Just wanted to send gratitude for opening this restaurant in this area. I just had it for the first time ever this past week and absolutely loved it.i got the Ube icy grassy jelly and waffle. It was delicious, not too sweet which made me feel less guilty for getting dessert. There are so many good options that I must make more frequent visits to try them all. Keep up the  creations!  I guess one feedback would be I didnt taste too much of the ube in my ube mochi. I tasted the sesame and mung bean on the inside, but ube flavor was slight lacking. Meer Fresh is the place to be! I ADORE their foods because it's my comfort in these times. Every single time I eat anything here, my heart is warmed (even if it's cold haha). The dessert and drink are delicious, but the staff needs to be more professionally trained. Last night, I ordered Black Sugar Boba Milk Tea. I paid Mini Taro Ball for it and an 18% tip (I know it's not much on a drink order, but I wanted to let them know I expected them to take care of my drink). Still, I never received the Mini Taro Ball, which I had already paid for. My wife and I went to the shops again this morning. And they still screwed up our order, even though they weren't even busy. We ordered MilkTea and the guy who took our order and put the system. When I asked why Tea (because I was ordering MilkTea, not Tea) was showing on the screen, he explained that they are technically the same thing. I was like okay, and let's see what will happen. However, the order still came out Tea, not MilkTea; I asked him to fix my order anyway (waste of time). I also ordered Signature Icy Grass Jelly and added Black Sugar Boba to it. My wife told me to double-check my dessert when we got out of the store. While checking, I kept telling my wife that everything was fine, it wouldn't happen like last night, and they were not too busy. You guys guess what, lmao. The same story happened like last night; I never received the Black Sugar Boba I had already paid. I had to return to the store and ask them to put black sugar boba into my dessert. We have given this location quite many tries but there hasn't been a time our orders were done right. We ordered drinks with extra ice but always came with a few cubes. Other times our orders got mixed up. We gave it a another try last weekend, so we ordered 5 drinks and one Icy Glass Jelly desert. They left our orders on the table for 20 minutes without notifying us. We waited for over 50 minutes, then checked with a staff who said sorry but it's been there for over 20'. It took us another 15 minutes to get home so our drinks were all melted and tasted plain. Decided to give up on this location after all. read more

SO HAPPY THAT MEET FRESH OPENED UP IN WESTMINSTER! No more driving to Irvine for my cravings. This location is extremely spacious, clean, and every time that I've visited, it's been pretty busy. There is a Kiosk that you can order from, or you can order from the cashiers. I would recommend ordering off of the Kiosk since it's a lot faster if you know what you want and are paying with a card. read more

SUPER BUSY! Staff were nice and they gave us "presents" for Christmas. A red envelope with coupons and free items to turn in later. I ordered the tofu pudding, but the ginger sauce was watery. The texture of the tofu was good. I also got a mini qq almond drink which is served hot and it was very good! Not too sweet and the mini qq was chewy. Lots of space for seating in the back of the store. But a bit dirty cause if how busy it was. read more

What we ordered and we double check our order before paying and yet they still got our order wrong. This place has the worst service I ever encountered at any Meet Fresh locations, and I have visited many locations. About 2 months ago, I ordered 4 separate orders of the signature glass jello online for 4 people at the Westminster Meet Fresh. Mind you, when you order online, you get the added convenience fee. Instead of paying $8.50 at the store, you pay $9.50 for the signature glass jelly dessert when ordering online. I asked for 4 spoons with the order. When I came to pick up at the store, they gave me 3 creamer per order. But you have to ask for them otherwise you don't get them. This place is cheap compared to other locations like the Cerritos Meet Fresh, where they give you 6 creamers per order. When I drove away, I discovered they only gave me 2 spoons. What did they expect for 4 orders with 2 spoons, that 4 people to share 2 spoons?! This place is Penny pincher. Today, 5/25, I craved for the signature grass jelly and wanted to give them another try, ordered online so I can pick up my order and bypass the instore line. When I got there, my oder was not ready. Again, I paid the extra dollar to have the convenience of skipping the wait, but I ended up waiting for 20 mins for my order. To top that, they didn't give me the creamer I had to ask for the creamer. Then they said it's only 2 creamer per order. Maybe next time if I ever decide to go back, 1 creamer per order or zero creamer per order? What kind of business are they operating? Counting creamers and spoons!! Winter melon tea with potato balls and the double taro signature are my favorites. You can order by waiting in line, online via the app, or on their machine in front of the door. Some people don't know how to clean after themselves so the tables can be sticky but you have no choice to take the next available table since it can get busy at night. During the heat wave, it was extremely packed and the AC was not working at all. I wanted to cool off and enjoy my desserts but honestly it was kinda hard while I was sweating bullets. We came here twice already and the first night we went it was crowded and I was happy with the dessert. We came back again and it was much slower but not sure how they had us waiting over 20 minutes and called out more then 10 numbers after us. I asked them if they had called us and the girl I spoke with said she "thinks" someone else is making our order. If you look at our number and it's way behind the number you called shouldn't it be checked to see where my order is??? The shop and staff is new so there is room for them to improve and grow in some areas. Definitely need to iron out a few things but I would expect them to learn and improve quickly. That considered the place has great Atmosphere, great decor, and ample easy parking. The staff is super friendly and the food is on point. Well well well no more having to drive far to Irvine or Cerritos anymore!! Finally they have a spot here in Westminster/ Garden Grove and they taste pretty excellent. The staff is still learning the ropes but even with a mess up which happens they still make up for it with good customer service and make it right! As they said in a sign I would recommend check and make sure your sides and utensils are in the bag before taking it home. I get their tofu pudding with Taro ball and it tastes excellent!! Definitely going back to the Irvine location. I rather go out of my way to drive to the Irvine location then to come back here. Went to test out this location 3 times and was disappointed with their service the last 2 times. Incident 1: We ordered to go and at first they texted saying it will be ready in 30 minutes so we went to pick it up. But on the way they kept sending multiple texts of your order is ready come pick it up. It's ridiculous that they have to send me 2 text one after another every 5 minutes. I had to tell them to stop spamming and that we are on the way! It hasn't been 30 minutes yet! Mine you we don't live in the area. Incident 2: We had 2 orders and our 2nd order came out 1 hour later just for a waffle. We came and ask multiple times if our waffle done yet. At first they said they would bring it to us when it's finished. Never did. A table that came after us got their waffle before us. How ridiculous. We had to come up and ask them and they said their waffle machine is down and I told them that we have been waiting for an hour then they said our order it's right there on the counter. Never even informed us or told us the multiple times we asked. My 6 year old was looking forward to the waffle for an hour but the waffle we got was cold. Staff seriously need to be retrained here. Their food is not even sanitary like most comments on here. They do not take precaution of food safety! Not only that whenever you stand at the counter wanting to ask them about your orders it will take them forever to pay attention to you and getting an answer for you. I LOVE MEET FRESH! But this location has disappointed me a few times now.. my go to order is the Hot Grass Jelly B.. and one time I ordered this, the Taro was hard and didn't seem fresh. Tonight I ordered two Hot Grass Jelly B, a cold tofu with peanuts and Two chocolate waffles. I am quite disappointed tonight as they forgot to include my red beans in both of the grass jelly desserts and they literally gave me what seemed like a teaspoon scoop of taro... then my two chocolate waffles seemed.. not fresh.. sadly I don't usually write reviews but after a few visits and disappointments I felt the need to share. I was super excited that this location opened up and close to home, however for the best tasting experience, make the drive to either Irvine or Cerritos! Sigh. read more

My problem is not with the desserts but with the service. They are surprisingly inefficient with the number of customers they get. I have been eating here since they opened (probably about 20 times), and I order the same thing -- Pudding and Q mochi Shaved Ice. Funny enough but also extremely annoying, they somehow manage to always mess the order up. If they don't forget the Q mochi (the ingredient that is in the fricking name), they will forget the pudding.
