The service was HORRIBLE. My father went to this location at 8 am. He ordered 3 orders of biscuits and gravy. It came out to $7.11 my father paid 10 dollars thus the change is supposed to be $2.89. They gave him $2.50 for his change due to s a shortage of coins. He didn't care that they didn't give him his 39 cents. But they didn't explain to him why he did so. They just thought it was okay to NOT give the correct change to their customers. Then when my dad confronted them about it the employee with attitude said to him "So do you want your 39 cents?" We go to this McDonald's quite a bit since it is the closest one. It doesn't matter when I go, or if I get a meal or just a sweet tea, but EVERY TIME I go there they mess up my order! Every time I have ordered something here, and that is quite often, AT LEAST one thing in my order is not right or not how I ordered it! I literally ordered 2 Mc chickens and it took 20 minutes. They told me to park in the reserved are so I did . After the 20 minute mark hit I called the store to ask what was going on with my order. The lady who answered put down the phone after I asked her, ignoring me. I hung up because no one was replying . I called a second time, but the phone was still not on the receiver. We only got one bag of apple slices and the other four boxes had neither apple slices nor yogurt. I did not return because it was not worth my time. Mistakes happened a lot at this McDonalds. Location needs Corporate intervention. Drive through line was at least 10 cars deep and took 15 minutes to move through. Then they could not find my order when I got to the window. A number 1 meal...period, pretty simple. Granted the guy at the window seemed new and he was trying hard, but there could not have been that many orders open on the screen. 3 cars in front, 2 behind in the order slots. Did not meet the criteria for "fast food" as I still had to wait when i moved to the second window. On the plus side the frys were tasty as I drove home...then I opened the big mac box...then remade it as it was simply all over the place. As a share holder i'm disappointed in this site as its probably causing a lowering of stock value. People vote with their feet and that affects share price. I just told both of you what was wrong?!?!?! They keep laughing and enjoying themselves, leave the window then the younger one, who honestly may have been getting trained by the older one, just walks up and shoves the bag out to me and turns around and they start yacking to each other again. Communication is the single most important thing in business. In this case, after I left the order window, there was none. I felt like I was simply an interruption to their evening of laughter and good times. And NEVER did they one apologize or take responsibility for their mistakes, or really even acknowledge me as a CUSTOMER. Look, I get it. I pulled up to the drive thru window at approximately 3:09AM 2/6/2021. Right away the guy at the drive thru says "hold on" . This past Monday morning Manager On Duty YOLANDA came to the drive thru window to argue with me about having only had paid for 2 hash browns. This place is always short staffed. The line goes out to the street during rush times. The staff they do have move so slow that from the first pay window to the pickup window. My fries were cold by the time I got them. And there was nobody in front of me. I could see the cashier behind the tinted plexiglass but I guess she thought she was invisible. This isn't just a one time occurrence. I was there one day when they still let you go inside. And an Uber East driver has been waiting for longer then 30 minutes and the order was called in or however they do it. She was pissed. I can't tell you how long I had to wait. Because after what happened to the Uber driver, I felt pretty lucky if I only had to wait 20 minutes to get a frappe. The guy that runs the place keeps the place short staffed. I guess he believes he can do it himself and doesn't need a full staff or he's a cheap ass but either this McDonald's is the slowest one I have ever been to. You would think with such a long weight, you must be getting a fresh off the grill burger right? Nope, it's a burger that has sat for more then a few minutes. The service is extremely slow, and if you actually get what you ordered it's a miracle! I had to wait today as the second speaker was not working at the drive-thru twenty-some minutes later as I pulled up after several people pulled in front of me I told the man at the counter and he said "oh okay ,whatever" like it was no big deal. I got there I wanted one drink I got pulled forward they brought the drink out and of course as usual it was wrong. I then asked them to fix it which was another 10 minutes. I finally got the drink and there was no straw. Not that any of this surprises me, I've heard so many people tell me the same stories of this McDonalds. This is consistently the worst McDonald's ever! They mess up your order EVERY single time. Without exception. Even when you order one to two items. Drove through for a Lg. Diet Coke, that's it. (My fault for not checking it) Got to work and tasted it and it was tea. How does that even happen? EVERY time! This morning got two breakfast items, a coffee, Med Dr. Pepper and a Lg. Diet Coke. At the window he handled me the coffee and Diet Coke but no Dr. Pepper. Had to remind him and then he found it. I asked for straws and he said they were in the bag. I pulled up and checked my Diet Coke. It was Dr. Pepper. Unbelievable! I parked and went in to fix it myself . Got home and there were no straws in the bag. They couldn't be this bad if they tried.
