Honestly kind of disappointing. I got a crunch wrap supreme and all of the additives I wanted were crammed at the bottom of it, and I got a pitiful amount of guacamole added. Why should I pay .70 cents more for something that I barely get? Ridiculous. The lobby isn't clean and the trays that I were given were still dirty and had what felt like crumbs on the bottom. Food was okay, the music isn't too great either. Plus, I really hope that this young man who is wearing the silver cross on his chest, changes out his gloves before handling customers food. While I was eating I spotted this worker wearing his gloves while typing on his phone, wiping his nose, and drinking his personal drink. Disgusting. I've Been coming to this location for over 8 years now as it's my closest location. Over the years they consistently have new people and the vibe has dramatically gone done. No one greets you nicely at the drive through, they talk amongst each other in the back then hand you food and close the drive through window. Like I get it's not a dream job and they probably don't get paid much, but man it definitely is a vibe killer to go to this Taco Bell now. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My family of 6 just went to this location for a late dinner. We tried to use the kiosk to order, however you cannot pay cash. We waited 10 min for someone to walk up and help us, but that never happened. As we walk out, there were 3 employees hanging out by the side/back door of the restaurant not paying ANY attention to what was going on. They were just talking and socializing...NOT working. There were 6 people in the dining room, not including us, waiting for their food. This was our first time at this location and our children were hungry. And each time Taco Bell raises their prices ($2.09 for a basic crunchy taco) the quality goes further downhill. Honestly. Good idea catering to drunks since they can't taste how crappy it is until the next morning anyway. My last order of 6 tacos, a quesadilla, and a coke was 30 dollars. Screw that noise. Oh. Btw. WORST TACO BELL EVER!!! First off when you get in there, no one greets you. Had to call over an employee to get service. will never BE BACK. didn't take to long for the food, but the manager and the employee with purple hair were terrible. the managers boyfriend was being loud and OBNOXIOUS. he decided to get on the counter where all the food goes and lay down and start yapping about whatever he was talking about. I am so grateful I can still have Taco Bell! They have a few gluten free options I stick to. I had the power menu bowl - comes with chicken, black beans (I asked for no beans), Spanish rice, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, a creamy avocado ranch sauce, sour cream, and shredded cheese. We were quickly greeted by Christena B . Fast friendly and efficient. Drive thru area and parking lot was clean and tidy. Waited at the counter for a few minutes when a customer told us no one's coming to the counter, you have to do your order on the screen. Finally figured it out and couldn't find where the senior discount was! When our order was ready I asked what happened to the senior discount? I never feel so inclined to leave a review for a restaurant unless the service and or food is either great, or absolutely atrocious. In this case it's the latter. Tonight I decided to get some food for myself and two other people and bring it home. I ordered my food at the drive thru, paid, received my order, and drove home to find that I was missing an item. I thought to myself ok that sucks but it's not that big of a deal just an inconvenience to have to drive back to the restaurant and get my item. There were two little caveats though. My order included food for two other people, and 6 crunchy taco supremes so I figured I would give 4 tacos to the people at home so they could eat them before they got ruined (I ordered 2 for myself). I was starving, but I didn't have any time to eat because I had to drive back to the restaurant to get my missing item. So I took my food and drove back to the restaurant. I am disabled so I had to get back in line at the drive thru and wait my turn. By the time I made it to the window to let them know about their mistake, my tacos were completely ruined. Not to mention the other item I had (quesadilla) was cold as well. At least the quesadilla was nothing a little microwaving can't fix. The tacos on the other hand were a total loss. So in total I was missing one item, two tacos were ruined and a cold stiff quesadilla. When I explained to them the situation and kindly asked them to remake my two tacos I was met with a complete disrespect and immediate negative attitude. When I asked what the problem was she couldn't tell me anything other than that they wouldn't help me with anything beyond giving me my missing item. So what is one to do in this situation? For me it's a lose lose. On one hand I could have stayed at home and eaten my tacos and just go without the missing food that I had paid for, or go back and get the missing food and say goodbye to my tacos. Well, when the manager came back with my food minus the tacos of course I asked the name of the girl that I first spoke to and she refused to give me any names. The way they handled such a small and easy to remedy issue was jaw dropping. The level of attitude and disrespect made me feel terrible for even ordering food from them in the first place. At the end of the night I ended up with half of my food in the trash. As with 90% or more of these customer service related issues, this has nothing to do with the money or even the food. The worst Taco Bell ever. I understand I came in at 12:30 on a Friday but it should take wel over 30 minutes to make a quesadilla and bean burrito.
