Portion is fair for togo orders - I only realize recently you probably get more dining in. There's a kiosk you can order from or the front with a worker. Can't say much on service since I order togo mostly but I don't really think they have much service at Meet Fresh in general. It's a very grab and go place I feel. This is my first time at this location, it could've been the amount of people that was in here but man did it stink horrible in here. According to my date it's a Taiwanese place. I thought we were going for sushi! LOL. No, this place was for bubble teas and hot red bean soups. Since it was my first time here, there must be some fascination with ordering at the kiosk. We waited for quite some time as a young college student was ordering a lot of items. He was opening the sub-menus for the toppings of each and customizing the drinks. But then I see a cash register to the right and I'm thinking... (can't we just walk up and order from a human???) There were a lot of seats and tables, some large community tables, and some small for smaller parties. It took some minutes for the crew to make these items from scratch. They'll call out your number, although, young bro said you'll be notified by text. Nah, it didn't go like that. I was hearing them bark out the order numbers. I went to the pick up area to get my Fluffy winter melon tea and a bowl of customized red bean hot soup with 3 add-ons (taro small, taro reg, and extra red bean). My girl didn't even eat all of it. Alright, no prob. Next time, we're going to have sushi like I wanted. All the other restaurants were also hoppin'. There were waiting lines galore in the rain, craziness... For you youngsters, go for it. I've been through that phase of going out to the popular spots. I prefer more relaxed, cozy little spots. Oh, word of caution. There's only one all-gender restroom. One of my favorite places to go whenever I have sweet cravings. I usually come here with friends and the servings size are large enough for all of us (3-4ppl). Generous serving of ice cream on top of sweetened shaved ice with other toppings on the side. In my experience, it hasn't been too busy, but the plaza it's located in can get crowded, making finding parking difficult. You generally order on a separate machine near the door and they are supposed to text you when your order is ready but most of the time, I just go up to the counter when I see it's ready. If you need anything, the peeps at the desk are helpful and nice. Small shop but plenty of tables inside and out. Great place for friends hasn't outs. customer service was terrible. we got up to ask the worker for a togo container and he looked at us, looked away, and then looked back and said "do you need smth". then when we were leaving, we mistakenly put our tray with our bowls onto the counter because we didn't see the sign on where to put it and the SAME worker goes underneath his breath: "broooooo" and rudely tells us the right spot to put it. then when we go put it away i hear him go "tsk" under his breath. the food here is also not that good, the shaved ice could use more flavor it's too bland. this restaurant should do better, food wise and customer service wise. the absolute worst place to go get dessert. this place should honestly just go out of business. the bathroom was also very gross, had poop and pee stains on the toilet seat and on the ground, the sink was very dirty as well, and the ground was very wet. read more

The food and drinks are always SOOO GOOD. and I usually don't do this but the restroom alone has knocked this down to three stars... i would give it a 1 from the restroom's lack of sanitation alone. :( right when you open the door the room reeked of urine, the entire floor is super wet with what i assume is pee. I couldn't feel comfortable even putting my purse down so i used it holding everything in hand, then the toilet wouldn't flush... The lack of sanitation can really bring down the place. Ive been going here for a while loving the desserts, this was my first time using the restroom and i am absolutely appalled and hope this doesn't reflect the level of sanitation being used in the kitchen and behind the bar. If you can brave traffic jamboree, this is a unique dessert place. I mostly come here if I have a craving for something mochi like or herbal jelly. Unfortunately, we couldn't find the tofu pudding in the menu. They now have a self service kiosk ordering system, but when I went only one kiosk was working so cold sweats as a line formed. The kiosk is a bit janky, the flow is a bit like a drop down menu and doesn't have much visuals ( more menu items and words and sometimes seems translated). I liked their ipads before more. But you can conveniently pay and do everything in one go, then sit down and pick up your order when your number is called. There's plenty of wooden booth seating inside, but it does get crowded. The vibe is casual and family friendly. I always get the winter melon tea but I recommended lower sweetness ( less flavor, but it is very sweet). Meet Fresh is one of my favorites! They specialize in Taiwanese desserts. I would go out of my way to come here. Been coming here for probably over eight years. My go to is their Icy Grass Jelly Signature. I used to add on Barley but I am so sad to see that they took it off their menu, please bring this back!! I ordered Sesame Rice Balls for the first time, delicious! I've had their Mangoberry Milk Shaved Ice before in the past and it's really good!! Even Cardi B loves this spot. I don't think you could go wrong with anything you order on their menu. It's located in a shopping plaza, Diamond Jamboree, with a free parking lot and parking structure. This plaza can get quite busy at prime hours and while parking can be a bit difficult, I've never had issues finding parking, I just parking a little further away from the shop. The service is friendly, you can order at the counter or order from a kiosk. It can get pretty busy at prime hours with a line but it moves pretty quickly and I don't wait long to order. There's a lot of inside seating. I also don't wait long for my order to come. It's a very casual spot, nice to hang out with friends here. I'm not sure why this place only has three and a half stars, makes me sad since I love this place so much, should have at least four stars. I think some people can be very harsh with their reviews, maybe cut the employees some slack. read more

They usually take 30+ minutes with previous orders of mine but I give them grace because it is always busy & at least I see other orders coming out. However, today it seemed like nothing was coming out for anyone and we waited over an hour for our order and it still was not ready so eventually we just asked to be refunded and left. As someone who works in customer service/food service, I understand being short staffed and it being busy, but if it seems like there is no progress of any order & nothing is coming out at all, there is definitely a bigger problem than staffing!
