I used Messt for shipment of my documents, and I didn't any any problems whatsoever. if you put things in the package that prohibited please expect delays and it is normal. And they can't take responsibility for those who is in Lvov, Russian and so on. They can grant you what's on the spot at Glandale branch. OTHER COMPANIES don't take responsibility either like Western union or Post office. read more

This is a very reliable company that is tested for years! When I used to live back in my country, my friends sent me a lot of parcels which were delivered without any kind of problems. Nowadays I'm using this company very often to send different things to my relatives and friends. And again, all parcels were delivered safe and sound. Ok I have nooooo clue why people say that whoever they send package to didnt receive everything!!! I have been sending 5 boxes per WEEK to Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine for about 3 years now. And guess what? Nothing got lost or stolen and each package value was more than $300. So i think bad reviews come from those who never used this company!!! read more

I had the worst experience to this post office . I send a package to my country and they still all the good stuff and exchanged this with the cheap stuff from another package. And all the stuff was break, and dirty. And the box looked like it was run over by a car. read more

I have been using meest in New-York city for 4 year, it is nice place, they send parcels very fast. But Californian meest is terrible, they all rude, scamming people adding extra on parcel, the difference between same weight parcel send from NYC and LA is about 50$. My parcel from LA have a MONTH flight instead of 10 promises days . No one was helpful on the phone. No one want to connect me with supervise. I do NOT recommend to use it in California. read more

I sent 6 packages and they were delivered yet they were opened prior to delivery and all of the food/clothing products were removed. The delivery man informed that the packages were opened in Lviv. Through this act the company has sent me a clear message, "Stop sending packages and don't give business to rats." This company hasn't done anything and became completely elusive. I was very nervous about using Meest, but the whole experience was awesome. A package that I sent to Kiev arrived in 10 days! Amazing! And the staff is extremely friendly. A few things to keep note of before you use: 1. There is a language barrier, only a couple people there speak English so keep this in mind if you do not speak or understand Russian. 2. Be mindful of what you send. Customs will check and they may confiscate anything that may be suspicious. Also, I wouldn't recommend sending any diamond necklaces or Rolex watches. But this goes for sending anything extremely valuable outside of the country to any other country. 3. Make sure you CLEARLY write/type the address and phone number of the recipient on the package in case the country's parcel service needs to contact the recipient. I will definitely continue using Meest in the future! read more

I have never experienced such rude attitude as in Meest CA. Moreover, they re-packed our parcel and spoilt the gift for the kid, opened the box with confetti. It seems that the woman Alla who works there doesn't know good manners at all. Bad experience, refused to use this service, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Such kind of service is somewhat weird if not to say worse. read more

The price is right, you can track your package, and the delivery service to the small village we mail to is quick and efficient. We use them several times a year and have never had a problem. This MEEST California is supposed to work until 6pm, when I came it was 5.50pm. I was not allowed to enter and a blond woman rudely told me that they are closed. I said that it's 5:50 pm and it's said that they work till 6. In response the blond woman started yelling and swearing, she screamed that it was 6 and they are closed. I was shocked and it's a very unpleasant experience, I've never seen a worker that would yell and swear at their customers. It's very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. AWFULL. read more

I've been using their services since 1998, sending CARE packages to friends in Kiev. It always got there, no problem. Prices were way cheaper than the US Post Office!!! The only complaint I have is street parking in that area...you are lucky to find one. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do about that. Sometimes, I had to park blocks away and use my small handcart for my boxes. Friendly service. read more

My review is long over due. I am so grateful for their service over the years with Meest. Initially I found this company through word-of-mouth while volunteering at a Ukrainian church. I have supported Ukraine since the start of the war. One group that I support in Ukraine asked if I could send some items from here. At that time USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL had all stopped service. I quickly contacted Meest and asked if I could order and deliver directly to them in Glendale. And they said yes! Since then I keep sending items. Nothing has ever been damaged or lost. Even when they have some issues with a recipient's information being changed, they are really quick to solve it. I worked for a freight forwarding company for many years, so I know how tough it is. Especially when shipping to a country at war. Thank you, Ihor, Natalia and all the staff working at Meest in Glendale.
