Dustin and his crew came out and installed five panels at 190 W apiece he didn't put in the controller for the solar panels in ,the wiring looks like a A spider web mass 'l He didn't use silicone on the brackets he did install for the solar panels the whole thing is just nothing but a cluster mess going to have to find someone and hire somebody else to go up and fix all his bullshit I call him he doesn't return his phone calls he still has my controller and my money there's no way on gods creation I would consider hiring this man he took My money and Ran off I would rate this company one being the best 10 being the worst #-10. Do not let them do electrician work. I had a Dustin Sr, Dustin Jr and a Jon (Jonathan, Johnathan) Apparently the owner of this company is named "Jeff" from a phone call I made this morning. "Jeff" hung up on me twice when I ask for insurance information. Things inside my RV keeps breaking down after they did electrical work. Such as the microwave starts smoking and breaks. The power converter smokes and breaks. I would not be surprised to find out of the TVs' fail and the A/C units too. And other things down the road? Crew showed up for $60 and gave me a quote. I agreed to the emailed quote 2 days later and booked for a Friday 11am. Friday Comes its 12:15, texted for an update was told be there by 1pm. At 1:45 I texted again for update and was told "on our way, almost there". Never showed up. Won't return my call/text/email. Poor communication skills from the start. Guess my $1k bid for work wasn't worth their time or it's a scam for $60 quotes.... read more

I have now used Dustin and his guys three times. They replaced my awning and did a great job. Then I had them replace my refrigerator, now that was a job. They had to put the new one through the window. Another time they had to fix my generator, another great job. I can't say enough about Dustin and his team. Next I am going to have them paint my roof, I just need a break from spending too much money on a 1992 Class A 30 foot. I highly recommend these guys. And no they are not my relatives, I found them on craigslist. read more

Terrible customer service and poor work ethic. Dustin either doesn't know how to tell time, or he is just comfortable being dishonest. He was 2 hours late to the appraisal, then over 3 hours late for the job the next day. As a result, he didn't have time to finish the job, and instead of working overtime to finish, he just left it unfinished! Dustin said he would come back to finish it, but made no effort to actually do so. I'll find someone else who takes pride in their work to finish the job. I had a full tear off roof replaced with wood and all. It leaked first rain after, they came back out and sealed it up. Now with some real rain a year later, it is leaking. I texted Dustin as that was preferred communication and they replied "wrong number" Its the number listed here in yelp. I will shoot off an email and see if that gets any better response. I will update this review in a couple days with a better score if I get resolve or more detailed write up if not resolved. read more

Had generator serviced and has never ran the same. Now taking it over to RV doctor to have it redone. Oil coming out of carb may be overfilled . Who knows what's going on. I would stay far away they are NEVER on time , do not communicate well and the work they do is less then sub par! Don't even think about electrical work because they will blow your inverters out and blame the coach. I wish I would have read all these before hiring these goons! Worst Customer Service. Text them about coming out to work on my RV electrical issues. Said they could come out Sunday no problem, I text him the night before to get a window of time so I could plan out my day. I was told sometime around 12, the next morning, I followed up to confirm as I had to do a few things. 8:30 am I got a response that his guys were there soon, they were going to load up and head my way and be there mid day. 1:30 rolls around and still nothing, I text him and never got a response. Then i called the number at 3 and no answer. The entire day goes by and I never received a phone call/text that nobody would be coming. I will never contact them again. read more

My family member used this company for RV repairs. They were very difficult to communicate with to the point that he ignored my family member for days. Things mysteriously kept breaking on the RV too, requiring more repairs. Definitely don't recommend this company at all. read more

Received Dustin's info from a referral, glad we got him. He installed a water heater in our RV. Very thorough and efficient. Added some extra items that he completed. Had dustin come up to victorville to fix 2 leaks on my 5th wheel trailer he had 2 yung guys with him Dustin never got up on trailer to look at it I wasnt a le to so his guys did the work on it Dustin said it would be good I paid him 650.00 dollars cash a d they left they were here like 2to 3 hrs later that week it rained a d guess what my trailer leaked more now then the 2 leaks I had before Dustin a d his crew said they fixed it I called Dustin day after it rained Dustin of menifeevalleyrv said he would come back and take care of it the. 2 days later Dustin alld me a d said he could now fix the leaks but it would cost me 4500 Dollars it's been like a year now Dustin has never calld or came up to fix the wrong they did last Friday's I messaged Dustin ask him to call me by Monday ny noon so we could take care Of the problem they caused he has yet to call me today is Tuesday I'm gonna report him to the better business bureau and file a lawsuit against him and his business menifee valley rv he is not a professional business owner I'm my eyes all he had to do was call me and figure something out ur he decided to hide from his bad doings someone like him shouldn't have a business or be a owner u cant treat people or customers like that read more

I need my awning replaced. They told me to buy at Shadepro.net and when I get it call so we can set up an install date. I received it. Texted them and set the date for May 22 around 11/12ish. Called and texted but never get a response. They never showed up, never called and never texted. I even took the day off from work to be here for them. I guess if they do not get back with me I will find someone else for an install. So sad a business is ran this way! read more

And still no show I texted him he said he would be out yesterday nope no show no call. We won't be using him anymore. This company is dependable, friendly, convenient and a great value. The team is knowledgeable about all thing related to RV repair. They took am appointment quite far from their office at 5 pm on a weekday in order to help me out. I had an awning repair and some body work done and all came out as quoted . Bringing them back for an A/c repair which they diagnosed and will end up saving me $. Great to see a family business with father and son (Dustin sr and Dustin Jr ) and a great crew. After phone conversation with Dustin (Senior)? I described issue and was quoted: 140 bucks and no sweat they are "pros" and will find/fix issue and "should" finish in 1 hour as leak only coming from sunroof. Long story short, "Senior" sent Dustin "Junior" and 150 bucks later after using my ladder splatted a half tube of silcone and started to say "see ya". I been around the block a few x's and wanted to be a good example of an adult to what I think is still a teenager and said: Young man you have been here 15 minutes. You tell me this probably will not seal it and you will need to come back and probably be 350 dollars more? (after phoning his dad) Okay, lets be fair here. Spend the rest of the 45 minutes doing something. I will honor the agreement although very disappointed. 45 minutes later and I peek up up on roof: Wow. Got taken. About 3 bucks of silicone blindly scattered. 150 bucks it cost me to try and set a good example to a young kid? And it still didn't work (the job nor do I think the example) Sad. Nice kid maybe. Came out to do wind damage repair to roof vents and repair generator. Got generator running but a few days later it would not start again. Did temporary repair of damaged roof vents and were supposed to return Friday with parts but texted it had to be on Saturday. Saturday came, no show, no call, no response to text messages or phone calls. Also did roof seal but I have no idea how good that is because I can't crawl up there. I stayed out there the entire time so I suppose they kept working to make it look good but I have no doubts. Would not recommend or ever use again. read more

I'm crying. I had Menifee Valley RV come out to fix the A/C on my son's camper as he was going to the desert where it was 102. It was running fine, just not blowing cold air. He removed it and took it to get tested. When he came back he said nothing tested good and it would be $700 for a new one and would be back "first thing". He never came back and had a different excuse each time. His car broke down, he lost his cell phone, etc. Finally he said that all the stores were sold out of A/C's. I told him to return my old one so I could at least plug up the hole. Meantime, my son left for the desert with no A/C. A few days later I heard a crash outside and found my old A/C in my driveway looking like someone took a baseball bat to it. Still crying. read more

I had Dustin come to my house to fix my refrigerator he told me I needed a new cooling unit I paid him for the cooling unit he installed it and it didn't change a thing I called him back he did something and said it was fixed but still the same thing. Long story short he still hasn't fixed it and won't answer calls or texts. I referred friends and they had nothing but problems with him to.
