Manager Tanya is incompetent, I ask the cashier to refill one of the fountain drink which it ran out. I saw her told the manager Tanya to have refill, she said ok give me a second. I stopped for drive-thru and they cashier gave my order to the vehicle in front of me. After the customer had handled my order and passed it back to them, the employees here still proceeded to give my original order to me. I explained what I saw and the cashier failed to see why it wasn't okay. That is a huge food sanitation issue. I hate this McDonald's. This is the worst one I have ever been to. Do not come here. My nuggets were burnt. I did not get the sauces I asked for. Also, even though I ordered two meals, I only got one pack of fries. However, I don't really mind that and I didn't even eat the one I got because they were bland, cold, and stale. Also, the customer service was terrible. I went to the drive-thru and nobody respond, so I pulled up to the payment window and the woman ran to the window saying she was too busy because they were understaffed. OMG this place the most horrible food you can find. The staff actually seems to be nice. I wasn't sure what to order and they were very patient. Order was filled very fast. However, I've never had anything worse than the food here. Now, I have to say that I don't usually eat at McD but once in a while I get food from other fast food places. The food I just had was so bad that I wouldn't even give it to a dog. We got chicken sandwiches and the chicken was horrible - small piece, tasteless and very dry. How can I put it a nut shell, the worst service in the world!!! There are all Latin workers, and I a Latina walked inside and one of the workers refused to serve me and sent me to another worker, than decided to help the next person who walked in and it was a caucasion man. Then they got the order wrong and my family was the only family inside. I asked for cream and sugar for my coffee and the worker didn't know where to find the cream. When I complained about the service they competely ignored me when I spoke English, then avoided me when they found out I also spoke Spanish. I never thought I would encounter such poor service in a mc donalds that in my town San Francisco we patronize quit a bit since I have small kids. My advice is drive an extra mile or two to the next mc donalds. I know I need to give at least a star but I wish there was a button for negitive star rating. I never post reviews but the staff in this McDonald's is amazing. We stopped by on the way from Homewood and my step son was crying because they didn't have Batman toys for the happy meals. Just about every time I go they mess up my order. The only time I called the number to complain the lady told me they would make it right and send a gift card. The manager sent me a free small smoothie coupon, they ripped me off $5 in missing food and all they send is a small smoothie? Place needs new management. I went to this McDonald's for a meal after driving for 10 hours straight without pissing, pooping, eating or drinking. After climbing 6000 feet from sea level, my bowl felt like it was about to explode, same with my stomach as it was so full of air from not eating for so long. I ran in feeling like I was about to poop myself in the middle of the lunch rush to use the stall, of course, they are cleaning the bathroom during the middle of the lunch rush when the restaurant is chalk-full of people. So I wait and go order my double quarter-pounder meal. I took my receipt and soda cup and went to the soda machine closest to the window which had a broken ice mechanism which really tipped my boat, as I had to wait in a 2 person line for the other machine which had a working ice mechanism. The soda had a terrible syrup to H20 ratio which made me feel even sicker from all the sugar. After putting my meal on the table they were wiping, I made my way to the restroom to drop a jolst which proved to be a decent experience, up until I had to dry my hands with the out-of-date hand dryer with a grease slathered button(similar to every door-handle in the building). I managed to get my way back to the table to eat my meal, and boy was it transparent. The meat was both under-cooked(maybe a possible attempt at a medium-rare grill), as well as buttered in grease. Gagging while walking across the restaurant to get some ketchup to revive my throat with on my fries, I had completed the best McDonald's experience I've had in a while. read more

I drove through this Truckee Mc Donald's last Monday, ordered a large iced coffee with light ice as I've done at many other Mc Donalds' in Calif for years. I have to drive a lot, and that's basically what I order. I was handed a medium. When I asked "What's that?" she proceeded to try to explain their unique policy, "Well, you ordered it with light ice and that's more coffee, SO, we give you a medium" I said "They don't do that anywhere else and I PAID for a large" Being irritated, to say the least, I said " Just give it to me" and drove off thinking "what just happened there. I PAY for a large, and she shoved a medium at me with some lame explanation and an attitude toward me, for asking why they were ripping me off, to boot." I do know that THAT isn't policy, but rather their own unique rule, and like I said, unique attitude, to go with it. Please don't try to save or make extra money on people buying coffee. I do know that when people order sodas they're just handed a cup and not monitored as to the amount of ice they are using. It was just coffee, not espresso, just coffee, plain. Anyway after calling the number on the 'cup' and reporting this nonsense, the call I received from, I guess it was the manager, 3 days later, was about as accommodating as the girl at the drive through. At least I know where that girl got her attitude and probably the new Mc Donald's rules she follows. When I asked about what happened that day, she snapped at me that she was sending me a coupon for something free, and when I attempted to ask about that incident, at her store, it seemed clear that she didn't want to discuss it, and wanted to get off the phone as quickly as possible, she did the, "Well, sorry about that and we hope you come back, uh huh, uh huh uh huh, ok, ok, ok?" thing. Yah, I don't think so. Coupon or not, who wants to go to a place like that. In most establishments or any for that matter, the bad or good attitude usually starts at the top and this location needs to get all of THAT in check before I would think about ever going back there. I think I can make it all the way to Reno without having to stop THERE. And I hope I don't HAVE to use that coupon at that store in Truckee. Anyway I'll say it here, In the future if you want to charge someone extra, because they don't want much ice, perhaps that's a way to go, but don't make me PAY for a large and hand me a medium ANYTHING, and especially SUPER SIZED with a defensive & bad attitude to go with it.
