I was craving a cold dessert after the gym. There's a lot of parking, but it can get crowded if you go in the day or afternoon. This place was busy on a Friday night! You can order with the cashier or kisok. I decided to go with the kisok, which was easy to navigate. They text you when your order is ready. This place offers hot and cold desserts, like grass jelly, shaved ice, or almond soup. They also sell drinks and egg waffles. There are a lot of tables, but it can be hard to find a spot when it gets busy. In the back, there's an area to leave your trays. You can also grab cups if you plan to share a dessert. However, you have to ask the staff for extra spoons or creamers. I did notice that the trays were starting to overfill. The staff also don't clean the tables or the to go area. I ordered the icy grass jelly signature and an egg waffle to share with a friend. The regular portion of the icy grass jelly signature was big! I enjoyed the refreshing dessert. Plus, it wasn't too sweet. I only had a bite of the egg waffle, but it was crispy! The only complaint that I have was the messy area for dropping off your trays. About 5-6 years I recall (when visiting here from northern CA) , would need to drive to Irvine for the nearest Meet Fresh. I am glad there is now one nearby here for convenience w/out the long needed drive. But, they need to work on their ordering/turn-around system. I WAITED & WAITED for so long 30+ minutes for my 1 order which NEVER came, and my buzzer never went off. I went up to check and they have no clue what happened after seeing my receipt. They ask me to go back to wait a few more. 5 minutes later they shouted my "order is ready". Guess the buzzer was useless as was their computer that originally took my order! Could at least have the courtesy to apologize to me for the messed up LONG WAIT! Or at least show some sympathy by giving me a few tiny little add-on for my messed up order. They're best known for their Icy Grass Jelly which is grass jelly topped with Q mochi sitting atop a soft pile of brown sugar snow. I thought of and suggested this place because they also do a great Hot Grass Jelly which is served with mini Q mochi, boba, and red beans.
