Simple ciders done really well! Do the flight and take the journey through different styles of ciders with different apples, without the need for crazy additional flavors. Oh my gosh this place is the best! We loved everything and after some apple juice and glass of wine we came back fir tacos and brought my sister because the service is so awesome. We are visiting the Winthrop area because my father grew up here... Did you say your house is so awesome and the customer service is so awesome and the food is delicious... This is the place to go if you wants taste of all the great local ciders. They also have very great ribs, pizza, appetisers.

The prices on line and on their menu are incorrect. I thought I was getting a $13 sandwich and as the waitress said - with two sides. To me that means it comes with the meal. She rattled off about 6 choices which I thought - nice choices. So I got a salad and onion rings. Then I got the bill..... $17.69 for the sandwich. Then I was charged $3.12 for the small salad and 3.12 for the onion rings. I said you said it "came with two sides". You should have mentioned you pay for those too. Oh. The menu for list the sides much less the charges for the sides. Perhaps I missed it. I was so mad I just paid and left. So if you go pay attention and ask how much the items really are. So the good - the pulled pork was smoked and a really good BBQ sauce that didn't overpower. One of the best I've had. Salad was good but really small. Onion rings were good and not greasy. The Cider is delicious. They have a few rotating types along with some standards. They also carry a few beers on draft as well. You can take home growlers of either too. The space itself is fun with indoor and outdoor seating. They do concerts on some weekend nights as well. Food is just ok, my sausage was very dry. As an okanogan county local and a cider enthusiast, I have driven by this place 100 times and always wanted to stop in to check it out. Well, I finally did and was unimpressed all around. The host was friendly and seated us right away, we opted to sit outside where it was nice and quiet - away from the live music. We immediately felt forgotten and actually had to walk inside to give our food and drink order after waiting for fifteen minutes or so. I was disappointed to see only six ciders on tap for a place that calls it's self a cider house. We ordered a soft pretzel with "beer cheese". The pretzel itself was very good but the "beer cheese" seemed like nothing more than melted velveeta. The pizza we ordered was obviously on a frozen crust, nothing impressive at all. The bottom of the pizza was extremely burnt. It was so unimpressive looking I never even touched it, so I can't vouch for how it tasted. After having to wait so long to place our order, our food ended up coming out after closing time. Before we even got our pizza the server was asking for our payment, and asked if he could bring the pizza out in a to-go box. We actually felt like we were being pushed out because it was closing time. In our minds, if we hadn't had to wait so long to order our food we probably would have been finished eating by closing time. All in all pretty disappointed by this place. In my opinion a good "cider house" should have an extensive amount of craft ciders on tap and maybe a few quality appetizers on the menu. A nice little place on the edge of town. Outside seating was plentiful and easily allowed for social distancing. I had a great pesto chicken sandwich that came with Tim's Cascade chips. Several good NW beer selections , plus very good cider. I had the Town Deer, which was a perfect blend of crisp and sweet. Service was friendly and reasonably quick, given the distance from the kitchen to the back patio. I only wish the winery tasting room next door didn't close at 5pm. We came to this place in 2023 when the fires in eastern WA were extreme. We came over to visit from western WA and were happy to support a local business that decided to stay open during the intense smoke. The business owner was here and was working hard to earn business and we had such a great experience. We were excited to come back over the summer of 2024. Unfortunately the experience was so poor compared to what we had experienced the summer before. Tables out front were not inviting and used as storage. We ordered a bottle of wine in which they told us to go next store and it would be cheaper to buy the bottle there...then we came back and the same waiter said we needed to pay a corkage fee..which ended up costing more than the bottle at the restaurant. Stopped in to pick up dinner after most other places in town were closed to take out. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fried and slaw. The staff were friendly, and the food was ready quickly. I didn't discover until I had left that they had burned the bun on top and bottom. And while the meat and fries were fine (not great, but fine), but the bun was dripping with oil to the point where it dissolved. Very gross. read more

I had the displeasure of eating ribs in front of my wife today while she waited 45 minutes for a club sandwich. 45 minutes? Yeah, they brought her a Reuben instead of the Turkey/Bacon/Swiss club. So, after I was done (she encouraged me to eat my meal while it was warm), her sandwich had still not arrived. We decided to cut our losses and leave. The ribs were fair. Really chewy. If you're expecting them to fall off the bone, you're out of luck. Make sure you're using your original teeth - you're gonna need them. They feature several house ciders which are very tasty, along with several guest ciders and beers on tap. The tasting room has a big patio, indoor seating and small bar seating area. Really love the local feel of this ciderhouse. We sat on the outdoor deck and had nice heaters to keep warm. We had a $10 cider flight to try all 6 of their ciders, which was fun experience! Their ribs were decent, the only thing I wished for is more variety in their bbq sauces (a nice spicy one would be nice). Right now, their bbq just comes with single sweet bbq sauce. You place your order inside, and then find yourselves a seat wherever there's a spot. The ciders were on point, especially on a hot early evening. I had the Town Deer. A bit on the lighter side and very refreshing. My friend had the Honey Bear, and honey it was, a little darker, but deeeeeelish. She ordered chicken tenders and fries, and they were like $7. Nothing in Seattle is $7! I opted for the smoked ribs special. Short but fat. Just how I like em'.... Um... wait... lol Very meaty. Unfortunately they were out of mac-n-cheese (sad face), so I got the beans and the slaw. The slaw was nice and tangy. The beans were a bit lame. This place was perfect! My boyfriend and I were in town for a few nights and stopped here for dinner and drinks. We split a flight of the ciders which were all delicious and my boyfriend got a beer. I ordered the turkey sandwich which was great (the bacon was awesome) and he got the pulled pork. Even if the food was awful I would give this place 5 stars just based on the service (luckily the food was fantastic). The man working was our bartender, waiter, and chef. He was quick to help us with the drink and food menu and his kindness made this a great experience. Out back there was foosball, corn hole, and games for kids. This is a super low key place. Very relaxed ambiance and they have a kids menu with crayons to keep little ones occupied. I had the blackberry cider (absolutely delish!) and the old school burger. Both were good. We also ordered the wings which came out crispy and hot. They carried the traditional franks red hot type sauce on it. I adore these guys on all levels. Firstly, the cider - I learned to love cider years ago in the UK and for the longest time I would not drink cider in the US because it was nowhere near on the same level. That has all changed, and the Methow Valley Ciderhouse is a great example of that. They know how to make it right and have a wide variety so that everyone can get the style they prefer. The venue is great. There was a lot of thought put into making it group and family friendly. There is even an off-leash dog area with its own fire hydrant. The stage, dance floor, covered seating outdoors, cozy seating indoors, all are spacious and can handle a small group to a huge one. The owners are super nice and will bend over backwards to make sure your event is taken care of. If you're curious about things you might want for your group, just ask and if they can do it, they will. Food is solid, but they're not set up to be a gourmet restaurant so don't expect that. It's perfect for accompanying the cider and maybe a Seahawks viewing party! Definitely give these guys a try if you haven't. You'll probably love it as much as I do. read more

We arrived at 5:45 and waited in line to put our name on the waiting list. We were told we could have a table in a few minutes. However the person who was supposed to set it up for us was overwhelmed with the number of people asking questions about seating. We stood there like fools for almost 30 minutes. Finally the table was set up and we could sit down. However now an even longer wait started. After another 20 minutes we were given menus and some water. Another 15 minutes went by with no waiter or waitress paying any attention to us. We got up and went to East 20 Pizza instead and got our order in immediately and our food within 15 minutes.
