We stopped in for lunch today. This Wendy's was probably one of the nicest and cleanest I have been in. The food was probably the best Wendy's I have had so far. I am starting this review by saying that once the order is correct it's pretty good. The problem is that you'll never get a correct order. I have diabetes and am on a pretty strict diet. My normal order is two plain patties with pickles and mustard. Should be easy right? Nope. First of all you literally have to say no cheese or they cover it in the stuff. Second, the pickles go on the burger but the mustard apparently cannot. It comes in a side cup no matter how many times I ask. Third, the previous reviews are correct, these are the rudest people around. When asked to remove cheese they literally lectured me to tell them next time... pretty sure I did that. Called ahead of time to see if they would be able to split the 50 nugget deal with half spicy nuggets and the manager told me yes and that they take pride in making their location the best... We pull up to a long line and when we finally get up they tell us they don't do the 50 piece and we must have called the wrong store. Tried the brand new Classic Chicken sandwich made with the new crispier and juicier chicken patty. I only had a couple of the previous patties, but those seemed to be better. I did enjoy receiving this $5.29 sandwich for free as part of a promotion on the app. The bun was brioche, but I think it needed an onion,instead of a boring piece of lettuce. I went through the drive thru today and had a simple order for one person, and they forgot the fries. I hardly ever eat fast food, but crave it once every few months. I love the food at Wendy's, so it's where I go to fill that craving. This is the 3rd time something has been missing from my order. It's too hot and too much of an inconvenience to go back today. The manager today 5/17 around 2:30 pm was so unprofessional and rude. When asking for more bbq sauce (because she put 1 in the bag) she proceeded to say that because she gave my boyfriend his ranch that we didn't need more bbq sauce, because "it's just for the nuggets". not sure why she's acting like the boss of what you can use sauces with or why it doesn't make sense that two people want two different sauces? so unprofessional and rude. my boyfriend even offered to pay her for the sauces and asked how much she wanted and so she rolled her eyes and gave it to him. ridiculous that we had to offer to pay for the FREE sauces in order to get them with our almost $30 meal. read more

I tried to order a frosty they said they weren't available, when I got my food I asked the gentleman up front if I could get one and he said to just come through the drive through again as he was just "changing the frosting". Went through the drive thru- and ordered the chicken nuggets meal - when we got our order I opened up the bag for my own quality control and bit into a chicken nugget. It was nasty, cold and stale. I told the drive thru worker I didn't want these nuggets and I requested fresh chicken nuggets instead- do you know the blonde girl that had her hair in a bun and glasses Snatched my bag, Yes, you heard me me right, Snatched my bag from my hands and said "pull around front" it happened just like that. Lol The same girl came out 10 minutes later and handed us the new order of the chicken nuggets meal and said "next time tell us when you order thru the drive thru window you want fresh chicken nuggets" and turned around and went back into the store. Moral of this story: This location Wendy's sells OLD AZZzz chicken nuggets that are stale and dry to all customers Unless you tell them you're requesting fresh nuggets at the beginning of the order. Shame on you *manager and *general manager for running your store with horrible customer service and food.... This location consistently serves fresh, hot food and has friendly and competent staff. (I live right near the Reems and Cactus location but gave up going to that location because their food and staff quality are very low!) I don't mind driving the extra several miles to visit this Bell and 303 location. Also, they keep their dining room and restrooms clean. Keep up the great work staff! read more

I visited this location on Tuesday the 23rd of November and it was super busy! I went in because I didn't want to wait in the drive through line. The staff was amazing! I have never seen such hard workers especially now days. All the people there were workings their butts off and getting stuff done. And with a great attitude and smiles! Food is great, restaurant is clean and staff is generally friendly. My beef is in the chili sauce. Man you guy must have some strict orders on that stuff. It's like GOLD. You ask for lots and you get 2-3. Just so you know the chili sauce is great on the burgers, on the bacon fries, on the sausage buscuit. Not just the chili. And in the large chili you can easily use 3-4 packets. So when I place a $35 order for 4 people and get 4 chili sauces, I am not impressed. How much do they really cost you? 3-10 cents?
