I stopped by this Metro PCS location this afternoon to pay my phone bill, and received outstanding customer service from the young lady who helped me. I heard her offer a home internet offer to the lady in front of me. I noticed that she was very informative, but not pushy. I've had some really bad experiences with pushy salespeople at two separate Metro locations in Merced this year, so, I'm always antsy about trying a new location. I was relieved to see that this girl wasn't going to be like that. She also offered me the home internet offer, which I also declined. But I asked her several questions about a certain new phone that I'm interested in, and she was very knowledgeable. I like doing my phone research in person, but when I went to the Apple store, the girl suggested I Google some of my questions. Wth... So, again, I was relieved that that didn't happen here. This young lady was very knowledgeable, informative, and good at her job. If my phone purchase were going to give someone a commission, I would buy it from her. Sadly, they don't carry the specific model I'm after. She suggested that I could sign up next door at T-Mobile, or I could buy an unlocked phone from Apple. I appreciated how she was honest and knowledgeable without being pushy or deceptive. She processed my phone payment so quickly and effortlessly, I would definitely come back to this location to pay my bill again. read more

So I went here for the LiveScan Fingerprinting. These guys look young enough to be my sons. Very friendly and little jokesters but they handle their business in a professional manner. I was thinking the "owner" may come out and those two guys are the owners. They got me going on the fingerprinting pretty quickly, in and out in about 20 mins. Definitely would use them again since they are quick and take walk-Ins. read more

I always come to this place to pay my bill when I'm in town last time I was here with a broken phone staff here help me choose the right phone and help me transfer the data from my broken phone this place has a lot of different type of cell phone accessories so I had huge selection to choose from they also help me install a tempered glass which I always have hard time doing by myself thank you guys. read more

This was such a good experience! I went to get a live scan done, and was missing some paperwork. They're contracted with the company I work for so they took the time to find my missing information and saved me a trip back down! Very friendly, good conversation. Could have stayed for another 30min and still been happy with the service. read more

I waited twenty minutes for the store clerk to finish a conversation. He was more interested in conversing to non English speaking customers. If you want to get ignored, this is the place to go. I would just keep driving. read more

I needed a LiveScan and found this company where they are authorized dealers. It was quick, easy, and they were professional making sure the prints were exactly as needed for the DOJ. The clientele in the area, and the bullet proof glass surrounding all their product at first was a shock, but I can only imagine with with their electronics and such. NEVER BUY A PHONE FROM THIS PLACE... 3 days ago I bought a iPhone 6 Plus from this store. This phone was priced at 425$ (extremely overpriced).. this phone had problems from the second I got home I thought maybe I needed to update it so I did and still issues. Come to find out this phone has a recall from apple for these same problems.. so today I went into the store to try and figure out a solution for the phone maybe they could fix the issue.. swap me out a different one maybe even credit on a newer one just anything really.. this man locked himself inside of a bullet proof box (witch is really weird to me why they have this place on total lockdown obviously it's so they can feel safe doing shady business) it's not like it's even a bad side of town.. so this dude (shaking cuz he probably realized I'm that guy they burned 3 days prior) had no paperwork on file of the transaction (another weird ass sign there shady, how do you not have your side of the paperwork on a transaction of this size at a business from 3 days ago) he continued to tell me he could do nothing, he was the manager, and I was not allowed to speak to the owner.. He kept showing me this blank paper that said phones are as is but did not have one on file with my signature (witch I don't ever remember signing that) (more shady business) and then to top it all off this guy pulls me up on his cameras SCREENSHOTS MY FACE and calls the cops (all behind his bulletproof bunker) and tells them I'm not allowed there all because I GOT RIPPED OFF... I no I shouldn't have ignored all the sign that told me from the beginning that this store was ran like the cartel but ignorance is bliss, just trying to make sure nobody else gets robbed by these criminals.... read more

Ridiculous. We saw at MetroPCS.com that they had a Samsung Galaxy Light on sale. The web site listed the price after all instant and mail-in rebates as $19.00. It also mentioned if we went into a MetroPCS store we could get ALL of the rebates instantly. Went to the corporate store on Sunrise and very nice clerk CONFIRMED THE DEAL/OFFER we saw online, but said they are out of that one and won't get any more since it's basically a close-out deal. She gave us addresses for a couple of other independent dealers. Next store we went to had the price for that same phone listed as $49.00. When I told the clerk it was on the website for $19 after all rebates he tried to argue with me and insinuate that I didn't know what I was talking about. 'When did you see that?' he asked, as if I saw something years ago and am now expecting to waltz in and get that price. He pulls up the site (so he said) on his phone but, HOW CONVENIENT it doesn't show the part that says if you come to the store you can get all the rebates instantly. He insisted that you could only get the instant rebate and had to mail in for the other. I told him we had just been at the corporate store where they confirmed that what I saw online was correct. He just shrugged. Idiot trying to rip us off. We walked out, went home and pulled up the website - yep just like I said - ALL the rebates instantly if you come to the store and final cost would be $19. Idiots at this place. Don't waste your time trying to buy anything at any 'authorized dealers', they will just rip you off. read more
