I had a Lg Big Arch Value Meal delivered to my door from this McDonald's locación yesterday. Since it had been Doordashed it was a little cold but still good overall. The Coke was standard McDonald's Coke ( meaning it was good ), the fríes were warm and were standard McDonald's fríes. The Big Arch itself was pretty interesting... First of all, this burger is BIG and for the price-to-value ratio in today's economy you get what you pay. As for the taste? Look, it's nothing but a variant of a Grand Mac ( if you remember that large version of the Big Mac ). The special sauce is tangier, they use white cheese instead of yellow, and better pickles. It tastes exactly like a Big Mac and it hits it the spot because they pile on the meat, which itself was seasoned well and was quite satisfying. I did enjoy the burger and will order it again in lieu of ordering a Big Mac if it is still on the menú. McDonald's hasn't created anything new but sometimes upgrades on older favorite things can be welcome. read more

This place should be rated less than 2 stars. Absolutely the worst managed McDonald's in California. The staff are undertrained and extremely rude, they mess up your order most of the time, and their manager takes 0 accountability for these. This place is a prime example failure of a franchise business. If you come here to dine or for take out, be prepared to get pissed off either by lack of care from the staff or by your order being messed up. Be sure to file a complaint to McDonald's corporate and let them know how bad this particular McDonald's is. And don't trust their manager would take accountability, because they simply don't care. We ordered the Huntrix meal without the Happy meal so we could get more food. Just gotta let you know they will probably mess up your order. Like at least 50% of the time. Either that or they ran out of the free spicy chicken wrap for downloading the app so they gave a spicy mccrispy instead. Either way, they're fine. It's fast food. It is what it is. They're kind of slow of making mcnuggets. The ramyeon fries and the derpy mcflurry are the truth. Tables are a bit bad here. Could be cleaner. read more

I've been coming here for years and this McD has always been one of my favorites. This is just a friendly suggestion and not a complaint. I bought a large chicken wrap meal with 2 spicy wraps, fries n coke. I was surprised to find the wraps were cold. Asked the manager n she said flatly... that's the way the wraps are n we don't have microwaves. I said ok, thx. I remember when I had it last it was nice n warm but then it was because I'd brought it home n I had probably put it in the toaster for a couple of minutes. Great experience today. This place is ways busy but I'm glad I can always depend on the drive thru 24 hours. I ordered (2) McGriddles - but 1 get 1 free via the McDonalds app. Huge fan of the app and the points you earn as well as the deals that they have. I also ordered a Strawberry Banana smoothie. Unfortunately, there was an issue with their machine and they had to ale a switch - so they asked if I could wait at the Stall #3 for Mobile Pick up. It took at least 5 mins or so - but I didn't mind as I just proceeded to eat my McGriddle. When my drink finally arrived, the Manager ensured to give me an extra small sized smoothie due to the wait - which is top notch! I didn't expect this from a McDonalds and more reason I'd go back to support this location! read more

I can't believe this place has such a low rating. Actually, I can't believe I'm writing a review for a McDonalds!! This is hands down the best McDonalds in the area. The curbside pickup is always super fast, and the server always comes out with a smile (whatever the manager is doing to make the employees so happy, they're doing it right!). I got so spoiled I can't stand going to any other McDonalds anymore. To keep the review objective, here are some not-so-good parts: the "table service" is sub-par. They just call out your table number without bringing the food to you like they should (I guess making their customers stand up and walk to the counter to pick up their junk food can kindda be a good thing?). The dining room gets filled up with high school kids on Friday evenings, but that's to be expected. The drive thru gets a bit backed up after midnight as this is the only place open that late. This Mcdonald's at around 10 Pm at night to 12:30 has a worker there named Carla is always getting our orders wrong. I have come here with my friend and we always do drive thru and we have waited and been patient with this worker but everytime we see her is very rude and is not doing customer service in a respectful way. When we receive our order after we pay, she gives us a random/wrong order that isn't ours... After we tell her it's the wrong order (which has happened 3 times now) she says "oh" and gives us attitude and gives back our order. Also this worker does not give us the sizes we ask for, when we pay for a large, she gives us a small... This worker is very rude and should receive a write up, and maybe next time take time to be kind. It does not take much. Leave the Job if you're going to be rude . Now I see why this place has a 2.2-star rating. I went to pick up a DoorDash order and was met with pure attitude from a lady who looks like she bites ankles. She accused me of moving her cones, which I did not they were already knocked over, check the cameras. When I tried to explain, she constantly talked over me and clearly had no idea how the Dasher app works, despite me following the instructions exactly. This is a review of a McRib. Because for some reason, most likely childhood nostalgia and because liking something so trashy feels like a personality quirk, I devour McRibs every time they come back. The meat tastes like a yoga mat coated with protein powder, and has a rubbery consistency like the eraser from a #2 pencil. The barbecue sauce is tangy yet sweet, and has the nutritional value of three shots of sugar packets. The onions are onions, sprinkled haphazardly (sometimes on the tray rather than on the actual sandwich). And the two pickles (always two pickles) are there. That's nice. Yet biting into it is heaven. And while I may regret it, I keep going back for more. I love you McRib. Please never leave me. read more
