    chicken blt

This is a very underrated spot. Glad this was available in the hotel: the ambiance is fancy but the food is not overpriced and they serve large portions. I ordered the chicken blt for lunch. It was delicious and the service was awesome. They were attentive and friendly.

What a pleasant experience we had while enjoying breakfast. First the service was fantastic, our server was very friendly and attentive to our party. The coffee was strong and flavorful, I believe they were brewing Starbucks. Finally my BYO omelet was delicious. The eggs were lightly and fluffy and cooked to perfection. My favorite part was the seasoned roasted potatoes, crispy on the outside and some in the middle. Probably the best breakfast potatoes I have ever had. This is a must try, while staying at the Hilton Hotel at Lake Las Vegas. Enjoy!!

Lunch at the Medici Bistro was an amazing experience, simply put it was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Walking into the restaurant, you are captivated by the elegant ambiance with a breathtaking view of the Garden. From the hostess greeting and seating you, to the server's knowledge and recommendation of luncheon entrees, serve was beyond exceptional. The Chef's entree presentation is like a fine work of art, you can truly feel that he has a passion for what he does. We had the opportunity to meet the Executive Chef and not only was he personable, but was also very compassionate. I unfortunately have a cast on my left arm that makes it difficult for me to pick-up and eat or even cut my food, however this amazing Chef took the time to take my food back into the kitchen and cut my lunch for me still keeping the presentation of the entree impeccable thus allowing me to partake in his decadent creation! I highly recommend the Medici Bistro at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas as a must dine in experience!

Serving post Covid-19. There was just a little bit of wait time for breakfast but was promptly seated. I expected the prices to be higher but I felt like it was fair. You can even charge to your room. Very delicious breakfast that filled us up and the sauces even came out in those cute mini bottles.

Upon entering Medici Bistro, we were great by Brenda the very pleasant hostess. She sat us right away with menus and had water brought out immediately after. Our server Kelly greeted us with a warm smile and was very knowledgable of the menu. I ordered the club sandwich, (phenomenal by the way) with sweet potato fries! The food came quickly and was fresh! They have an open dining room with gorgeous large windows overlooking their beautiful, lush green garden. We will definitely be back to try the Sunday brunch Kelly told us about and the dinner menu looks yummy! Thank you Hilton staff for a great lunch and great service!!!

My bf & I ate breakfast here this past Saturday. We usually go to Cafe du Lak but it was unfortunately closed. This restaurant is located inside the bottom level of the Hilton. We waited quite a while at the hostess stand while a line built up behind us. Multiple servers glanced at us and kept walking by without any word of acknowledgement. Finally the hostess came out & took us to our table. She didn't greet us, smile or say hello... We asked for an outdoor table & she let us pick which one. We were told it's a buffet and to go help ourselves. The selection was good, fruits, cheese, salads, meats, juices, cereals, pastries and eggs. The eggs in the buffet seemed like liquid carton eggs and were awful. I opted to try the omelet station, cooked to order. The chef that took my order and made my omelet was either having a REALLLLLLY bad day or absolutely hates his job (maybe both?). He was so unfriendly & rude it was laughable. Other then that, our actual server was pleasant & kept our coffee mugs replenished. Do I recommend this restaurant? NOPE. Either go to Cafe du lac or if you feel like a short drive, Hometown Eats on S Boulder has AMAZING customer service. You actually feel welcome there... what a concept.

The moment you step inside, you're welcomed into a whimsical, ultra-feminine space filled with sugary sweet treats, refined brunch dishes, artfully crafted coffee, sparkling champagne, luxurious milkshakes, and delightful surprises that go far beyond your expectations. Though the café itself is cozy, it's thoughtfully and beautifully designed with plush French-inspired décor. We were looking for a quick breakfast before driving back to Los Angeles (home) and we stayed for almost 2 hours going back to order more at least 2 times. We tried the cheese danishes, tuna melt, lavender iced latte w/ whole milk and the caramel chocolate tart (with a raspberry macaroon on top). Nothing was out of place and everything tasted better than it looked. If you're looking for flavor, atmosphere and vibes... you can't beat this place. We learned they also have a sister restaurant - Le Cafe du Sud in Southern Highlands. This is a counter service establishment - you get in line to order and pay and get our number and find a seat. There is a lot of menu items and ready made pastries so your eyes will have to move quickly to decide on your final order. There are plenty of seats indoors and out, so that shouldn't be too much of an issue. And water is self service as well. * Raclette Galette $15.99 - This gluten-free buckwheat crepe is served with raclette cheese, sunny side up egg, potatoes, bacon and ham. I love a buckwheat crepe and there's actually a place in town that I just love their version. At Le Cafe Du Val, they do prefer to cook theirs a little more on the softer side which I didn't realize. After a bite or two, I went and asked if this was typically how their galette is cooked. It was confirmed that yes, they do prefer it softer. They offered to remake mine which I initially declined but they insisted as they wanted me to be happy with it. So I agreed. I still found their version decent, but not exceptional. * Short Ribs Shakshouka $17.99 - This was on their Specials menu and was served with 7 pieces of baguette slices. It was good. * Melba Crepe $13.99 - It's a sweet crepe that's topped with poached peach, wild berry sauce, and whipped cream. It's simple and exactly as described. * Mini Lobster Rolls $18.99 - The lobster meat is mixed with celery, chives, and mayo and served on a butter toasted brioche buns. These are indeed mini rolls, so you may be hungry after eating them. Service - there really isn't too much to talk about as you order at the register and have minimal contact with the staff beyond them bringing the order to your table. I had to bring my plate to the staff member when I had the issue. I do appreciate their desire to fix my order though. Overall, Le Cafe du Val was just an okay experience for us. The food didn't stand out for us in the way that we hoped.

This little French café tucked just before the Las Vegas strip is exactly that kind of place. The kind you stumble into and suddenly forget what city you're even in. One step inside and it's all soft light, chandeliers, warm pastries, and that quiet, romantic hum that makes everything feel slower--in the best way. The coffee? Unreal. Whether it's a simple black coffee or an iced latte, it somehow tastes richer, smoother... like it was meant to be savored, not rushed. And the bakery--honestly, it's almost overwhelming in the best way. Every pastry looks like it belongs behind glass in Paris, and somehow tastes even better than it looks. I ordered their Barada sandwich and I'm still thinking about it. One of those "take a bite and pause" kind of meals. Everything here feels intentional, from the flavors to the presentation. But what really stays with you is the people. The staff is beyond kind--genuinely warm, attentive in a way that feels rare. They even went out of their way to track me down when I forgot part of my order, which somehow made the whole experience even more memorable. It's not just a café--it's a moment. A little escape. A place that feels like a scene out of a novel or a perfectly curated TikTok dream. I would drive 4 hours to go here and did and will do again!

At 2600 W Sahara Avenue suite 101 The moment I walked in, I knew I was going to like it. It has that old-school family restaurant feel--but elevated. The sound of dishes clinking, people laughing, and the smell of fresh food coming from the kitchen made it feel warm, welcoming, and full of life. It even gave me a little New York café vibe. Anywhoddles... I ordered the Angus bacon cheeseburger on a toasted brioche bun with bacon, lettuce, and red onions. Y'all... That burger was BURGERING. And sorry about the pictures. The food looked so good I forgot to take photos before I started eating. Instead, y'all got pictures of half-eaten food. Now that I think about it... that's kinda a vibe too. I also ordered the avocado fries. At first they accidentally brought me zucchini fries. Before I realized the mix-up, I tasted one. Y'all... Those zucchini fries were delicious too!! The staff quickly and politely fixed the mistake and brought out the avocado fries. And listen...I had never heard of avocado fries before, but they were absolutely delicious. Crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and paired perfectly with the dipping sauces. Between the zucchini fries and the avocado fries, Bespoke accidentally introduced me to two things I didn't know I needed in my life. The latte? Was Industrial strength. Exactly the way I like my coffee. Because if I'm going to drink weak coffee, I might as well order tea. And I love tea, but tea wasn't invited to the party that day. Anywhoddles... I went to wash my hands to always peek at the restroom too. Because if it wasn't clean... y'all already know I would be outta there. Happy to report it was spotless. I love everything about this restaurant. Even the way you order your food is an adventure. Y'all know how some places are just "stand here, order there, next"? Not this place. Even ordering feels like part of the experience. I'll definitely boomerang back. Those pastries were looking mighty tempting, and next time I plan on finding out if they taste as good as they looked. Sure, you can have this delivered. But honestly? The experience won't be the same. The sounds. The smells. The laughter. The atmosphere. It really deserves 10 Y'ALL... IT'S A WHOLE VIBE.

Now for the worst part, the eggs, I'm not very picky with my eggs but these had like a throw up texture to them, way too fluffy, almost tasted like gerber food, took one bite and just left them there.
