I'm completely willing to pay for a sausage patty, a slice of cheese and 2 hash browns separately to make my sandwich...I was told it's not possible. Unfortunately, this is the closest McDonald's so I don't have a choice but to go here whenever I'm craving some, but they have never ever in the entire 3 to 4 years that I've lived here had gotten my order correct. Anytime I order a hamburger I automatically ask for extra onions because that's just how I prefer it and they never put extra onions which is simple. The label printer for the burger is correct but every single time they don't do it or they give me the wrong pie or something is always jacked up with the order. My husband and I love strong black coffee and McDonald's has the best around, AND at the best price. We love to drive through this location and they have never gotten our order wrong. (You'd be surprised how many places want to add milk/cream/sugar to "black coffee.") Anyway, I called to ask if they have a Playplace. So I was in the mood for some French fries to go with my sub. I think this is something that started when I was in high school that I never out grew. But seriously I think they have the best French fries! And to be honest McDonald's has the best Diet Coke. I love Diet Coke but will only drink it out from the fountain and not from a can it has such a different taste. I swore up and down how at McDonald's I enjoy it so much more & my family thought I was a little crazy lol. But for anyone out there who feels the same way about McDonald's fountain soda you are not alone or crazy. Another fun fact: It all starts with the packaging. I think the quality of customer service skills has really dropped at every McDonald's over the years. It doesn't matter which one I visit they all seem to have the worst service. They are so busy spending all this money upgrading and remodeling the locations around the valley, but should really invest that money in teaching better customer service skills. This is actually the third time I've stopped here, and nearly every time someone's food is nearly forgotten. I've learned to double check the bag. Another thing....If you ask what sauce we want for chicken nuggets you should probably put more than one for a twenty piece nugget.
