I've been coming to Meet Nails exclusively for the last year. Always amazing work on hot gel. Lots of colors, glitters, designs to choice from. Long lasting. My nails grow without breaking or the color clipping.

I love the preciseness and thin lines for the French manicure !! But since I have tiny hands/nails, I find it hard to find a salon that can accommodate me and my likings. Well let's just say Lily killed it! I'm so in love with my gel French manicure. She took the time and I didn't feel rushed at all. I love the way it looks and how natural it feels. Def my new go to spot. Make sure you call ahead and make an appointment.

I've gotten my nails done here since 2022 and the ladies are still providing quality! As usual, just show them a pic of which design you'd like and bam - you've got yourself a nice hard gel mani that'll last you for at least a month. Please note that the photos are all my real nails (lengthwise and everything) - so that should tell y'all about the quality this salon provides. Always get compliments whenever I get them done. A bit on the pricier end, but for the quality and good vibes, it's worth it. 10/10 will keep coming here

So satisfied! Definitely recommend this place, but make sure to call before hand and schedule an appointment. I showed them an Instagram picture and they delivered!! I wanted a marble inspired look and I am amazed. The interior is so cute and they're super talented. 10/10 recommend!! Parking was fairly easy and they have many street parking around their shop.

Gel extensions with French/white nail design

This is my second time at Meet Nails and I plan on returning. I've gotten a mani and pedi done. They offer great pedi services - I got the essential oil kind and it left my feet feeling so smooth. I believe I got my mani done by Lily. Her skills are exquisite! She really took the time with the design I wanted and was open to feedback if it wasn't done right. People think these are press ons because of the design but nope, she did it all by hand. My two other girl friends come here and had amazing experiences as well. This is honestly one of the best nail salons I've ever visited.

GOOD NEWS - BAD NEWS - WORST NEWS THE GOOD- The couple of gel mani's I've gotten here are excellent THE BAD- They use an electric file to remove the gel which pretty much ruined my existing nail beds. They are totally irregular in appearance and as a consequence of the filing are quite a bit thinner and breaking as they grow . THE WORST- I went in to show them and thought perhaps they would offer to repair with at least a simple manicure; but the girl at the desk could not be bothered as she continued to flip through her phone . I thought I had found a nice neighborhood salon but will definitely not be returning

I just moved in the Vicente neighborhood 15 days ago and I was looking for a nail place that's closer to my house because I didn't want to travel back to where I always go to do nails. Luckily, I passed by this place and thought I'd check it out through Yelp because I wanted to see what the reviews are. I went ahead and called the salon and booked for Saturday. I was so amazed when I came in because the place is clean, tidy and I love the set up of the place. Vincy the owner greeted me with a big smile on her face. She is very nice, friendly and accommodating. She started removing my acrylic nails and handed me to Tina to finish the work. And I would say, TINA IS VERY METICULOUS, FOCUS AND SHE'S REALLY GOOD AT WHAT SHE DOES. I LOVE HER WORK!!! SHE SHOW GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL, VERY CAREFUL AND PRECISE which I'm happy the most. Overall, I had a wonderful time and great experience with Vincy and Tina today. I will definitely continue to support Vincy's business and I've booked another appointment with Tina to do my manicure and pediatric in two weeks. Yay Tina, you're great!! Thumbs up!!!

This is the 3rd time I've worked with Vincy the owner. She was very clear before each visit of pricing, and the pricing add ons for what I wanted. She will confirm twice before she proceed with my nail appointment so we are both in agreement. I'm one of the client who bought the VIP package which she clearly stated they're non-refundable. I have no problem with it because she was honest and upfront about each charge. The last time, one of my nail unfortunately was peeling but I contacted her within 7 days, she fixed it without asking any questions. She was wonderful, honest and most importantly just trying to survive during this pandemic. I will continue to support her as long as her door is open. read more

$156 for a full set and a gel pedicure is absolutely insane, especially for the quality of the job. My nails are completely see through and very uneven. My pointer finger is so crooked that it looks like my finger is broken and they are way shorter than what I asked for. The shapes are different on every finger and my middle finger nails are wayyy shorter than the rest. They also charge an additional $20 for a French tip??? I was extremely disappointed. read more

Wow. I was so excited to get my nails done after such a long time and Vincy did not disappoint! I did a pedi with the Milk and Rose foot soak that was absolutely amazing and made my feet feel brand new. I did gel on my fingers with her constellation inspired design. Vincy took her time and was incredibly detail oriented which I really appreciated. This is honestly one of my favorite manicures I've ever gotten. I'd recommend coming here- Vincy has incredible nail designs and really loves making everyone comfortable and happy with their nails! read more

Came here for the first time today to get my nails done by Vincy. Such immaculate work and beautifully done illustrations!! I was able to show a couple inspiration photos and she was able to match it while adding some personal spins to fit my nail shape. Vincy's also very delicate and precise with her hands and it made the whole experience quite relaxing. Very cute, clean place. Highly recommend :) read more

My nails are beautiful. I got the gel extensions and a pedicure. I have never had nail techs take as much time as they did to get them perfect. I am extremely happy. My natural nails are really short and flimsy so I'm hoping I can get a long wear out of them. I will definitely go back. It's worth the drive for me. Tina is amazing! Went here for the first time today and I am so glad I did. The shop is clean and cute and the two women working were super kind and helpful. Tina gave me a gel manicure and regular pedicure with the upmost attention to detail and care. She was very gentle and helped me pick out a design for my gel manicure. I suggest making an appointment as opposed to walking in as it could get busy there. Definitely going back! read more

Was in San Francisco visiting a friend and wanted to get my nails done. Stumbled upon this place via yelp and was not disappointed!! Requested an appointment right from yelp, attaching a Pinterest photo of a design I liked. Despite being early in the morning and before business hours I received a response only 15 minutes later confirming an appointment time for that same day. Upon arrival, the staff were all very friendly, and the salon smelled amazing and looked adorable. I showed a photo of the nail design I was thinking and they helped me pick out colors from their vast collection. I was offered a heating pad for my back as I lounged on the chair, getting my nails trimmed and filed! Absolutely LOVED the finished product. Highly recommend! read more

Was ridiculously overpriced for a mediocre mani-pedi. $70 (not including tip) for their basic mani-pedi. We got a basic mani pedi (gel on nails, regular polish on toes). They told us we weren't allowed to do regular polish on our nails and that it has to be gel. We didnt get any special add ons or anything. Then when checking out they said our total was $70! Wow. When she tried explaining why she was charging us more she just mumbled and we couldn't understand what she was saying. Needless to say, we just paid it then left and will never be returning. I wouldn't have mind paying that much if they actually did a good job. The clear coat she put on my nails went onto my skin on the side of my nail and she dried it that way so I had to go home and file it all off. Very messy job. The color was not put on evenly so there are some spots that are lumpy and discolored. If your looking for a better experience and price, I recommend trying out Perfect Nails in the Richmond district. They did a better job. read more

I have been following Vincy, owner at Meet Nails from another nail salon. Vincy is my must go for gel nail and her service is top notch. Meet Nails is clean, organized and very welcoming. The Salon has a great selections of nail colors and many of them won't see else where in the Bay Area because they were imported from Japan. The price is very reasonable and I don't think I can find another place better than Meet Nails. read more

My usual nail place was too busy to take a walk-in today so had to come up with another plan. Stumbled upon Meet Nails on yelp and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised! Not only was the decor cute, the salon was also clean and organized. Instead of choosing your nail color by grabbing a bottle off the shelf like other places, here they have swatch books for you to look at. They have a lot of colors I haven't seen before. I learned that a lot of the gel colors they have were imported from Japan, which explains the reason I haven't seen them at other salons before Anyways, onto the nail design. Got a gel manicure today and I asked for some stickers and gold flakes. I am pretty sure my description of what I had in mind was poor but Vincy somehow read my mind and delivered! Love the design and it was honestly better than the ones I saw online when I was looking for inspiration. I might have another usual nail place that I will go to now! read more

Beware gel service and removal ruin my nails. I forget her name very young tech did my gel nails twice and removal the gel is so hard she was scraping with metal tool or E file. I stopped her from using e file because she kept nipping me. Now after two sets my nails are short, thin, peeling and I need a ridge filler and treatment. read more

Just went here for a pedicure, and the final product was amazing!! Everyone here is so nice and they're super gentle with the whole thing. I decided to get the pedicure spontaneously, so I forgot to bring sandals, but they let me have a pair for free. I'm definitely going to go here again. read more

Came here to get a fill, I had an acrylic gel set on prior to coming. They do not inform you that they don't do acrylic or dip powder nails. Continued to do gel EXTENSIONS and at the end, charged me $55 for the set. Some of the nails looked longer than the rest, if you want a good set. Maybe wait a few months to come here, they seemed to still be in training. Only two girls working and one of them was only able to do basic things like remove nail polish and so forth read more

I had two consecutive visits with a manicurist named Linda. The first time she did my nails, the quality of the work left a lot to be desired; the gel work looked damaged only after 3 days on work that should normally hold up for one and a half to two weeks. I mentioned it to Linda, who told me I should have come back. On my recent visit, there was quite a bit of rough treatment from this manicurist, from not showing the care and respect I have received from others in the shop to scraping my nails and digging into my cuticles excessively hard. There was more, but I will stop here. Sadly, I will not be returning to that nail shop.

She is not the typical nail salon that you get your nails done and the staff moves on to the next customer right away type of style. She tries to build that relationship with you while providing you great service. Anyway, I showed her a photo of what I was looking for and that was exactly what she gave me. For my facial treatment, honestly I feel like we are trying things out my face as I'm still trying to figure out why the areas around my lips have been turning cakey towards the end of every day. Tbh it's still happening after the treatment, but I'm willing to return and try another treatment with her to see if it would get better because she really spend time to do every step that was included in the treatment and it was just so detailed throughout the process. I'm delighted I gave this place a try. The service was friendly, and the place had a cute ambiance. However, I must admit that their quality fell short. I got a pedicure done on Friday, and to my surprise, the nail polish started cracking. This is something I've never experienced before. I noticed some streaks when I got home, but today the cracks in the nail polish have become more evident. Needless to say, I'm highly disappointed with the outcome.
