Awesome Service! Clean restaurant. Great food! Emily and Thiago were amazing and took great care of me

This chain is overpriced in my opinion. The pizza is good, not great. I was charged $1.50 for extra sauce, our waitress said they charge for everything. The "special" greek salad dressing tasted just like a salty, peppery dressing we got from the supermarket that I hated. It was so bad I couldn't eat it. Such an amazing place to eat and get pizza. They are so vegan friendly which is amazing because they even carry daiya cheese! I love the mega veggie no cheese no parm or butter on crust without tofu or artichoke hearts! It's so awesome! read more

Very poor service- tried this place several times and won't be back. Pizza was cold and lettuce was dirty. Waited forever for my food and service and the place only had 5 people in the entire restaurant. read more

Really enjoy the honey flavored crust. However, a bit on the pricey side for pizza.

First time trying their pie last evening. It was okay, but cold by the time we got it home just a five-minute drive away. Had the Philosopher's Pie. My bad for not noticing that it had no red sauce, which is what I believe it REALLY needed to balance out the sharpness of the cheeses and olives. Might try it again after trying others in the area since we are new here. read more

Pizza, salads and Calzones are good. My bionlyggest complaint it's about their mushroom soup one size(small) and for $6 they only fill them halfway. I can get the same or better soup at sweet tomatoes (quart size) for the same price. My husband asked to fill it up and they refused to do it. A ripped off for that price. read more

We used to live in NC and enjoyed the Mellow Mushroom there. This has become our new go to pizza place. Having lived in both NY and Chicago, this is the best pizza available in Atlanta. The pizza is great and the staff is fantastic! read more

Before I get into my latest experience, I will speak on the one prior. Late May, we had a tremendous dining experience thanks to a waiter here. I'm not sure of his name, he was a young man (about 18/19) black hair. He behaved as if he were a new employee, a bit nervous, but eager to give good service. We ordered a couple vegetarian hoagies and a vegan Holy Shiitake Pizza. He went back and forth between the kitchen and our table to make sure we were aware of vegan/non-vegan ingredients. Received stellar service from him, very attentive, very pleasant & the food was excellent! On 6/13 (Check was printed at 5:28 PM, Table 14) we experienced complete opposite service. While taking our order, we were not asked what kind of chips we wanted (no big deal, although, the prior server did ask). Our food took much longer to come out, even though the restaurant was a lot less busy than our previous visit. We ordered two vegetarian hoagies and they came out lukewarm. However, as a former server, I understand that's not always the server's fault. Shortly after receiving the food, we realized we had no silverware. So we took to literally splitting the sandwiches with our hands as our server didn't bother visiting our table to check and see how everything was. An essential! step in the role of a server. If she had, we could have told her our sandwiches were warm at best and we had no silverware. We did, however, watch her visit every other table in her area to check on them, multiple times. Toward the end of our meal, she finally comes over, sits the check in the middle of the table and says, "Whenever you're ready!". That's it. That was the service. Nonchalant, inattentive, forgettable. While I came prepared to leave a tip, we all agreed (my two sisters and I) that the service we had received was unacceptable and no tip was left. We paid for the meal, cleared trash and stacked our plates and exited the building. Upon exit, we received a warm farewell, we turned around to say goodbye, thinking it was our server, finally showing a glimpse of charm, only to see that it was the hostess instead. While in route, on foot to a building a few doors down. We hear an extremely loud, "HEY, GUYS! I JUST WANT TO KNOW, WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE SERVICE?" It's our server, she's just bolted out of the restaurant exit, our bill and a pen in hand. We say, "No." Wanting to go on and spare her the lecture of what she did wrong. She says, "Okay, I'm just wondering because I work for tips..." Out of disbelief, we ask her to repeat herself, and she does. Her tone is rude, judgmental and argumentative. While other restaurant guests look on to witness the scene she's made. I begin to feel pity. I realize not only is she continuing horrible customer service, she's embarrassing herself. I reach in my pocket and hand her $5.00 (well over the suggested 20%, our bill was $19.02), hoping she'll, at that point attempt to redeem herself and show some gratitude. She says, "... uh Thanks..." I say you're welcome and wish her a good day. Walking off with the intention to never return. A couple things I'd like to point out...as a former server, whenever I wouldn't receive a tip, I would conduct a self-evaluation first and if I did everything well, then I would dismiss it as an issue with that particular guest. Maybe they didn't have the money, or maybe they have an unfortunate disposition. You know your service. Never have I given lackluster service and expected a tip. Judging by her service, you would think she wasn't aware of the fact that she works for tips. She made it to the table to see if we left her a tip faster than she serviced us the entire time. We didn't make it far before she was out the door to address us not leaving her anything. In the service industry, regardless of the level of service, you know that a tip isn't always guaranteed. You don't run after guests who don't tip you. That action alone should tell you everything that was wrong with your service. Secondly, you never, ever! forget to check in with your guests. Ever! You'll actually want to visit the table more than once to check in. It's crucial. At that point, you can reverse the direction of a bad dining experience or enhance an already pleasant one. She took our order, delivered the food and delivered the check before we were even done eating. What if we wanted to order something else? The server's name on the ticket was Moe, however, we're not sure if this was her. She was tall with dirty blonde hair, heavy makeup. Please make sure that this never happens to another guest and that the server in question undergoes proper training. It was disgusting and really turned us off from ever visiting this establishment again. Although the service was barely there and a far, far cry from the amazing service we previously received, it was forgiven--I wouldn't have left this review had she not run after us, turning a bad dining experience into an unforgettably disgraceful one. read more
