WOW is about all I can say about this horrible experience. Too hard to explain in writing. One thing I will say is the guy taking our order looked and sounded like he was no Older than 10. The guy handing us our food was not getting that we paid for an iced tea and they were out - he didn't get the concept of either giving us our money back or another drink. He wanted to give us tap water in place of the large drink we ordered and didn't seem to comprehend that we paid for a drink. A really bizarre experience - a bit like the Twilight Zone! read more

Stopped by here passing through Wisconsin Dells. Just mention this because this is the only McDonalds I've seen that has a log cabin construction, and the eating area has the appearance of a high ceiling hunting lodge. There is a large stuffed moosehead over the front counter and a stuffed deer head at the opposite end. On one of the rafters is a stuffed coyote. The style fits in nicely in northern Wisconsin. read more

Went there around 12 for the late night menu. The person had an attitude towards us and never encouraged we were there. We ordering chicken nuggets and a quarter pounder with cheese and as we started eating them my boyfriend noticed his burger wasn't fully cooked and I looked at my chicken nuggets and there were 2 that was not cook at all when I called to complain about it the lady hung up on me and disconnected the phone while I tried calling back VERY PROFESSIONAL so do not go here they just won't listen to you. Coolest mcds I've been in but...... Employees have an additude and act like they don't understand you. There was no ketchup out but tons of jelly and syrup. Food was slopped together. But its McDonalds can't expect miracles from them. read more

This is the coolest McDonald's I've stepped foot in. Instead of your run-of-the-mill setup, this one is modeled as a huge log cabin with a high, vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and taxidermied animals. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. As long as you're not one of those PETA zealots who will complain about the animal decor, you should at least come to check it out. read more

What rude customer service!!! Came here with my girlfriend in the drive thru at around 11 & I asked for 2 shakes and the lady said they were cleaning the machines. Then she said she doesn't have anymore ice cream for the rest of the night. Which one is it lady??? & then I pull up and she doesn't say one word to me! Not a hello not a thank you nothing. Came to Wisconsin dells for a family weekend summer getaway and waited 20 mins for our food. All three Cash register was set to open however no worker was present. Only one cash register was open with a line waiting. When ask for my soda cups after I had paid for them the black female worker (she looks younger than 18) then told me that there was a policy where I couldn't get my cups until after my food was here? Wtf?! I had told her there is no such policy for a fast food restaurant like this. She refuses to give me my soda cups. I should of ask for her manager and fired her. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! We ordered sausage biscuits and eggs with just egg and cheese NO SAUSAGE! When we received our meal, we opened the wrapper and there was only TWO BISCUITS!! Why would I pay for a sausage biscuit and egg and only receive biscuits?!!?!!!?! The two dry pieces of biscuits we just sitting there and I was searching for my egg and cheese. We went back so they can fix the mistake, but they thought we were mistaken. All we wanted was our breakfast but they told us too pay extra for it. We said yes, we will pay but can you apologize and admit you're wrong and we would like to talk to the manager because they wouldn't take no for an answer. So the lady goes and says that she is the manager with a bossy attitude. We could understand that they were just busy, but why won't they just let us go and not make a big deal in front of everybody. We payed for the sandwiches that they didn't even give us!!!!! The manager was acting with hate toward us and tremendous attitude. As far as McDonalds go, this is one of the cleanest I have ever been to. That being said, it also had some of the grossest food!! I don't know if it was an "off"day for them, but some of the stuff was just downright NASTY! Inedible at times. My husband said his pancakes tasted weird, the ketchup was pink (yes, PINK) with all of these little bubbles in it, and the diet coke was gross as well. Our "quick and cheap" meal turned into "eat whatever you can manage to choke down". Ew. read more

This McDonalds is easy to get in to from one direction, but a pain from the other. There is plenty of parking and everything and the atmosphere is a nice change of pace from typical McDonalds. The food is just typical McDonalds (maybe a little worse when they are busy), but with a little bit inflated prices. It is about what you would expect I guess. read more

My family of 4 walked in at 1:00 on a Thursday to a group of about 7 girls who all looked clueless. The one who walked up to the register didn't even greet us...she just stood there. Walked in looks cool, but the cashier took my order and read it back to me mumbling. I had no idea what he said so I just repeated what I said and he added it again. Once I finally got the order figured out I was walking outside with my order and I end up tripping on a parking block that blends into the road right next to where the sidewalk lowers to the road. I didn't hurt myself, but I dropped all of my food because the parking block was placed terribly and wasn't painted yellow so you can see it. read more

This McDumbass doesn't not take part in national promotions because they raise the prices above places a few miles away. made a family trip to the dells and decided to stop by this mcd's on our last day. thinking breakfast would be over since it was 10:45 am, when we walked in, we noticed that they were still taking breakfast orders since the breakfast menu was still up. they were beyond busy but the lines went by super fast. the cashiers were very nice and even took the time to tell me about taking a survey which is listed on the receipt. i got my order in no time. not just that but they have a huge condiment area and the hot sauce/picante sauce were even available out there as well. i've never seen that before. the reason why i gave 3 stars was because when going to use the restroom, it smelled like an animal farm in there. never have i ever walked in such a nice mcd's building that looks like a gigantic log cabin but the fact that everything was top notch all but the restroom. that's really too bad. recommend checking this place out but maybe wait to use the restroom elsewhere. read more
