We only go here because of how convenient the location is for us in Northpointe. The employees here are always extremely rude. The past three times we came here we asked for sauce for our nuggets three times. Each time we were told to drive to the farthest window. When we asked for a FOURTH time about our sauce we were told it's in the bag. No surprise, we get home and there is nothing in the bag. This is the worst overall fast food place I've ever ever been to. I live down the road and want it to be easy. But the drive thru line is a minimum of 20 minutes. And then they always have you go wait in a parking spot, and then you sit there for another 20 minutes, and the order is still always wrong. The service crew getting the order over the telecom needs more training on customer service. When were paying for the order, he did not even greet or made eye contact. A very nice location, and modern facility. In the day service is great most of the time so they earned majority of the stars. However at night the drive through always manages to forget something in my order or condiment I asked for. Am I suppose to clean my hands with my clothe? One star is nothing new, especially for a McDonald's, but this one is the worst. As usual, all McDonald's drive thrus are long and crazy, but I, myself was in a hurry and thought if I entered the restaurant my experience would be more fast. No. It was the complete opposite. Once arriving to the cashier, I was ready to order, but the male cashier just walks away. Like, really! I didn't threat it much, because another female cashier assisted me. I gave her a simple meal order which was (1) chicken nugget kids meal with a apple juice and (1) 10 piece nugget meal with a Orange Soda. It was so simple. She didn't repeat my order, and just gave my total. I read my receipt and was charged for a orange juice, no nuggets and no apple juice for my little one. I told her what I originally wanted and corrected her mistake while also telling her I was in a hurry. She just stood there, not correcting anything. She looked confused. I was already getting impatient. I told her I was in a hurry, and the manager came. I told her that cashier got my order wrong, and she was polite enough to correct the order with no additional charge. While waiting, another employee asked me what I was waiting on. I told her, I'm waiting on nuggets, a orange soda and apple juice. She said, "Ma'am your gonna have to pay at the cashier" and she walked a away. First of all, I didn't want to have to go through the same process again, and then get my order wrong with the same cashier. Second, the manager told me not to worry about it.
