For starters, they have zero communication skills. They drop things at the table and just stand there without a word. I did not receive the Vietnamese coffee that I ordered until I asked for it nor was I asked whether or not I wanted it with whipped cream - there's was no description on the menu so I wasn't aware it came with whipped cream. When we placed our order we asked for extra cilantro and received no cilantro at all. Once the runner delivered our food no one came over to ask how everything had turned out, if we needed anything else etc. The lack of communication, lack of attention to detail and quite frankly complete lack of personality turned a pleasant afternoon meal into a disappointment.
