Restaurant located at Mistwood golf course Large dining room with a bar at the center of the dining room. Very nice decor and lower sound levels made conversation at the tables pleasant. Nice menu of sandwiches and entrees, lot an overly large menu but enough that there is something for just about everyone. There are seating areas that can accommodate a larger group of diners. Service was good but slower than average during my visit. But staff was attentive. Food quality was very good and reasonable prices. Nice beer wine and cocktail selections Some televisions in the dining room and over the bar. Not all of them were on making for less distraction while dining. Restroom was clean. There are four single occupancy restrooms instead of traditional men's and women's restrooms Ample parking. But parking spots are away from entrance, there is a drop off lane in front of door something to consider if you or someone in your party has a mobility issue. Location at Renwick and Gaylord has a traffic light provided easy access to either road from parking lot. read more

Ordered delivery thru DoorDash, and the driver had to wait about 20 minutes for the food because it wasn't ready. Got the fish & chips, it was crispy even after delivery and tasted delicious... unfortunately, there was a bone. The pretzel bites were disappointing, rock hard and the cheese was gross. We also ordered French onion soup that tasted very soapy. Maybe a pot didn't get rinsed? French onion soup is one of my favorites, but this ruined it for me for a while. 2/5 read more

First time at this restaurant this past Friday and I am very impressed! My husband picked this place to celebrate his birthday. Our waiter Brian was super friendly and funny. He had me laughing at our table. Really nice guy. We started off with having the sangria twist drinks and the cheese curds for an appetizer. Very tasty! I highly recommended. My husband had the crab cakes and I had the salmon. We normally aren't big seafood eaters but both sounded really good so we had to try them. My husband liked the crab cakes and the salmon had a nice sugar and spice seasoning and came with a spicy risotto. Both entrees include soup or salad which we both enjoyed. Can't wait to come back. Next time we will try getting a table facing the golf course to enjoy the view. read more

Our party of 6 had reservations on Sunday at 130p. We were greeted by a hostess and seated immediately. Our server Brittany offered us drinks and brought us water. We started with a few appetizers, the onion rings ($12) they were large generous size, enough for all 6. Then the Brussel sprouts ($12) again a large portion and very tasty. We ordered the BBQ wings 8 for $12..these were very good. One of us ordered a drink, Absolut on the rocks ($7.75). Another had a Shirley Temple (3.50) A couple of us had soda ($3.50). For our entrees, we had Crab Sandwich with fries ($18) good and again generous portion. The Shrimp &grits (28) were very good, large juicy shrimp and a flavorful portion of grits. Three of us did the lunch pick two..one had the chicken Caesar wrap with onion soup, the tuna salad with Broccoli Cheddar soup, and the Beef and cheddar sandwich with onion soup. All of the pick 2 were $16. The onion soup was very good. All the sandwiches were tasty and again very generous portions. We all took "doggie bags". The service was outstanding. Our drinks were refilled without request, our plates were cleared in a timely manner. The restaurant is beautiful...lots of windows overlooking the golf course...ample free parking. read more

Very nice atmosphere. Friendly employees with eye contact and answers are "of course". The wait staff are very knowledgeable of the dishes and can make recommendations based off of food choices. A waiter that we began frequently attending suggested to sign up for the rewards program which we find very easy to use. We had a large party of 14 with 4 separate checks - very easily done and each check - we wrote down our phone numbers so that everyone was registered. I am so excited to have our dinner reservations at 4 pm today ! Valentines Day ! Looking forward to the 100 layer lasagna and tiramisu . Our new favorite restaurant. Were looking for a last minute place to eat during valentine's eve and we found this place 2 mins away from home. Reserved a table for 4 online, showed up at the door and we were immediately taken to an empty and clean table. The wait time for the food was just right. Enough time to enjoy a good talk, our appetizers and then enjoy our main entree. Very delicious and everyone enjoyed their plate and appetizer. Will definitely go again in the future. read more

Very disappointed, period. This visit marks our fourth visit to this restaurant and overall, my wife and I were very disappointed. First, I made a reservation three days ago (Through Yelp) and asked for a window seat. No luck. We arrived at our scheduled time and we were told we had to wait. Then, we were unable to get a window seat. Instead, we got a seat in front of the door where a wedding party proceeded to enter the building and parade around our table, some of whom decided to stop literally next to our table. Next, our server sucked. We ran out of our drinks and our glasses were empty each time before we were asked if we wanted another. I ran out more than my wife. Our salads were out long before I was finished with my Scottish Egg appetizer, then we waited for our entrees. I ordered the Lamb Shank. I was pleased to see it on the menu again. I enjoyed it once before and was happy to see it again. However, this time, the lamb was very dry and splintered - very over cooked. My wife enjoyed her hamburger. And, truthfully, I also thought it was a great hamburger. Then I ordered desert. We waited at least 15 minutes for our Creme Brûlée and when it finally arrived, the candy crust was like mush. Not crisp at all. Perhaps it was made and baked 5-6 hours earlier in the day. I can go on about the poor quality service and meal, but there's no point. I think the message is clear. Suffice is to say that this was a very disappointing visit. However, 3 of 4 visits were enjoyable. So, contrary to my wife's perspective, we will give it a go again sometime in the future. But when you're on a "Dining Out" budget like we are, you don't want to waist your money on poor service and crappy food. So we'll give this restaurant one more chance. I get to this area every couple years for work, and I can always depend on McWethy's to hook me up with a great meal and friendly service! Carla the bartender is wonderful. This trip I got the Hatch Chile Chicken app and a steak sandwich. My request to have the steak blackened was accommodated and added a nice zing. Both dishes were very satisfying and I had plenty of leftovers to pack in my cooler to take home once work is concluded. read more

Just a quick update that I feel the public needs to hear. If you think you like or dislike Salmon you're wrong. If you haven't tried McWethy's sugar and spice salmon you don't even know Salmon. Easily the best Salmon preparation I have ever had. I was almost full from my soup and blue crab cake when the salmon entree arrived..... and I still ate the whole damn chunk of fish.
