Tim's Thai Tea inside Blossom Market Hall.
    Shik P.

We stopped by on a busy Saturday night and there was only 1 employee working. The young gentleman working assisted every customer waiting in line with such grace and kindness. We were watching him make the drinks and you can tell he was having a great time putting the drinks together. The young man delivered all the drinks and orders in a timely manner with a smile. Thank you for providing excellent customer service. Enjoyed our milk teas from Tim's Thai Tea. We ordered the Strawberry Milk Tea and Thai Tea. It was delicious. The milk teas were not too sweet. The Thai Tea was blended perfectly: Can't wait to try other milk tea items on their menu.

Tea Bag - no, tea IN a bag... yes! With such a picture, I couldn't help but try it out for its novelty. Yup, I got the Thai tea in a bag with brown sugar boba - less sweet. The drink took about 5 minutes to prepare, and the staff explained how to enjoy it in their reusable pouch. A few sips later, I realized that the boba tasted normal and not like brown sugar - still good nonetheless. The Thai tea was on the watery side, but the level of sweetness was nearly perfect. The reusable pouch? I enjoyed the idea of being sustainable; now I just need to use it more often. The best part about it? It's included in the price, and it also stands on the table fairly well. A good amount of thought was definitely put into this product - credit where credit is due!

The staff is extremely kind and sweet! We found a table and they brought the drink to us! I can always count on friendly service here! I really hope this stays for quite some time because I love their Thai tea and shaved ice!

Halo halo!!!!!!!! One of the best! Got the large 24oz cup. Guy was nice enough to split into two 12oz cups. He even let us have a choice of ice cream flavor!!! The mais ice cream is the best! The other one had pandan ice cream. Located in the blossom market hall. In the center kiosks. Can't find a better halo halo!

Taro milk tea with boba and Mango Slushy + (add-ons) Total: $20.28

Price: Reasonable enough to revisit, though add ons can increase the total quickly if you are not paying attention. Location: Located inside a lively market hall with a mix of food and drink vendors. The space includes a bar, stage area with scheduled events, and workshops held upstairs. The second floor also provides additional seating, outlets, and a single stall restroom alongside the men's and women's restrooms on the first floor. Parking is usually abundant unless there is a large street event, at which point the lot may require payment. Ambiance: The layout works well considering the number of shops housed in the hall. The overall feel is a blend of café, food court, bar, and family friendly gathering space. Menu: Appears wide at a glance. Ordering is done through a kiosk, but staff are available to guide you if needed. In this case, a recommendation was provided at the counter that led to ordering the mango slush. Service: Kind, patient, and informative.

Located inside the blossom food hall in SGV. This food hall has plenty of seating and parking with free wifi for all guests. The staff were super attentive and helpful in answering any questions we had. Unfortunately the mais con yelo was definitely pricey when compared to everything else served in the food hall. Tasty but not worth the price. order: Mais Con Yelo ($13 after tax) comment: I tried to get a cup for free water at the hall but they don't provide any cups. I asked if they sell water which they then replied yes but for $5.50. WHY WOULD A BOTTLE OF WATER COST $5.50?? Great service and tasty drink but the prices are all over the place

This place was busy. There was only employee and he was working hard. He still gave great customer service even though he was the only one working on such a busy evening. I didn't get to catch his name but it was 10/11/25 around 8pm. We ordered the thai iced tea and strawberry milk tea in a reusable pouch. Requested for no boba in either drink. They were delicious! The reusable pouch is a cool concept. And it came with a bendy straw for the LO. Thank you!

a really cute dessert place in the middle of a food court! got the halo halo -- it was made quickly and tasted very fresh. there are lots of tables right near the shop, plus more tables with outlets upstairs. the music downstairs is pretty loud and more suitable for if you're chatting with friends. upstairs is quieter and good if you're working. the tables can get pretty crowded, so keep that in mind if wanting to eat here. the wifi is strong and held well during zoom meetings. lots of clean bathrooms as well.

Very novel drinks that are brightly colored The taste is good but quite expensive. It was hard to see the prices from what I remember Service was relatively quick The food hall where the store is located at had plenty of seating and was generally clean. Overall I don't think I would come here too often for the price and location

    Buko pandan
    Lisa N.

I ordered the Buko pandan and was impressed with the portions. Love the decor and service! Everything here was so cute and colorful! They even have shave ice. The Buko pandan had yummy pandan ice cream. It was a nice sweet treat after my meal. Very refreshing. I like the jellies. Apparently the boba was a free add-on? Nice! This place is located inside Blossom Market Hall. Lots of seating to enjoy your dessert.

Good drinks! Not too sweet. Boba was QQ. Def a nice place to try at the Blossom Market! There's lots of seating and good for family and groups. Love that you can have a lot of variety. Service is good, you can order on a kiosk I think.

Hawaiian shaved ice with tigers blood, green apple, and coconut syrup
    Nina N.

Halo halo cravings in a mostly Chinese centric city can be pretty hard to come by but not with Tim's Thai Tea within walking distance. The name may be misleading but their halo halo is one of the best. It's perfectly layered with the gels, macapuno (coconut meat in string form), red beans, flan, jackfruit, ube ice cream, some fun maraschino cherries, a well shaved ice (some halo halos tend to have big ice chunks), and a sprinkling of that crunchy rice topping. It hits the spot every time. If it's really hot, get their Hawaiian shaved ice, which is another must have. Nice and refreshing on a hot day. They've won a consistent customer with me. I need to try their other desserts as well, and eventually the Thai tea haha.

    Halo Halo
    Jen P.

We got the halo halo with boba. It is a bit pricy. We got the regular size and it came to almost $15 but for the regular size, it's a good portion to be shared between two people. The worker there was nice. You can either order from the kiosk or from a worker. There is a bunch of parking out back, along with free wifi inside the market hall. The halo halo wasn't super sweet, just the perfect amount of sweetness. But our favorite was the ube ice cream on top. Ugh, I wish they served just ice cream there. It was really good.

They need to be kept cool/refrigerated or consumed soon. I did keep mine in the fridge and didn't eat it for yet for 2 days and it was still perfect and fresh. Out the of the 4 items, tiramisu stood out the most. It has a strong cacao flavor, not overly sweet and heavy. The caramel egg tart is just alright, it is flaky if you eat it warm or toast it again at home. The regular egg tart is 99 cents, it's not bad but definitely not amazing. I think you can't expect too much with that price. The osmanthus pear cheesecake was my least favorite. It is very sweet and heavy, the filling/syrup that they use is too overwhelming. The store was simple and you can smell the baked goods as you walked in to the store. The service was just average, the staff were not very welcoming. Parking could be a problem. However I personally think souffle is a glorified version of pancake. It's slightly thicker and more fluffy and if you like pancakes there is no reason why you wouldn't like this (other than the price?). The location is in a strip mall next to the bigger 99 Ranch plaza and parking can be difficult to find especially top side but there is a underground parking lot next door. It can still get busy so you may have to park in that plaza and walk over on busy weekends. Just note this place is busy even in the weekday evenings. There are very few tables so if you are coming as a date/family, you may not find a table. The tables are also small so I wouldn't recommend a large group of more than 4. You order via a kiosk and for drinks they will call your order number. For souffle if you dine in, you can take a number stand and place on your table just like some McDonald's. Souffle is not bad and not too sweet especially with the original flavor.

Souffle pancakes in different occasions always look so pretty, are the best everyone's ever had, some some flavor profiles don't work. Maybe that's why the menu sometimes changes. For example the yuzu grape was completely bland because the yuzu drizzle on top was a thin line i couldn't taste at all. At least put a spread between each layer or pour a lot on top like the others (eg berry or mango). The mint leaves was the most potent flavor in this dish. Over the grapes, blueberries, matcha powder, yuzu. Got the mango triple layer drink this time and if you drink it carefully, you can appreciate the contrast from the mango puree, the milk, the creamy salted matcha. If you just mix it up completely you won't get that affect. One thing that bothers me is because the menu changes I seem to always be unable to get something I'm thinking of from the previous visit. I recall last time I had some mochi and rice ball I added to a drink that was so damn good and I couldn't add it this time. Though I recall that drink being $11.50 from the add ons. The souffle pancake was $21... so place is $$ but again the quality is there. Service wise, never interacted with staff really. Kiosk to order. Drinks just sit at counter when done. Didn't call numbers. Oh they did bring the pancake, no words spoken.

When you get the drink it will be in layers and you will have to stir it to mix it up. It is similar to halo halo but Vietnamese. There are plenty of seats at the food court so go find a table and begin mixing your drink. Other desserts I like are the sticky rice, cassava and the mung bean pandan jelly. All the items are not too sweet and full of textures from the different ingredients inside.

This place is popular with the locals. Always bustling. I travel from Mount Washington. It's always worth it. My toppings are red bean, condensed milk, riceballs, fresh strawberries, lychee jelly and almond jelly. PERFECTION. I get the medium size and share it with my man. It's huge, but I feel like I would be happier not sharing. SO SATISFYING.

The shop itself is small and cozy, but super cute and full of energy. Even though it was busy when we arrived, the line moved quickly and the staff kept everything running smoothly. The moment we walked in, the smell of fresh waffles and sweet ice cream filled the whole shop and instantly made us excited to order. Since we had all just eaten dinner, we figured we'd play it safe and order the small sizes... big mistake! Their "small" portions are HUGE and definitely big enough to share. We were honestly surprised when our desserts came out. Everything looked amazing and tasted even better -- fresh, warm, sweet, and perfectly satisfying without being overly heavy. The service was fast, the desserts were delicious, and the overall atmosphere made it such a fun family stop. We'll absolutely be coming back again, and next time we know to share!

Amazing taiyaki spot!…read more There's not too many in the SGV and they offer them at such an affordable price with tons of filling options. We also got a plain milk soft serve and it was probably one of the creamiest milks soft serve we've ever had. The self serve toppings bar is also a nice touch. The taiyaki came out pretty quick as well and they are located right next to golden deli, perfect to spot to grab some dessert after a warm bowl of pho.

This is in the same tiny plaza as Golden Deli and Bopomofo, so parking can be tough at peak dinner time. The good: the taiyaki texture was nice and crunchy. The ice cream was smooth and not icy. The price is good for amount you get. The bad: the store was extremely cramped and hot. It's a very tiny shop so easily felt packed inside. I was annoyed when they called my order but I was struggling to get through the shop to get my order. By that time the employee had walked away. I was annoyed because when she came back she completely ignored me and handed someone else their order and walked away. I don't understand why they keep the completed orders way behind the counter if they don't even verify the correct person is picking up... after being skipped over twice I finally cut in and interrupted the other employee for my order and she was like oh... sorry it's melted. Like yeah it's been sitting there and I didn't want to go into the employee area to get it! That was really irritating. The ube flavor was bland. It tasted like milk, I did not get any ube flavor. The custard in the taiyaki was just okay. The worst part was that the taiyaki had a really off putting taste on the outside... almost like the aftertaste of margarine or something, it bothered me. Overall the flavor and service was lacking and the experience inside was not good. I was not impressed by any aspect and would not recommend this place unless you were already dining in this plaza and wanted to just walk over.
