Can't believe it took me so long to give this place a try! I have only been here a few times, but I have really enjoyed their milk tea with boba and desserts! Their boba is rather small in size and very chewy. And it doesn't get stuck to one another if you get what I mean? I also like the taste of taro and have enjoyed their fresh milk tea with taro paste and enjoy the mini taro balls in my beverages, as well. If you're a taro fan, you will definitely want to give this place a try. The mango and strawberry shaved ice was very good and HUGE. Apparently, they don't give you a choice for a smaller bowl for that specific type of shaved ice. I shared one with my boyfriend and we somehow managed to finish it on top of the boba we ordered and it being past 10pm!! I'm not proud of it, but it sure was delicious! I've liked every thing I've ordered from here before and will for sure try more next time I go. I recommend this place if you enjoy boba, if you like taro, and if you like dessert! I was so excited to find out this location was opened. However it was disappointing that the quality was not the same as the one in Irvine. Their ice texture is more crunchy and not that soft like the one in Irvine. And they kept getting our orders wrong both times, been there twice since we wanted to give them another chance. Hopefully they improve their staff and quality of products before the grand opening. Would come back and give it one more shot, but as of right now I would rather drive to Irvine even though this location is closer to me. read more

(A few days ago) My family loves the grass jelly at meetfresh. Called in to ask if they sell just grass jelly bc it's banger. The dude who picked up the phone (annoyed) was like "no. It's a topping." and proceeds to go into a pizza allegory. "Its like ordering pizza. You cant just order the pepperoni. You have to order the whole pizza." Him telling me that just irked me. I ask him "really?" Bc i know they serve desserts there, just didnt know what kind. We go back and forth a bit but ultimately, it's a no. I tell him thank you but im fuming bc he was talking to me like i was an idiot. I look at their online menu to see what else to order and see that theyve got "icy grass jelly" under the "Create Your Own" portion, which was simply grass jelly and grass jelly shaved ice. BRUH?? The dude said it was a topping but it seems like it's the entree on your menu?? You can even customize it to have just the grass jelly and ice, no need for other toppings. I just wanted to eat the grass jelly man... and the ice wouldnt be too bad. I'm just upset that he didn't offer the other items they had on the menu. He just made me feel dumb. Maybe tell me "we dont offer just grass jelly in drinks but we DO have grass jelly desserts you can look into and order that." I shouldnt have to come across it myself and when i call to ask questions, be treated like an idiot.... Called a second time to clarify if my eyes were deceiving me? The same guy picks up. I ask him about the grass jelly and ice on the menu and he goes into the PIZZA ALLEGORY AGAIN. I am slowly going insane. He proceeded to talk about how the grass jelly desserts HAVE to have the red beans and other stuff that is in their special grass jelly ice menu.... We go back and forth a bit again and I tell him "but your online menu says i can customize it to only have grass jelly and ice?" AND THEN HE GIVES IN AND SAYS THAT YEAH THEY CAN DO THAT.................. Now that really had me fuming. I say okay thank you and goodbye... I wasn't gonna go to the store but my family wanted something so I ordered for them. Saw the one guy with the other girl workers (who were all nice). Luckily he wasnt the cashier (probably for good reason). But while I was there, it had me thinking... Why didnt he just tell me they had a grass jelly dessert option you could customize? Does he hate grass jelly that much? Was it disrespectful to ask if they served just grass jelly? Does he believe that the other toppings like red bean and mochi not get enough love and hates that grass jelly gets all the spotlight??? We may never know... I probably wouldnt come back to this location cause of the guy. Also drinks are pretty mid and arent as strong or creamy as other boba places. I went today to Meet Fresh and ordered a matcha shaved ice. On the picture, there seems to be a green syrup and when it came out, they told me they didn't have the syrup. It's fine if they ran out but shouldn't they tell the customer before they order? It was so unprofessional. I told them there was a green syrup on the picture and this worker told me that there was none on the picture WHEN THERE WAS. Your worker had short hair and I think it was girl working at 4:30 pm on April 8th. Never coming back again. The shaved ice was so bland without the syrup that was on the picture. My boyfriend and I are really big fans of meet Fresh! Their service is fairly quick but what really makes this place special is all the variety they have to offer. We have had the drinks, shaved ice, and hot almond soup. They also have many fundraisers for schools, which I always find as a bonus. They're also very decently priced and delicious. I also really appreciate the hours as they're open when you need that late night craving! Yay for Meet Fresh, if you're questioning on trying it, definitely do! read more

My boyfriend and I have been to both the Cerritos and Irvine location! We were excited that one opened closer to us but honestly the taste was not the same. I will say that our order came out fairly quick! The only thing I have to say is that when you order through the kiosk you should make sure to check on the actual menu if there is peanuts. When I ordered through the kiosk it didn't show that the sesame balls had peanuts. So my sister who is allergic ate them and it did not end well. To top it off the drinks we had were pretty watered down.. I'd give the place a few more months before I go back. read more

I placed a Togo order and patiently waiting for my buzzer to go off; after 20mins of waiting I went to the counter to check on the status of my order I was informed that it was in the process of being made. Came in yesterday and ordered their signature taro dessert and paid extra for 2 more taro. The taro itself is a big square piece but when I got my order I didn't see any taro. I opened it right in front of them and used the spoon to look for the taro. Well it turned out they gave me 3 small broken taro pieces. I asked them nicely to replace the broken pieces and luckily enough the female cashier agreed. came in yesterday night with amazing service and food! i decided to come back in today with my friends at 4:42pm. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 soft serves. I got a text at 4:50pm saying my order was ready. I came up to the counter and asked for my order since I didn't see it being ready on the counter. One of the workers said the soft serve machine is not working and asked if i wanted an alternative order. I told her what i wanted in place of those 2 soft serves. I also wanted a bubble waffle, so i paid for one at the kiosk. The same worker that helped informed me when i picked up the alternative drinks to my soft serve that the machine is now working. She asked if i still wanted my soft serve with only one drink being made and the order not being made yet. I felt bad that she already made one of the drink, so i said it was okay. One of my drink (in the picture) was so THICK? i do not know how to describe it, but it was so.. nasty? i waited an additional 40 mins for ONE bubble waffle. i came up to the counter and the lady which seemed like the owner/manager said "what is it?". At this point, i'm already pissed off from the quality of the product and wait time. I gave her my receipt and she gave me my bubble waffle that was at the edge of the counter. The bubble waffle was hard, stale, tasteless, and COLD. My friends who ordered after me also waited more than an hour for their product. I wouldn't say that they're understaffed, just disorganized and overwhelmed from the volume of customers. If I could I would rate this no stars. I will NEVER be coming back here. read more

This is a new location for meet fresh so we came here to try some of their drinks and grass jelly. When we came in it was very spacious but the line was pretty long .We waited 20 mins for everything to come out and boba was missing but they gave us some when we told the staff. The milk tea had too much sugar but other then that the other things we ordered were fine and a good refresher.We bought 2 drinks and 2 grass jelly bowls with shaved ice, taro balls,and boba. We opted to order from the kiosk instead of in person, but encountered significant delays in receiving our items. After waiting a considerable amount of time for our first order and not receiving any notification for our second item, my husband approached one of the staff members. Despite the order being ready on the counter, the staff member insisted that we wait for a notification to our phone. When we questioned this, she gave my husband a dismissive look, implying he was mistaken about the order, even though he provided the original receipt for verification.I then approached her to inquire about our order due to the extended wait. She raised her voice and rudely explained that because we used the kiosk, we simply needed to wait. This response left us feeling upset and undeserving of leaving a tip for such poor service. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this place. We are seeking great food paired with excellent service elsewhere. read more

The food was just mediocre. I bought a milk tea with boba, a tofu pudding with taro, and a strawberry shaved ice, which came out to almost $30. The shaved ice was just a giant block of broken and melted ice and wasn't even actually shaved. The taste was not it, and especially for the price. The pudding was also not that good or special. The milk tea was quite bitter and not something I would want to buy again. We also waited 15 minutes when there weren't many customers. Overall, it was interesting to try once, but it certainly isn't somewhere to be recommended or revisited. The only thing it has going for it is that the inside is quite clean and welcoming.
