Beyond the food, this is the most pleasant staff I have ever had the pleasure of being helped by. Tonight specifically, I had a coupon for free humus that wasn't pulling up the right way. Not only did they try to help me with my code, but they ended up bringing me one anyways. (And again...it was delicious). While eating, three different staff members came up to either offer more water, pita, clear off empty plates, and offer to go containers. They were so incredibly kind in every interaction. So I did a takeout order today for my first visit to the new location in brookside and I'll admit I was in a bit of a hurry to place the order but it was a little odd and cumbersome the system that they have they could have been me. We ordered the chicken shawarma the mushroom soup and the Spanish eggplant. The Spanish eggplant was definitely flavorful but it was just far too many tomatoes and not enough eggplant. The mushroom soup was very flavorful I would definitely recommend that, it was very creamy. The chicken shawarma was full of a lot of chicken but it could have had more flavor it was a bit bland the garlic sauce on the side was flavorful but I'm not sure it goes with the chicken shawarma. I'll give Meddys another try but I'll definitely go in and see how everything is read more

Only negative thing is the menu is a little daunting and some items do not contain explanations on the board. Also the staff was so eager to help they kept asking for my order, "we can take you here! We can take you here!" But I wasn't ready because none of the shawarma offerings contained descriptions with the listings. And some weird names which made sense after I was able to read rhetorical printed menu. For example; swimming shawarma is salmon. Cute, right? But did not make sense at first.
