Sat at drivethru for 5 minutes, pulled up to he drivethru window for another couple of minutes as I had seen someone moving around in the back. No one came to the window so I called. No answer. Literally every single time before I go to this McDonalds I call and ask if the McFlurry machine is working. They say yes. I show up in the drive through and it is out of order or they are out of ice cream. They are lazy and their attitudes show it. I've never seen a worker have a smile at this location and act as if it's an inconvenience being there. I highly recommend not going to this location. read more

If there was a "zero stars" rate I would give that. Slowest fast food ever. 20 minutes wait with just one lady in front of me. I ordered: 1. Happy meal: cheeseburger, fries, apple slices, milk. 2. 2 McPick (for $2.50): double burger, mozzarella sticks. I saw them put the Happy Meal together. Then nothing. I complained about the waiting time 15 minutes after. Only then they started the mozzarella sticks, according to the cashier. I requested my money back or my food (whichever was faster). A guy came out to help (manager?) and gave me $2.50 back, and my food, 20 minutes later. I checked the time with the receipt. This is what I got: The cheeseburger of the Happy Meal was cold (after 20 minutes) and it looked like if someone sat on it. The fries were chewy, cold, soggy, and not cooked all the way. The double was ok (warm-ish). The mozzarella sticks are breaded. Bread was not cooked all the way. Apples and milk were ok. We will not be back. Managers and owner, you need to step up your game. As a franchise we expect certain quality of food and certain level of service. If you need more staff, staff appropriately. If your employees need more training, train them. Or pick a different franchise in a different location. Love's gas station is a preferred stop for refuelling and getting food precisely because of quality and customer service. The service here was terrible. I'm not normally the one to write reviews, but this time it is much deserved. The smaller girl with the dark brown hair and long eyelashes that took our order was extremely rude. She was very short and not friendly at all. After getting the food, I checked to see if everything was in the bag. And she rudely opened the window and told us to leave as it was making her time go up. If she wasn't so unfriendly in the first place, I wouldn't have thought to first check the bag to make sure the order was correct. Never coming here again. I don't ever leave bad reviews but this place really left a bad taste today. The drive thru girl was slow and had terrible customer service. They didn't have anything we wanted on the menu. The frappes are advertised all over and their machine was broken. I understand that things happen, but being that there are three more McDonald's near by, a nice "I'm sorry, machines are broken" sign would have been nice. I have went to this particular McDonald's on three separate occasions and ordered an ice tea and on every single occasion they have given me coffee with ice in it. I was on my way to work two of the times and was unable to have it replaced. The third time (you think I would've learned by now) I tasted it in the parking and guess what? Freaking coffee again! I took it back and they said they would fix it. They took about 20 min and all they did was make another pot of coffee. I used to love their ice tea but I no longer go because I don't want to be disappointed with coffee again. Get it together McDonald's. How hard is it too make ice tea? read more

This review is specific to the McDonald's located in Tulare California on Prosperity Ave, across from Popeye's Chicken. Last night we went there for dinner. It wasn't overly busy at all. We ordered and when we pulled up to the window were asked to pull over because they were still waiting on some of our food. After waiting in our car for 10 minutes they finally brought out two bags of food. I immediately checked the food, as I always do, and found that our Filet O Fish was missing. My husband tasted the french fries and they were disgusting. Several hours old and completely inedible. I also tasted one and agreed. So, I calmly went back in and told the young lady behind the counter they had forgotten our sandwich and told her about the fries. She was very sweet and helpful, but from what happened next was very obviously not trained well. She took the fries out of my bag and placed them back into the fry warmer! I couldn't believe it! She then proceeded to dump fresh fries on the opposite side of the warmer and fill two of my 4 fry orders and place them in my bag. This is when the shift supervisor came over and asked me what the problem was. I said that I was being helped and she walked away. A few minutes later she came over and asked why I was still waiting and I explained to her what had happened. She rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to walk over to the fry station and talk to the first young lady that was helping me. They spoke for a moment at which point the supervisor said, those are going to have to be re-fried. I think my jaw must have been on the floor because she turned around and looked at me and I know my mouth was wide open in shock. She rolled her eyes again and walked to the back office, retrieved a trash can and proceeded to throw away all of the french fries in the side that had my old fries in it. I finally received my fourth order of fries and thanked the young lady for replacing them. When we got home to eat our dinner I tasted one of the "freshly" fried fries that she had given me and immediately knew that they were old fries that had just been re-dropped. This is SO disgusting. What can u say? It's McDonald's. Service is mediocre. Restaurant looks nice but is kind of messy. Orders are often inaccurate.

Horrible service, they forget items in your bag and then get upset at the fact that your claiming your stuff you already paid for, forgot strawberry jam, napkins, my eggs my hash brown and my orange juice and made VERY OBVIOUS she. Was annoyed by signing out loud that I asked her to actually give me a medium orange juice. On top of that the place was very messy coffee spilled on the counter inside the kitchen and at least 15 packets of syrup just on the floor the girl grabbed my cash and gave me my change and went on to continue putting salt on the fries when in realty your suppose to wash your hands if you make contact with cash and go back to food.
