I have ate at this mcdonalds location about 4 times. Everytime, the fries have a funny smell and taste. I describe it as if they aren't changing the oil/and or dirty oil. Okay service and quality food. The drive thru took FOREVER to get through. I didn't order anything special but for some reason it just seemed really slow. The servers were friendly. I can't comment on the inside or eating there but from what I saw at the drive up window they could have used a little help in keeping it cleaner. They seemed to be a little short staffed. My partner and I have, over the last three years, driven through this McDonald's for numerous meals. Until recently, it was a hit or a miss. During the last two or three months, we have been served undercooked burgers (with pink meat) at least three times. Items in the order have been missing, i.e. fries, sauces for McNuggets and burritos and breakfast pastries. Today, we drove through, ordering a double cheeseburger with extra ketchup, a quarter pounder with cheese, a fry, an apple pie, and two soft drinks. When we got home and began to eat our meals, the burger with the extra ketchup was fine but the quarter pounder had a slice of pickle, three faded dots of ketchup and two of mustard and one side was almost raw. When I drove up to the window to pick up the order, I was asked to wait a few moments as the food wasn't quite ready. This was fine by me. After a few minutes, the girl handed them to me and I was off. I believe the cook was in too big of a hurry to get the food out the door. It would have been better to have me park in front of a number to wait until the food could be properly. Burgers should be done to the point of have some crispness on each side - this is the essence of their flavor. I know a little about this. I worked in the fast food industry for six years. I just ordered thru the app because it said it was opened until midnight. Go to pick up my food and it's closed. Call the store and the "manager" tells me he can't help and I need to read the app for a refund. So I read the app and guess what it says - the store needs to refund me. So I call back and the "manager" who didn't give his name, tells me it's his "first night closing" and I should call back in 5 minutes to speak to a manager. Ummmm...he is the manager. Then he said he didn't have time for this and to go have a nice night and go call back in the morning. Then HUNG UP. This place always has the worst customer service. It's shameful actually that this business owner has the balls to raise prices and claim inflation while serving up absolute trash. Called back to advise our nameless representative what the app said he informed me we would need to CALL BACK IN 5 MINUTES!, they're closed mind you, so I could speak to a manager. When asked if we could speak to a manager now his reply was he was the manager but that he had never closed before and that we would need to call back in the morning before promptly hanging up on us. Super sweet guy by the way, lol. This guy was a grade a jagov. I don't expect the wedding at Cana from anyone especially a McDonald's but geez Louise. I'm sure the ambiance is as dim as management. One star because I cant go negative. Drive through episode. On getting home I found half the food missing and the other half cold. Not 'warm', but cold. Called the surly manager and advised to come back for replacement. Got there and yep, I can see why there are problems. The surly manager (Named 'China') was too busy entertaining her Sig Other while her two young kids ran around-including behind the counter. She never apologized and was more interested in her Beau and kids than the customers. Replacement meal was warm-er, but still bad. If I could leave zero stars I would. But here it goes. A couple of times last week I tried to go through the drive-thru on my way to work. In the past, I have tried this and more often than not everything is closed up that early in the morning even though posted hours say they should be open. But, I thought, heck, it's been a couple of years, I'll try again. So, I go online to check the hours. Drive-thru opens at 4:00. Perfect. It is 5:00 a.m. This was Wednesday 5/8. When I got to the restaurant it was 5:15-ish. Got in line, placed my order and waited 10 minutes to get through paying and picking up my order. This is quite slow, but something I have come to expect from this location...especially since the same kid that took my order and my payment, met me at the next window to deliver me my order. So, I return on Friday, 5/10. It is nearly exactly the same time 5:12-ish. Remember, the drive-thru supposedly opens at 4 a.m. I pull up as there are no other cars in the drive-thru. Menu boards are not on. I sit at the intercom for a bit. No answer. I drive through. No one at either window and quite dark inside. I leave and go to Jack in the Box. They are always open when they say they are. I guess I won't try to get breakfast here for another 2 years. But my husband decides he wants to grab breakfast here on Sunday. He, unlike me, is not as jaded. I told him my gripe, but he insisted. So here we are Sunday morning. 8:30 a.m. When we drove up the drive-thru was blocked off with cones. Really?!?! This restaurant has just been renovated so we went in and thought we would try the order kiosk. After not being able to find the Egg White Delight on the kiosk, we approached the counter. We were told "we no longer have the Egg White Delight" (even though it is still on the website). When asked if we could order an Egg McMuffin with egg whites instead, we were told that "we don't have egg whites." I thought McDonald's cracked fresh eggs for their sandwiches, so egg whites shouldn't be a problem...maybe a simple training in how to separate a yolk from the whites is in order. Even odder is that the kiosk had a "substitute egg whites" option. When I went to fill my drink, the station is absolutely filthy: soda splashed everywhere, straw wrappers overflowing the trash receptacle and there are no lids for my size cup. When finished we tried to throw out our trash, the trash bin was overflowing. They must have had a rush in the 3 hours they had been open....or maybe just didn't do their closing work the night before. read more

The inside and outside of this McDs is filthy, the staff lacks personal hygiene and uniforms. Tables look like they were wiped off with a sausage biscuit then left that way all day. Picked the left lane by chance and they processed the right lane three cars before they even came to me on the speaker! And he only came over the speaker because I called out hello so he could hear me! A McMasterpiece™ This place has everything you could ever reasonably expect from McDonald's: locks on the bathroom stalls, friendly bees buzzing around the drive thru window, a playhouse featuring rat tubes for your rat offspring, and no paper towels to dry your hands on so don't even ask or you will be forcibly removed from the premises by the friendly giant who lives in the closet nearest the self serve soda machines. I found myself asking "is that ketchup or is that blood?" on two separate occasions and that's just part of this establishment's rustic appeal. Some of the employees enjoy matching pitch with the various beeping machines in the back, so why don't you join in with a screech of your own the next time you visit! First, they told us to wait so we pulled off to the parking lot. We waited for 10 minutes which is long when you op for a drive thru order. We finally get our food and it's completely wrong! We get a piece of cold sausage patty with a cold muffin bun, no EGG. How can someone get such a simple order incorrect???? The playground here is a lot of fun. We came here on our way up to Flagstaff and the kiddo loved the playground! I liked it, too, because you didn't have to do a whole lot of crawling trying to get to your kid. We had breakfast there and food was par with other McD's. Went through the drive-through where my order was messed up I had the window slammed in my face before I could even say anything walked inside asked for my stuff got more attitude from these young kids for no reason at all.
