This place is always popping with people everytime I drive by so finally had to try out the hype. I wanted to try two completely different items here just to get an idea and a contrast of items. Therefore I decided to get the strawberry and mango shaved ice and the warm red bean soup with tofu. It was not easy deciding as they have so many items to choose from. There's a good amount of seating area here too so it's a good place for a slightly later evening dessert. The shaved ice was really tasty and I loved the ice cream over it to add creaminess to it. The soup I wasn't a fan of. It was a little too bland and tasted like water with semi hard red beans and a floating tofu. I LOVE Meet Fresh!! Their shaved ice is a must for me anytime I visit. Their menu has condensed over the years but I personally love all the potato/taro balls, jellies, and boba they include as toppings. Their drinks are also always good and service is fairly quick! There are certainly some menu items that I'm not too keen on trying (like the bean ones), but I've had friends order them and say they loved it! I've been coming to Meet Fresh for years and it's always good. The only downside is if you come later at night there is a possibility that they run out of certain toppings, but the space is large and they have a section for you to return your trays/bowls to for convenience! read more

The condensed milk is kinda blend in with the ice, which went well with the toppings that are not too sweet. They really improve a lot in terms of order turnaround time. I don't know if a manager was working here today, but it seems just the teenagers are running the shop. I ordered an Ube shaved ice with a scoop of peanut butter ice cream, and when my order was ready, the server said they don't have peanut butter ice cream. At least that was what I understood. I asked if that was the only ice cream available and he said yes. I don't think an exchange is enough, but maybe he couldn't ask anyone else what to do. 1 star -- mostly for the customer service. This location is run by a group of young employees, many of whom clearly don't want to be there -- and that's not even the main issue. The bigger problem is the manager, who spent most of my visit loudly scolding staff and arguing about who wasn't helping. He was doing this while taking orders and serving customers. If you need to address your team, please do it in the back; customers shouldn't have to hear that. We ordered two drinks and one soft serve. I've never disliked a drink more -- it tasted like 95% milk, 5% tea, and 0% flavor. It took 28 minutes to make our very simple order, and they still forgot the toppings. I even had to remind them to finish making it. Ambiance is nice though, spacious and lots of seating. Overall, I'd avoid this location. I've heard other spots are better, so I'm hoping the quality improves next time. read more

Today, Mother's Day I took my wife and kid to Meet Fresh, there was a homeless guy cursing and yelling at customer inside store and non of the store associates care about their customers by getting the homeless person out of store, I saw few tables left include myself left the store.
