The turn to get to the window, however, is tight! I wouldn't recommend any full-sized trucks to come through unless you wanna risk scratching your bumper. Service is usually pretty quick. The friendliness and attitudes of the workers are hit and miss, but no one has ever been downright rude, so that's a plus. And in my experience, they've done a good job at getting orders right. Our order was "One double cheeseburger EXTRA ONIONS, one Mcchicken no lettuce and no mayo, small fries, and hot mustard". It seems like McDonald's at ALL locations doesn't know what "extra onions" means because they put "no onions" on the ticket. There were obviously no onions on the burger, and I'm only writing this tonight because this keeps happening. Maybe I sound like a Karen, but I genuinely don't think it's that complicated to put onions on a burger. This is the McDonald's closest to where I live, and because my younger son is such a huge fan of McDonald's, we've been to this location dozens of times at this point. Most of the time, we get drive-through, and especially with ordering through the app, the service is fast and friendly. There was one time that they forgot an apple pie that I ordered, but they made things right with little hassle on my next visit. We've also dined in at this location several times, and it is clean and has a modern appearance especially for a fast food restaurant. We've had good experiences dining in too, though there was one time my son and I waited 45 minutes for our food. We were engaged with each other enough in the moment that I didn't try to see what was the cause of the delay, but the delay did ultimately inconvenience us later on that night. All in all, especially for a fast food restaurant, we've had good experiences at this McDonald's location. I would recommend this one over many others that I've been to. read more

However, during my visit today, I noticed the sundae was noticeably underfilled. While the flavor and quality were consistent with what I expect from McDonald's, the portion didn't match the standard we have come to know and expect. The cup was only about 1/2 - less than 2/3full, with less soft serve and fudge than usual. I brought it to the staff attention and nothing was done. Consistent, friendly staff members, menu items are well made. The only thing I could as for is for them to be 24 hours like they used to be but I understand why that changed given this location. This McDonald's is located by the stater bros, next to Panda Express, Starbucks to go, and the Indian express. Don't be fooled however, it doesn't not share the same parking lot as those other restaurants so be careful where you're turning into! The drive through does have a unique right turn to it, and you'll see by the layers of paint on the wall that countless people have not successfully maneuvered the turn, so proceed with caution! Overall great location, they rarely have issues with their ice cream machine (omg I hope I didn't just jinx it....) and as noted the staff members are always cordial which is a huge win in my book!! read more

This is our local go to McDee's Associates here are majority all great, friendly & service is good. It varies sometimes on the time frame getting your food in a timely manner. I've only might have came here once when the ice cream machine was down thru out my 6 years residing in YL from what i recall. Drive thru is really tight. I mean really tight. I've taken my Tundra Truck thru here but never ever again! I held traffic that backed out all the way to the street my 1st time taking my truck thru drive thru. SORRY From paint marks on the brick wall and on the poles in the drive thru. Lots of cars has had problems too. So suggest if you're not a great in driving trucks thru a narrow area. Walk in is highly suggested. They have 2 table booths w game iPads to entertain kids Woman's bathroom has a air hand dryer, no paper towels. Ok, this is part review is the McDonald's restaurant and the mobile app. So I've had issues before with the mobile app. You'd think a MULTI-BILLION dollar corporation could design a better mobile ordering app than this POS. I use mobile apps for ordering at most fast food restaurants and NONE of them have issues as significant and infuriating as the McDonald's app. So anyways, it's late night, I need food, so I order my usual at McDonald's. Yes, I know, it's a bit of a "princess" order, but it's literally just leaving stuff out. I order through the app and head over to the restaurant. I'm sitting in the curbside pickup but notice I don't have a number. Plus, this POS app keeps FREEZING on me, so I have to literally KILL the app and reboot, not once, but twice. And no, I don't have a bad or old phone - it's a Pixel 7 Pro. So anyways - I can't get a number, so I pull into the drive thru to tell them what happened. The person working the driver thru asks me for the number, and I'm like, "I don't know, all I have is a receipt." He tells me I need a number, to which I respond again, that I don't have a number I just have the receipt. I offer to pull up to show him my receipt, but he insists they need a number. At this point, I'm getting mad, but I try my best to hold it in. The microphones they use in the drive thru must not be very good cuz I kept trying to get his attention and he wouldn't respond. Didn't matter, cuz all he kept saying was that he needs a number. He was also not being helpful AT ALL. Didn't offer to take a look at the app or anything. I guess I could've pulled up to the window to show him anyways, but I basically had had enough with his bullsh*t. No one was sitting behind me, so I reversed out of the drive thru without saying a word and peace'd out. Hate to pick on a specific business for something that I believe is a corporate problem, but here goes. Ordered 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets, and asked for honey mustard sauce to dip them in. The sauce was really runny, tasted watered down, no honey flavor I could detect, barely any mustard flavor. Honestly tasted like and had the consistency of what started as a reasonable sauce, and then someone tried to save money by cutting it 50-50 with water.
