I was craving halo-halo and found this gem. It's one of the many food kiosks inside Blossom Market Hall. I had the proper halo-halo I remember growing up eating. Sweet red beans, young coconut shreds, ripe jackfruit strips, kaong, nata de coco, topped with ube ice cream, leche flan, and crisp rice cereal. Staff took the order patiently and said the halo-halo will be ready in 10 minutes. There are tables with hideaway benches and bar height chairs and tables to sit on.
My family and I absolutely love Tim's Thai Tea! Their desserts are always delicious and have become one of our favorite treats. The halo-halo is amazing, and my daughter's favorite is the shaved ice. The portions are generous, and they never skimp on the toppings, which we really appreciate. What makes the experience even better is the owner. He's always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cool to talk to. You can tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. If you're looking for great desserts, generous servings, and excellent customer service, Tim's Thai Tea is definitely worth a visit. We'll keep coming back!
I had a good experience at Tim's Thai Tea (San Gabriel). I ordered the Mais Con Yelo ($15 - 24oz) and Thai Tea ($9 - 24oz). Although its Thai Tea felt lackluster, the Mais Con Yelo dessert ensnared my heart. I happily bit into its creamy, sweet scoop of ice cream. I arrived at Tim's Thai Tea (San Gabriel) on Thursday (around 6:30PM). It's located inside the Blossom Market Hall. Parking is easy. The lot is spacious. Customers order at the counter or self-service kiosk. Staff is friendly but unmemorable. Staff usually vanishes behind the counter. After ordering, Staff provides an electronic pager. It beeps when your order is ready. My order took six minutes and 53 seconds. As mentioned, I ordered the Mais Con Yelo ($15 - 24oz) and Thai Tea ($9 - 24oz). The Mais Con Yelo includes Sweet Corn Cheese Ice Cream, Sweet Corn & Cream Corn Mix, Shaved Ice, Evaporated Milk, Condensed Milk, and Corn Cereal. When fresh, the Mais Con Yelo ($15 - 24oz) is VERY delicious. The ice cream is creamy with a robust, addictive corn flavor; its dry corn cereal toppings add a playful "CRUNCH." However, this treat is messy. It melts quickly!! As you progress, the treat tastes like chilled milky sweet corn. Unfortunately, the Thai Tea ($9 - 24oz) tastes heavy and bitter. There's an appreciated tea flavor attempt; however, it tasted burnt. Also, the boba pearls had a very off-putting texture and taste. These boba pearls felt like defrosted marshmallows. Despite the mediocre taste, I appreciated how the drink is thirst-quenching and huge. The Thai Tea is not bad, but it's forgettable. Concerning ambiance, Tim's Thai Tea (San Gabriel) benefits from being inside the popular Blossom Market Hall. It's filled with customers! The music is also very energetic and upbeat like a nightclub. The location has plenty of tables and seating. And the location is well-ventilated and clean. If I were to nitpick, Tim's Thai Tea (San Gabriel) would benefit from a hand sanitizer bottle because its desserts are so messy. Overall, I appreciated my visit to Tim's Thai Tea (San Gabriel). Personally, the Mais Con Yelo ($15 - 24oz) saved this experience. It's a beautiful and delicious dessert. If curious, I lightly recommend. 4.5 out of 5
We stopped by on a busy Saturday night and there was only 1 employee working. The young gentleman working assisted every customer waiting in line with such grace and kindness. We were watching him make the drinks and you can tell he was having a great time putting the drinks together. The young man delivered all the drinks and orders in a timely manner with a smile. Thank you for providing excellent customer service. Enjoyed our milk teas from Tim's Thai Tea. We ordered the Strawberry Milk Tea and Thai Tea. It was delicious. The milk teas were not too sweet. The Thai Tea was blended perfectly: Can't wait to try other milk tea items on their menu.
Tim!!! Why would you choose to put your halo-halo in this? Maybe you didn't have the right cups? At least warn a brotha! How am I supposed to mix mix this? Also why is it $16 dollars for a lot less than usual.
We got catering from Tim's chai tea/Mag's matamis. It was an excellent experience. Everyone enjoyed the fish balls, the shrimp balls, the kwek kwek and the sauces. The live cooking was a highlight! And the dessert portion was even better. The sago gulaman was the best and so refreshing. We also had Halo halo and Mais con yelo which were both delicious. They usually have their tent, but I am very grateful that they were able to accommodate our narrower but longer space on the day of. We did have umbrellas to help keep the desserts cool. For the catering package all the utensils and containers were all included. And they were very efficient and none of our guests had to wait very long for any food or dessert. Scheduling with them was very easy and convenient. They respond quickly and are able to customize the menu to your needs and they also print the menu according to your parties theme. I was very happy with their food and their service and would highly recommend them!
I came to Ube Fest and my son was asking for Thai Tea. The pictures seem like a legit, decent drinks but mostly Filipino drinks. We waited 40 minutes for two drinks; Thai Tea & Milo shake. Very dissatisfying on the water down Thai tea and Milo taste like your normal chocolate shake, no trace of Milo. Overly priced for two drinks $28 for 24oz Thai tea and 16oz Milo shake. I can get more from Cafe 86 and way better tasting drinks! Next time, maybe do a quality check on your drinks and train your workers better. It looks like a bunch of kids running around and do not look like they know what they're doing.

Tea Bag - no, tea IN a bag... yes! With such a picture, I couldn't help but try it out for its novelty. Yup, I got the Thai tea in a bag with brown sugar boba - less sweet. The drink took about 5 minutes to prepare, and the staff explained how to enjoy it in their reusable pouch. A few sips later, I realized that the boba tasted normal and not like brown sugar - still good nonetheless. The Thai tea was on the watery side, but the level of sweetness was nearly perfect. The reusable pouch? I enjoyed the idea of being sustainable; now I just need to use it more often. The best part about it? It's included in the price, and it also stands on the table fairly well. A good amount of thought was definitely put into this product - credit where credit is due!

The space includes a bar, stage area with scheduled events, and workshops held upstairs. The second floor also provides additional seating, outlets, and a single stall restroom alongside the men's and women's restrooms on the first floor. Parking is usually abundant unless there is a large street event, at which point the lot may require payment. Ambiance: The layout works well considering the number of shops housed in the hall. The overall feel is a blend of café, food court, bar, and family friendly gathering space. Menu: Appears wide at a glance. Ordering is done through a kiosk, but staff are available to guide you if needed. In this case, a recommendation was provided at the counter that led to ordering the mango slush. Service: Kind, patient, and informative.

The staff were super attentive and helpful in answering any questions we had. Unfortunately the mais con yelo was definitely pricey when compared to everything else served in the food hall. Tasty but not worth the price. order: Mais Con Yelo ($13 after tax) comment: I tried to get a cup for free water at the hall but they don't provide any cups. This place was busy. There was only employee and he was working hard. He still gave great customer service even though he was the only one working on such a busy evening. a really cute dessert place in the middle of a food court! got the halo halo -- it was made quickly and tasted very fresh. there are lots of tables right near the shop, plus more tables with outlets upstairs. the music downstairs is pretty loud and more suitable for if you're chatting with friends. upstairs is quieter and good if you're working. the tables can get pretty crowded, so keep that in mind if wanting to eat here. the wifi is strong and held well during zoom meetings. lots of clean bathrooms as well. read more

I ordered the Buko pandan and was impressed with the portions. Love the decor and service! Everything here was so cute and colorful! They even have shave ice. The Buko pandan had yummy pandan ice cream. It was a nice sweet treat after my meal. Very refreshing. I like the jellies. Apparently the boba was a free add-on? Nice! Halo halo cravings in a mostly Chinese centric city can be pretty hard to come by but not with Tim's Thai Tea within walking distance. The name may be misleading but their halo halo is one of the best. It's perfectly layered with the gels, macapuno (coconut meat in string form), red beans, flan, jackfruit, ube ice cream, some fun maraschino cherries, a well shaved ice (some halo halos tend to have big ice chunks), and a sprinkling of that crunchy rice topping. It hits the spot every time. If it's really hot, get their Hawaiian shaved ice, which is another must have. Nice and refreshing on a hot day. They've won a consistent customer with me. I need to try their other desserts as well, and eventually the Thai tea haha. read more

We got the halo halo with boba. It is a bit pricy. We got the regular size and it came to almost $15 but for the regular size, it's a good portion to be shared between two people. The worker there was nice. You can either order from the kiosk or from a worker. There is a bunch of parking out back, along with free wifi inside the market hall. The halo halo wasn't super sweet, just the perfect amount of sweetness. But our favorite was the ube ice cream on top. Ugh, I wish they served just ice cream there. It was really good. read more

I love that food halls are popping up recently! Located inside Blossom Market Hall. Kiosk on side for ordering which makes it so easy for those that like to customize their order. Definitely coming back to try other items. Kyle was helpful with assisting our order. Flight Special - you're able to swap items out for something else like a milkshake or drink. You're not able to have duplicates, all 4 items must be different. Halo Halo - was just what I was craving. I opted to top my halo-halo with Ube ice cream just to try it the original way. But you can pair it with their other ice creams as well. Boba was chewy and soft, didn't harden under the shaved ice. Remember to mix mix! Buko Pandan - is pandan lover's dream! Strong pandan flavor even with choosing less sweet. Malz Con Yelo - is much more plain other hand crafted drinks. Ice cream itself has a savory and sweetness to it. Thai Tea Milkshake - is very creamy but not much tea flavor. read more

Tim's Thai Tea is a cute lil thai-filipino dessert böba tea stand at Blossom Market Place in SGV. It serves a wide variety of boba tea, milk shakes/floats, special hand crafted drinks such as halo-halo, maiz con hielo, sago gulaman and melon. Staff were nice and professional. Service was on point. Prices were fair. I ordered a Maíz Con Hielo x Ice Cream w/ condensed milk on top. It's really good, and not too sweet. The trick was you need to stir the crushed iced and mix the kernel corn at the bottom. Overall, I had a good cold drink dessert which is perfect on a very hot day. I enjoyed it a lot. read more

Tim's Thai tea is located inside the Blossom market hall right in the middle. They have a lot of different options, but we were drew to the Thai tea, milkshake, mango milkshake, and the milk tea. They were able to accommodate the less sweetness in the milk tea by adding more milk, which tasted just fine. The Taro smoothie was the hit of the show. It was perfectly creamy and sweet and absolutely delicious. The milkshake was topped with its Taro whipped cream, which was pretty unique. I've never seen that before. The service was amazing and the person helping us to quite some time to go over all of the options and everything inside the milkshakes. You could add Boba for free to any drink. While these drinks are absolutely delicious. They are on the pricier side compared to other Boba places.. I believe these are the regular sizes for the milkshakes and each one was about $11. read more

I've been hearing great things about the desserts at this place so when I was passing by on my way to an event, I dropped in to get a look. I saw an awesome-looking Halo-halo but sadly where I was going, it would most likely melt. I opted for a drink instead and got the strawberry milk tea with rainbow jelly. I had got some spicy food from another stall and this eased the heat! The worker helped me decide the alternative so it would survive in my car cupholder longer, which it did! Tim's Thai Tea at Blossom Market is sooo good! Honestly, all their drinks are amazing and they have so many options especially for the kids! The Thai tea is my go to. It's the perfect amount of sweet and super flavorful and never watery or bland. The staff is always super kind and I love that they do this cute elephant stamp reward system.
