First of all the male cashier we had was super rude. If he doesn't know how to treat customers then he shouldn't be working in customer service. Now this is what made me want to leave this comment. I ordered three signature Taro Ball. Two was for here and one was to go. The two orders for here, we got hot one is for me and the cold one is for my friend. (The one we got to go is the cold also.) We got our orders and everything was great except that they only have us one milk? Come on I got three orders that's worth over $24 bucks and you give me one milk? I went back and ask for more. When I got home and gave my take out to my sister, she told me that there's no grass jelly in it. I remember clearly my friend's cold version had a lot of grass jelly in it. How dare you did not put grass jelly in my to go order!? I paid so much for some cheap scam!? This place is being cheap and the workers are rude. Either their workers can't get the orders right or they purposely give you less or maybe none at all! I am so angry. I will never come back again. Not worth it for all the negative experience. Absolutely love Meet Fresh. So happy to eat Taiwanese dessert and every time I come here, it just brings back nostalgic tastes in my mouth of my younger days in Taiwan. Hate to write bad reviews. This has been my worst "Meet fresh experience" so far among all the meet Fresh locations. Took my parents here today to experience what younger generation like these days. We waited 30 mins. When I asked those girls. They were chatting and eating and being very mean to me, said " oh sorry. Forgot your Order. Do you still want it?" then rashly made my order very badly. How can you just skip someone's order? I'm very unhappy that they made elder people wait that long for their own mistakes without positive attitude. Feel shame for those two young girls. Came here with friends. We got the egg pudding with boba and the icy taro ball with q mochi. The egg pudding was pretty sweet but so good! The icy tarp ball was also a good choice.
