I am a long time customer of this place, and my past experiences were always good. However, since this location was taken over by new ownership, everything has gone downhill. The new owners clearly have no experience running a restaurant or managing staff. The entire team has been replaced, and the new employees provide terrible service, nothing like the staff who used to work here, as a regular customer, i know these desserts and shaved ice very well, and what we were served recently was completely wrong. The quality has dropped so badly that I couldn't even enjoy my food. The desserts are now low quality, poorly made, and disappointing. The Mango Strawberry Shaved Ice, which my daughter used to love, is now so bad that she doesn't even want to eat it anymore. That alone says everything. I strongly suggest people avoid this location and go to other Meet Fresh stores if you want a proper experience. There are a lot of tables, but it can be hard to find a spot when it gets busy. In the back, there's an area to leave your trays. You can also grab cups if you plan to share a dessert. However, you have to ask the staff for extra spoons or creamers. I did notice that the trays were starting to overfill. The staff also don't clean the tables or the to go area. Meet Fresh is one of my favorites! They specialize in Taiwanese desserts. Been coming here for probably over eight years. This location opened about a year ago. I would go out of my way to come here. My go to is their Icy Grass Jelly Signature. I used to add on Barley but I am so sad to see that they took it off their menu, please bring this back!! I ordered Sesame Rice Balls for the first time, delicious! I've had their Mangoberry Milk Shaved Ice before in the past and it's really good!! Even Cardi B loves this spot. I don't think you could go wrong with anything you order on their menu. It's located in a shopping plaza with a free parking lot. This plaza can get quite busy at prime hours and while parking can be a bit difficult, I've never had issues finding parking, I just parking a little further away from the shop. The service is friendly, you can order at the counter or order from a kiosk. It can get pretty busy at prime hours with a line but I thought it moved pretty quickly and I didn't have to wait long to order. There's a lot of inside seating. I also didn't have to wait long for my order to come. It's a very casual spot, nice to hang out with friends here. I'm not sure why this place only has three stars, makes me sad since I love this place so much, should have at least four stars.
