I stopped here twice on the way back from Edwards Airforce Base. Both times I ordered the same thing, two double hamburgers with no ketchup. Where I live, the McDonald's have double hamburgers that naturally have no cheese, but here i guess not so I order two double cheeseburgers with no cheese basically. Both times, a week apart, they put the cheese on the burger anyway. The first time I did not catch it and was already on my way home. the second, I did notice and went back inside to resolve the issue. They were quick to help me but when I got back on the road THEY PUT CHEESE ON THEM AGAIN. I can understand an accident happening once in a while and I have no issue asking for assistance but for it to happen both times a week apart is just too much for a coincidence. Very slow unhelpful service. I did a mobile order. From time of order placement to when I received my food was 25 minutes. Third time this has happened with taking 20 minutes or longer. Asked employees about food and readiness of order for no reply. Top it off. Cold food. read more

This location is right off the freeway in the same building as the Loves Truck stop. They offer drive thru service and inside take out only at this time. No indoor seating. They also offer ordering on the McDonalds app for pick up or curbside. Masks required. Social distancing with markers on floor to stand on. Staff is fast to take orders and get your food out. There were about 5 people in front of us in line and to order and pick up food, we were in and out in about 10 mins. They also had several app orders for pick up. So timing wasn't bad at all. Our food was fresh and made quickly. I asked for no ice in my soda and no pickles on my sandwich and it was made correctly. French fries we hot and not too salty. Overall great location, great service we will definitely be back when traveling. Very happy and smiling staff members. read more

Stopped here for gas and a McDonalds run. Ordered food on the app and received quickly after gas and using the restroom. Staff was friendly, restaurant is clean, and place is conveniently located off Hwy 58. There is also a small place for dogs to stretch. Would definitely stop here again. read more

McDonald's at Love's is one of my go-tos when traveling out of town. The staff is friendly but you can also order through the kiosks. The restaurant is clean and maintained. Food is consistent and it's nice that the location is connected to the rest of the truck stop in case you need something else. read more

If you're looking for convenience, this is a great stop. It's inside the loves so they have parking. They have snacks. They have fuel. What they don't have at this McDonald's is reliability. I will stop in here probably once a week. it's fast and cheap. At least 1/3rd of the time they will screw something up. Ask for light ice? Hahaha no how about extra! Extra cheese? Eff you! How about no cheese! Unsalted fries? Its gonna take longer is that ok? Sure i understand. 15 min later here you go we've desalinated the pacific and given you the salt. I'm not LOVIN it! This location is a disaster. My friend wanted food before we headed to Palmdale. We pulled into curbside pickup and she ordered, it charged her for the meal. Then it pulls up an error on the app and says she has to go inside. We decide since nobody was in the drive thru we would pull up. We give them the code and nobody including the manager knew where our order was. We gave them her phone to prove we bought the food and it deducted from her account. They could not figure this situation out. Instead of giving us the food we sat there for 15 minutes while they all talked. To us it was simple you have a long line now, give us the drink and sandwich and figure it out later. My friend says this is the worst location and there is always problems. read more

This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to, and at my age I have been to many they are fast. They are efficient, and the food is great. Somehow it taste better than any of the other McDonald's I've ever been to, and the service is always courteous and friendly, even if the lines look long because there are two lanes for the drive-through that merge into one it's still goes by fast which is why I keep coming back in for the good food in the fast service read more

Worst McDonald's I've been to in my life. I got 2 quarter pounders with cheese. I noticed in the car on the way home that they smelled burnt. It wasn't until I got home 45 minutes later that I had a look and both were charred. I was starving so I ate them. They tasted awful and I still feel sick as I write this review. McDonald's is cheap fast food, but it is usually consistently ok from restaurant to restaurant and palatable. This was inedible. Road Trip Summer 2016 I stopped eating food from McDonalds since I watched the documentary, Super Size Me. That was in 2004?!?! Okay, I've had a few hot fudge sundaes. When my baby was born I vowed never to take her to McD's. But here we are....our last pit stop Happy meal w/PowerPuff toy. This McDonald's always get our order wrong! We travel through here several times a month and every time the order is wrong. I tried speaking slower but that didn't work either. Fries are always cold here never was lucky enough to get fresh hot fries! This time I brought my wrong order to the counter and asked to speak to the manager. Two people tried helping and said I needed a manager to fix it! Well, I knew that I needed a manager to fix it that is why I asked for the manager in the first place! The manager on the 8am shift this morning did me a solid when my app deals didn't load correctly. She took care of business and rectified our morning of frustration (this was our third breakfast attempt this morning, and the first location that was open when they'd advertised to have the dining room open). Stopped here on our way to MT, got fuel and some breakfast for the road. Easy access from highway 58 and who doesn't like a Mc Donald's breakfast sandwich? We got 2 egg mc muffins with sausage and has browns. The sandwiches were fresh and always good, the hash browns were crispy, hot and not greasy like sometimes they tend to be. Service was prompt and food came out fast. We'd stop here again for a quick bite. read more

The 20-piece nuggets and fries were cold! It was kind of hard swallowing it down. The McRib looked nothing like the picture...like always. My dad wanted lettuce in his McRib because the sauce was overwhelming and MCD FAILED all together in putting it in his sandwich. The manager was obviously manning the beverage station that had a clear sign saying "Our self-serve drink and condiment station is for McDonald's customers ONLY". This was extremely rude of him as my family and I brought 5 meals from them. Albeit, we brought in 2 water bottles and a tumblr to wash in the bathroom because they were from the morning. I came to this McDonald's on August 2nd 2017 at 1pm and ordered 3 iced coffees, one with light creamer. An employee wearing pink, who I assume is the manager, made our drinks. What we were served FIRST, was three cups of iced creamer. I politely asked the manager if she could throw out half of each drink and fill it up with coffee. She asked what was wrong with them and I said they had no coffee in them. She said they had changed the formula which is why it tasted different. What? Formula? Isn't it just brewed coffee? Do the beans you're buying taste like creamer? She rudely grabbed them and dumped them all out and said we'd have to wait 5 minutes for more coffee. Okay, I said. About 30 seconds had passed when she came back (having been in the back where we couldn't see her) with the three "coffees" looking only a shade darker. If you've ever had an iced coffee, I'm sure from looking at the pictures you can tell they don't look right, especially for McDonald's. The pics are from the second round, I threw mine away because I like my coffee practically black and couldn't bring myself to take more than a sip. Horrible experience with this employee, and sad I wasn't able to rely on this McDonald's for my caffeine fix on a long road trip. read more

This is by far the BEST McDonald's I've ever been to! The owner is so involved with the restaurant, but also the community! The food is always fresh, the service is great, the employees are so friendly, and the restaurant is always so clean! The southwest salad (no chicken, no cheese) is my go-to since I'm vegan, but they have some other options for vegetarians/vegans too! Definitely worth a stop, especially on a road trip to/from Vegas! read more

Kudos to this place for being open 24 hours. On my way to/from Las Vegas, this place is a welcome sight. My hunger usually hits right about this area. The employees are pretty friendly and the dining area is usually clean. Since it's connected to Love's, I can get some other items and head out.
