self Serve Softdrinks with unlimited refills. I was very disappointed yesterday because we got an apple pie, but there was no apple in it! It was a very hard, dry, rock solid piece of pie crust. It was so dry because there was no filling inside. I didn't taste even a piece of apple. It tasted very overcooked too. They really need to do better quality control. However, the ice cream cones here are always good. Their ice cream machine is working most of the time. And the vanilla ice cream here is very smooth and creamy, creamier than other places. I was about to ref a game at Evergreen Valley College. Assuming it was going to be an easy game, I came here before reffing because I was starving. I ordered a #1, which is the Big Mac, fries, and a (diet) Coke since I am watching my figure. My Big Mac was solid, but my fries were cold. This always makes me mad. I had no time to go back and complain, as I had to do my pregame meeting with my two ARs (assistant refs). The meeting went well, but my stomach had the "McRumbles." As for the game, it went by smoothly. But that Big Mac and fries were like a rock in my stomach. I could barely run and by the second half since I had the "McFarts." First of all this Location charges more than other locations. I went to a different McDonald, ordered food, and realized i forgot my wallet. Went home got my wallet and went to this location. Exact same order was at least $1 and some change more. Not huge deal but still.. I asked for 2 Ranch sauces and they Guy at the window says we charge for the sauce 35 cents each. I mean come on you can give couple of sauce dips for free with a $20 order and you charge more for food? I know for a fact there are locations that don't charge for sauce.. Will not be going back. They charge $.11 for a sauce if you don't order nuggets. Lots of McDonald's don't do this, but they consistently do here. Eleven cents is a crazy number. Why not .10?! Why not free?? Went here on Feburary 18 around 9pm through the drive thru. It was really odd because the line to the drive thru was so jammed packed. There was 5 cars ahead of me and we were all slowly moving forward. I ordered a #1 which consist of a Big Mac, fries and drink, parfait, sweet and sour sauce with pepper. Paid for it and went to go pick up my meal. Looked in the bag and there was no sweet and sour sauce and told the guy. This was a african american working at the pick up window and told me that it should be in there. I was about to leave but decided to look inside my bag anyway. There was none. Had to tell him to get me some. Took off and and I'm on the road...doh! They forgot my parfait, had to make a uturn and go in the restaraunt. Left went home and was looking in my bag for napkins..none. This was the far worst experience that I had. This was at night so I'm not sure how the day was. OMG!!! This McDz is so incredible, there is absolutely no play place, so you definitely have to just play around on the furniture inside. Not as soft, lacking safety, but a nearly incredible playground, especially if you can get some extra sauce to help out. When I eat here, I usually get a #3 with a Coke (not diet, 'cause I am getting a #3 after all) It always comes delivered the same way in a little cardboard box for the burger and bright red fries container, and of course the cylindrical cup for the soda... which, by the way, always has some condensation and leaves a little puddle on the table. Come on McCorporation... lets use some science and solve that problem!!! Otherwise the food is always tasty, and sometimes its actually extra tasty!!! I think they just upgrade my order once in awhile to keep me as a customer. WINNING!!! Now and then I will switch it up and order some nuggets. Take my advice and make sure you get the nuggets right after they have been killed and fried fresh, also make sure the award winning griller of the month, Ruth, is the one making your nuggets - it's like eating heaven one juicy piece at a time, dripping with the sauce of your choice, which you can get tons of for free... if you can reach behind the counter and grab them before the workers see anything.
