This McDonald's location could definitely use some work. I frequent the drive thru and the employees are consistently rude when taking my order. On this visit my food was warm, nothing was hot and they forgot an order of chicken nuggets. They can definitely use some work and customer service training for their employees.

    "Steak Egg Cheese Bagel" ....?

I don't even go to McDonald anymore and this is the exact reason why. Where is my steak..? I tried to call she put me on hold and the line turned busy. Never again! I got it at home.

I had certain expectations going into this restaurant visit, its just another national chain restaurant with a preconceived notion of the service and food expectation that would be received. I'll admit it, I WAS TOTALLY WRONG! I have to give it to the staff working at this location, they were all very nice, order was promptly taken and repeated accurately, both the representative taking payment and providing my meal were both pleasant asking both "How are you today" and "Hope you have a great rest of your day" and this is something you normally don't receive from a typical McDonald's. My meal was accurate, all items prepared correctly and HOT which is another area McD will usually let you down with limp cold fries. KUDOS to the entire staff and management of this location for the awesome experience. This office should be used as the standard of service all locations should strive to replicate.

These are a must try if you like wings. Chicken and pancake tacos were delicious. Pancakes had a touch of sweetness. Fried chicken inside with a spicy mayo. Topped with a strawberry salsa that worked well. 3 of these were very filling. Fun and very good. Son had the double wide footlong. Topped with sloppy Joe. After that the 2 sides were different. One had fried banana peppers. The other side more classic with toppings. Son said it was really good. Others had the ahi tuna salad. Tuna was perfectly rare. Salad was good and the wasabi dressing had great flavor without being too spicy. Service was quick even though jam packed. Also very friendly.

Treylor Park was probably exactly what we needed at 11:30 at night…read more It's somewhere between a diner and a sports bar, but the decor is what makes it. The whole place is designed to feel like the inside of a trailer--spray-painted antique chandeliers, old pictures of different trailer parks, and random little details everywhere. It's kitschy, but very intentional, and honestly pretty cool. We came in late after a 4h drive into town after work, and the staff was still super friendly and accommodating. No "we're about to close" energy, which I appreciated. We started with the creamy collard dip, which is basically their take on spinach-artichoke dip, but with collards. Really good. I do think the chips were a little too heavy for the dip--a thinner chip would've been perfect--but that's a small note. The chicken pancake tacos were probably my favorite. The chicken was fried perfectly and still really moist. And at this point, I'm convinced Savannah just knows how to cook chicken. Everywhere we went, the chicken was consistently good. My partner got the grilled apple pie sandwich, which has fried chicken, grilled apples and bacon. He's not even a big pork person, but that bacon was so crispy and the whole combination just worked. Even the waffle fries were good--crispy, fresh and actually seasoned. We had the Grateful Dead and Wicked Kiwi cocktails, plus a couple of shots, and the drinks were strong, good and reasonably priced. Honestly, I don't have a ton of notes here. It's not trying to be some elevated dining experience. It's just a really good late-night spot with good food, strong drinks, friendly service and a fun atmosphere. We sat inside because Savannah in August was not about to have us sitting on anybody's patio. Definitely recommend, especially if you're looking for somewhere to eat late. It was a vibe, the food was good, and it did exactly what it needed to do.

The hubby and I got in on a Sunday night without a reservation. Rather than a long wait, we were good with sitting at the bar. Hubby's lemon herb chicken was excellent. I tried it and the roasted semi boneless half chicken was tender and delicious. It was accompanied with garlic fingerling potatoes, charred broccolini in lemon chicken jus. After a long day of travel, I needed good protein so the Collins Burger was a fine choice. It's a double smash, sauce, chopped bacon, and crispy shallots. Cooked well, juicy, and just all around excellent. Had a sip of the hubby's sangria and wow! Probably the best one I've tasted. The vibes here are chic and upscale. In the evening/late dinner hours, it's dark lighting. Service was top notch. They are actually known for their brunch which I would love to try if visiting Savannah again!

We were sitting outside with a little sun, and when she noticed a table had opened up in the shade, she proactively asked if we'd like to move. That small gesture said a lot about the level of customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly patient helping Alison navigate a dietary restriction. And then came the food! I had the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, and Alison had the quinoa chicken bowl. Everything came out quickly, the presentation was gorgeous, and the flavors were out of this world. We also tried a couple of mocktails and both were fantastic. I came very close to ordering Leo's Big Brekkie because it looks like a protein lover's dream, but I wasn't quite hungry enough to tackle it. Now I already have something picked out for our next visit! Great atmosphere, wonderful service, beautiful food, and an all-around terrific experience. Five stars really isn't enough. If Google gave me a sixth one, The Collins Quarter would get it! +

You can order online for pickup while you're seated at Two Tides sipping their amazing sour beers, which is such a great setup. The patty was nice and crispy, flat, and well seasoned, and the Crispi sauce really makes the whole thing. That said, my patty melt had a few misses: the bun could've been toasted more, there was way too much sauce (it was practically drowning in it), and my patty didn't even cover the bun. The onions also needed to be caramelized more. The potato stix on top gave it a nice crunch though, and overall I still enjoyed it. They offer a gluten free bun for +$2, which was a nice option -- quality, soft bun, and both my husband and I got our burgers on it. His double patty was even better than mine, with tons of meat. We were both stuffed by the end. Overall a solid stop if you're at Two Tides -- would go back and probably ask for less sauce next time.
