I love Meet Fresh! They have many options at a reasonable price point. They also have very quick service and lots of tables to choose from. It was not super crowded and great for catching up with friends. They have mobile ordering kiosks and a person to help you out if you need help. Their food is not too sweet and you can add toppings as you like.

It's a lot better when you can place an order on their kiosks and avoid dealing with the staff. Some has language barrier and it's frustrating. I build my own grass jelly shaved ice with rice balls. I take it to go often and it's still Icey when I get home in this heat. It's also very refreshing

We are here for the herbal jelly shaved ice. Our favorite is their Signature Grass Jelly. We came in on a weekend and they were packed. Seating was a bit of a challenge. They now have smaller shaved ice options, will have to try next time.

I've never really been into shaved ice but this place was pretty good. The toppings my gf got were great additions (can't name them all lol) and we also got an order of their mochi set which had a nice brown sugar taste and was satisfying to eat. The ice cream though was very smooth which complimented the iciness of dish. Overall i'd recommend if you're wanting to try somewhere new

Bad customer services on October 27, 2025. The girl at the front who yelled on me when I asked her a question about the order because they changed to new menu. I and my husband came here to buy and pay for the dessert, we did not ask for free. Why did she so rude and yelled at me? She looks young like college student but her attitudes is unacceptable for work at customer services. I and my husband love Meet Fresh desserts but we don't need to come back to get high blood pressure. Also, I saw her yelled at the other customer too. They are not busy today but they are not happy to service customers.

This is one of my fav Taiwanese desserts in Dallas. I miss Asian desserts like this as I grew up eating them. Years ago they used to give you two free mini milk for free with your order but now they charge which I feel a little disappointed but still, I enjoyed this place. Their chewy taro balls and herbal jelly is so yummy!

I had Meet Fresh for the first time in Houston,TX a couple of years ago, and it was such a unique experience that I was excited to see one near us. My brother and I have been enjoying bingsu lately, so I suggested we try Meet Fresh for something new since we were in the area. We ordered the Pudding and Q Mochi Milk Shaved Ice. From the first bite, we were blown away--it was immaculate. The flavor was a delightful blend of condensed milk and caramel. Both the big and small mochi were fantastic--great texture and perfectly chewy. The jelly added a nice touch, though the pudding was just okay. Next time, we might opt for a full mochi experience instead. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and my brother did too. He appreciated how it was very unique and different compared to the more basic bingsu. We'll definitely be back for more.

Honestly, it's amazing!! I've already been back three times this week, and I still crave it when I can't go! I always get the same thing the, icy grass jelly signature and it never disappoints! Highly recommend it! The place is super cute inside too.

Surprised to see so many bad ratings as Meet Fresh is one of my fav dessert places in the area. The shaved ice portion was huge, and the puddings and mochi on top of the shaved ice also complimented very well. The chocolate egg waffle on the other hand was just so so. I barely tasted any chocolate flavor. I don't expect a great service or a cleanliness here. Doesn't seem like they do a really good job of keeping the tables clean and expect the customers to clean up after themselves, which clearly isn't working very well. I'll keep going to this place because I like their shaved ice and other unique Taiwanese desserts. Hopefully they improve other aspects as well.

I've been to many Meet Fresh locations and this one is pretty standard / ok. We ordered two desserts. I had my usual tofu pudding with peanuts and hubby ordered tofu pudding with red bean. Both were as expected. I wish they have a separate ginger syrup bottle that customers can add on their own and also have different portion sizes. But those are just personal preferences. We went on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't too busy (there were several open tables) but every table needed a wipe down (tables and even chairs were a bit sticky or had leftover bowls). Maybe we caught them right after a rush? I'd still go again if I am in the area and craving tofu pudding dessert, but there are competitions so hoping Meet Fresh can up their game in keeping the dining area clean and fresh.

Meet fresh has been a favorite of mine for years, this was my first time at the Plano location. Since we checked in on yelp we got a 10% discount but the employees at the cash register were quite confused about it and gave us some pushback on it. Our order came out in two parts, the employees told us that the hot drinks needed 5-6 minutes but it was not until about 15 minutes later when we went up to them to ask them about our orders did they go to the microwave and retrieve our forgotten drinks. Service could be much better. Overall the food was pretty standard compared to the other locations.

Meet Fresh is a chain with varying quality depending on the location. However, I do feel that the Plano location is solid. Our group got different bowls of desserts, and I mostly ate the Icy Grass Jelly bowl with additional taro balls added. It was delicious, a bit on the sweet side but the taro chunks and grass jelly add depth to the flavor. The ice base is a medium fine consistency (i.e. between an Italian ice and a fine bingsoo consistency). I also had the oolong milk tea with mini sweet potato/taro balls, which was a fun departure from regular boba pearls, but due to their unusual shape they were diffucult to suck up into the straw sometimes. The space can accommodate groups on the large side (we had a group of 7 around 8:30pm on a weekend night) but they were moderately busy so sometimes there might not be space FYI.

I don't claim to be a Mapo Tofu snob, but I'd rank this pretty up there, from a flavor and spice standpoint. The Taiwanese Pork Chop Rice and Spicy Wonton were also great; although, I would have preferred the pork chop to be a bit juicier. Lastly, the Cucumber Salad had a nice marinade, with a nice crunch on the cucumbers themselves. Their menu is relatively extensive, making for another visit a must. Service: No wait on a Saturday afternoon. There were only a few tables occupied in the main dining area, but we were seated in a relatively secluded section to the right of the restaurant. Overall, service was OK--our food came out soon after it was ordered, and we were well attended to. Ambiance: Casual, traditional. Parking: Ample parking. Located in a plaza.

We also had the combination crispy noodles which were well prepared with tender beef and some great shrimp. We capped it off with the General Tso which was delicious. But the reviews were suspiciously glowing, so curiosity (and hunger) won. We pulled up and I took one look at the building: older, unremarkable, zero curb appeal. Classic "meh." Inside, several large round tables with lazy Susans, red tablecloths, and Chinese lanterns. They first sat us in a booth but I requested later on to be moved to a large round table since we ordered A LOT. But back to when we first sat in the booth - As a Chinese woman, the second I spotted the older seats with ripped upholstery, it hit me like a culinary prophecy: this place was going to serve me some incredible, authentic Chinese food. I don't know what it is, but there's an inverse law of Chinese restaurants: the less fancy the exterior (and the more the booth looks like it's survived several natural disasters), the better the food. Apparently they skip Instagram-worthy renovations and put the budget where it belongs--on the plate! This is now hands down in my top 3 favorite Chinese restaurant in North Dallas - I can even say it's on the very top. I haven't forgotten about the staff. They deserve 10 stars. Super nice!
