    Cracked water Basin
    Wayne L.

Our home in Morning Sun Farms was built in 2015. Our water heather spring a leak. It was all over the floor and ruined the Sheetrock. It has a catch basin that's plumbed to run out onto the side of the house if it leaks to avoid this damage. However, upon removing the water heater it had a bad crack and was damaged when this plumbing company installed the water heater. I called them and asked if they could come out but they gave me a four day window. Seems they don't like warranty work. Even though this water heater was under warranty it cost us $1100 total after all was said and done. $600 to have someone else do install the new one and $500 for the repair. If your thinking of using them I would look for someone else. They were morally and ethically required to help seeing they cracked the leak basin. And I see by the reviews they had many more Un-happy customers. Not surprised.

So many roots it looked like fur!

They did a great job clearing roots from my sewer line and followed up with repair of the offending line. They cut the driveway, replaced the damaged section and added salt around the repair to dissuade the roots from coming around that area in the future. They finished up with a good patching of the concrete drive and cleaning up their work area! All for about 30% less than my other quote that did not include the concrete repair. Even better, they were there when they said they would be! Great company, I highly recommend them to everyone!

Milo from Mesa Plumbing came out, quoted me the removal and re-pipe cost which I thought was reasonable.

Went though a number of science-backed evidence/reasons on why AZ water is still poor quality from the source - amazing that the State doesn't take water quality seriously - it really is an eye opener! Provided information on various treatment systems including discussion the potential locations for the system install. Regardless, better quality water in our house is a must and it was a decision I think we will not regret.

I get a cost to replace the whole unit that failed on its own accord of $1700. In addition to that I had to pay $160 service fee for them to look at the unit when it could've easily been diagnosed over the phone. Another point I would like to make, do not buy a Hague Water Softener. It's not built for Arizona water and don't fall into the sneaky trap of needing water pressure reducer installed. It's a trick that they can use to charge you even more money because they have to install a new one. If you really need a new one, verify yourself with a pressure gauge and they're super easy to replace as they are union in and not soldered in.

Warning: In my experience, this company does not stand behind its long-term customers…read more I was an AmeriFlow customer for approximately 15 years. During that time I purchased two reverse osmosis systems from them and paid for annual service every year. Recently, my refrigerator--which is supplied by my AmeriFlow reverse osmosis system--stopped producing ice and filling the water pitcher. While troubleshooting, I disconnected the refrigerator water supply line and a large amount of slimy biofilm discharged from the tubing. I contacted AmeriFlow hoping they would help me understand what happened and work with me toward a solution. Instead, the customer "service" representative I spoke with, Jake, smugly told me the refrigerator supply line is not disinfected as part of their service. When I asked to speak with a manager, he refused to transfer or escalate my concerns. I wasn't expecting them to automatically pay for my refrigerator repair. I was looking for a manager to review the situation, discuss whether this should have been addressed during years of annual maintenance, and try to keep a customer who had spent thousands of dollars with their company over 15 years. Unfortunately, I left feeling that my concerns were dismissed and that my loyalty as a long-time customer meant very little. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend AmeriFlow.
