This place is great. It's usually not that full the service isn't too expensive. If you mention the groupon offer they'll do a 4 wheel alignment for only $49. The owner (I think his name is Ron) was very helpful. It's really clean inside and doesn't smell funny like some places do. Most of the bad reviews are from when the old manager used to work here. I was called a "female dog" because I have an opinion about the mediocre services received. Apparently, if you notice things or make comments you will be called names instead of being a formidable or bold woman. Absolutely Terrible experience with the manager "Richard" here. He offered to set me up on a payment plan where I would pay 1/2 up front and the other half over 30 days. This was on Dec 8th. I got my car worked on and paid half of my balance in cash on Dec 9th. We agreed I would come back in 2 weeks when I got paid again and pay half of my remaining balance. I get calls from his on his personal cell phone multiple times while I am work. He left several messages stating that I was 'hiding' from him and that I didn't have to 'be afraid' of him. When I spoke to him on Dec23rd to explain that I would be bringing him money on the following morning he insisted that go that night. Saying that he was there alone and that it was his birthday and that he would wait for me at the shop that it didn't matter how late. He went on to tell me that he had paid the remainder of my balance out of his own pocket and that I now owed him the money personally. He said that I was hiding from him trying to keep his money. I reminded him that I was given 30 DAYS to pay it off and that I would not be meeting him that night. Especially not alone. I was already getting a weird vibe off him. He then offered to come to MY HOME that night and when I said that wasn't an option, he said he could meet up with me somewhere else it didn't matter how late at night. He got irate and aggressive when I told him that I would not be meeting him that night under any circumstances. He kept reiterating that 'it was his birthday', as if that were going to change my mind. Richards's behavior was so unprofessional and frankly harassing. This man tried to forcibly hug me, grab and hold my hands and became upset when I didn't respond. I have never experienced that type of disrespect from a service manager. He accused me of crying in his arms, of trying to skim him of his money, and stated that he had put his neck on the line for me. I NEVER ASKED this person to set up a payment plan NOR did I ever ask him to pay anything on my behalf. There is a lot more to the story. I also spoke with the customer service line in regards to the matter, they said they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours and I never heard a thing. I finally got the info of the person my case was forwarded to and had to hound that person as well. Turns out this man lied and said that he had to pay out of pocket because I never paid him. BLATANT LIE. The corporate office I spoke with after the customer service line was not any more helpful. I am waiting to hear from the owner of this location because something has to be done about this situation. Who knows how many other women this man has acted inappropriately towards. UPDATE 8/23/20179 Sadly, I have to take a few stars off my previous review from March. Justin is no longer at this location, but I've been two times since my great experience the first time. Unfortunately, my second and third time here the mechanics (two different guys) lied straight to my face saying they rotated my tires. I caught them both in a lie both times because I have a way of knowing whether they did it or not by marking my tires. After I confronted them both each time they offered to "redo the rotation, to ease my mind" all the while knowing they never did it to begin with. Kinda funny this happened twice in a row with two different mechanics at this location. Makes you wonder if they really did everything else on the list they say they did/checked. With that being said, just a heads up to everyone check and make sure they do all you pay for because although they are nice and appear to be helpful a few of the mechanics there will lie to your face about they services they did. I would like to point out that the guy operating the front desk is very nice and the wait area is clean and comfortable. NEVER COME TO THIS PIECE OF CRAP PLACE!!! the guy Richard and everyone who works there are horrible and has horrible customer service... I got off work early just to come and drive 30 minutes to come see this guy because he made it sound Appealing over the phone for a good price on an oil change sorry of course I was sold because we all can save a little... I stood at the door for 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me or even just say hey give us a minute or something... so he finally came out and immediately was horrible, he didn't have good communication skills, freaking out because 1 guy had to leave so they were short someone etc etc I mean his management skills sucked!!! Wouldn't let me speak, or ask a question just kept cutting me off and speaking fast every time I kept trying to talk to him about how long it was Guna be etc... he started yelling every time I tried to get a word in... dude is crazy and now I see where his other employees get it from... this is a BIG summary on this dude and this crappy place... save yourself the time and just go pay extra just NOT to deal with this dude and crappy shop!!! I had my oil changed Saturday 7/11/15 I went in at 10am left at 2:15pm worst service ever. I bought a Groupon for a synthetic oil change and tire balance and rotation. The Assistant Manager Ryan was rude as well as the current Manager Bill. They were suppose to change my oil supposedly and rotate the tires they said my wheel lock did not work to do the tire rotation. I left Meineke after the oil change to go to the dealership to have my tires done since they claimed my wheel lock didn' t work. I get to the dealership for them to do my tires to find that oil is all over my truck under neath the hood as well as the bottom of my truck and leaking and smelling. Come to find out the dealership put my truck on the racks put it in the air to find that they did not put the ring back where it belonged properly that is why my truck had oil everywhere from the front to the back. The dealership put enough oil in my truck to go back to Meineke to correct. The manager acted like he had an attitude as if the dealership should have filled my oil back up when it was there error to begin with. I asked the manager for my money back for the oil change and to have my truck detailed underneath for the undercarriage to be cleaned he said no the only thing he is paying for is the detail of the vehicle when clearly he owed me money back for the oil change and the detail of my vehicle.
