If I'm here writing a review, it's either they have above-and-beyond service or really bad service where it needs to be acknowledged and improved. We have a repair shop and have been buying from Metro Honda for 15 years. After covid, there were delays in parts shipment, and the dealership wasn't able to get parts when needed. It gets delayed as long as up to a year or back ordered and not able to know when the shipments will arrive. We ordered parts through wholesale parts, and at times, our purchase was too little. They requested that we should order close to our area because it was not worth their time to deliver it. We would accommodate and order within our area. Passed a couple of times, we ordered parts, and Ralph from wholesale parts helped us, and he was very rude. He was being super disrespectful and said that we didn't order enough, so he won't be delivering anything to us anymore, he will remove our account because he said he was authorized to do whatever he wanted. This person is just a parts person and not a manager/supervisor. He told us that we wasted his time and told us to never call here again. He hung up. Wow! You would wonder why it's so important what we think and write reviews so someone can acknowledge and make some improvements. We already have a chance to voice our experiences, and now they should do their role. I'm not saying everyone there is bad, but some can improve. read more

I loved the service here. I would bring my 2018 Honda Civic for regular maintenance. A few months ago, my ac went out and I took it to Metro Honda because I had nothing but awesome experiences here. So much so that I referred my significant other here to fix his ac also. They diagnosed the problem. Assured me there were no leaks and the problem was fixed. I had cold air. A couple days ago my ac stopped getting cold and I thought maybe I just didn't make sure the "ac" was on. Now that I'm positive that it's on and my air isn't cold, I gave them a call. I asked what they can do for me since it's only been a few months since they recharged my ac, and the response was that it would be $160 and some change for diagnosis! It was about $400 the first time I went and the problem is obviously not fixed. Why do I have to pay for them to look at the same problem they said they fixed? Here I am, about 3 months later, $400 poorer and no ac for my son to be comfortable in the car on hot days. I wonders why their rating was low, I guess reasons like this are why :( read more

Really not sure how to rate. Five-star is not applicable , four stars actual service, 2-3 stars for ambience and location. So lucky for me to service area was nicely identify with all the banners. I saw on their flyer that this place is newly renovated But was not sure which part was renovated. Reception areas in trailers and the wait area is in the trailer next to it. At this point I am thinking that the renovation has not been completed because if it was I am in complete surprise. There was not enough table so if you hv a laptop you have to pretty much have it on your lap and make it really be a laptop. Outlets really hard to find. Coffee and snack area pretty much disappointing but really we should not be complaining because cars get treated here...not drivers, right? Hmmmm i'm pretty confused because I'm a picky driver! Jimmy Thompson made my purchase a nice one and he was super honest and not pushy at all. No one wants to be pushed to buy a car, it's a huge commitment and a scary thing to think about. However, Jimmy was super nice patient, transparent and reminded me that Honda is not just around to build cars but other things like planes, bikes and lawnmowers amongst other things. Only reason I'm giving a one star is cause it automatically does it for you. I will never take my car again there to get serviced. They are very dishonest and they want is your money. I took my car first in may 2022 for front brakes, then again in July 2022 for the same reason plus they said I needed my rotors and charged over $700 for my FRONT BRAKE PADS and rotors and again November 2022 apparently for the same reason again. This time I really questioned what was going because it was too close. The service advisor asked maybe because we drove up and down hill, really? In such short time. So she said will have them check it I had an appointment first of all makes us wait an hour just to tell us once again it's our FRONT brakes! So I asked her if it had any warranty cause I had just done them, she seemed irritated I even questioned her and said no you don't just your rotors not your brakes nothing she can do. And top Of it the car was staying overnight! She didn't try to help what so ever just game me a almost $300 price again! And I said no I want my car back taking my business elsewhere! And I thank god I did when I got my brakes done for more than half of they showed me they had just changed one part of the brakes! My daughter & I purchased a used Jeep from these guys on a Saturday. They assured us all was in good condition, no accidents, etc. we test drove it, it seemed fine. We buy the jeep & roughly 20 min on the freeway heading home, the check engine light flashes, & it starts acting weird. We call Honda & they say they won't be able to check it out until Monday, knowing we drove 3.5 hrs down that day to buy this car. After taking it to our mechanic, the jeep needs $1k worth of repairs. We let them know they sold us a faulty vehicle & they have done nothing to make it right. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!! Not sure how they feel good about doing this to a 20 yr old. read more

I've been coming here 15 years and service was always pretty good. But my recent experiences have been bad. I bought new tires and they broke the Tire Pressure Monitor System sensor. They offered to fix it at no charge but they said the part was back ordered two weeks. It took them 6 months and I wound up having to call them every month or so even though they said they would call me (they never did). When I called them the last time they said that the part came in several days ago but they just "didn't have the chance to call me". They told me to come in the next day before 5 pm , but when I came at 4:30 the said all the technicians who could help me went home already, so I hade to con in again the next day. ESSENTIALLY TO FIX A PROBLEM THEY CAUSED TOOK 3 VISITS OVER 6 MONTHS. Based on this experience I would give ZERO stars. But I'm leaving 2 since I had good experiences years ago. read more

Save your time and do business elsewhere, I was pretty much forced to do a down payment after negotiating a car down to 36k with gap and extended warranty keep in mind that the msrp is 26k...... came home to realized that the downpayment is not going towards the principal so I'm basically giving the dealer 1500 that they insisted on calling a "downpayment" but really it's just money in their pocket that now I wasted. Not to mention that when I called, I talked to person 1, then arriving at dealer I talked to person 2, then person 3 took us for test drive, then we found out about the extra $3700 add-on that we really don't need, then person 4 came out to talk about the deal that he could not make. Really, 4 people to find out price is not negotiable and he price was $3700 more than the internet quote? Service times here are terrible, unprofessional, and mismanaged. It takes about 3 hours for an oil change, and ok I get that, looks like they only have 3 bays. What I don't understand is why it takes so long to drop-off and pick-up the car. Those wait times are consistently terrible. Today? 20 minutes to drop off, 15 minutes to pick up, and that's just the time spent getting someone to notice you and do their job. Jimmy at the service department of Metro Honda is truly a gentleman who stands up for American virtue and spirit. The front camera of our 2020 Odyssey failed shortly after the expiration of the 35k miles warranty provided by Honda, which triggered tones of flashing warning signals including the brake system warning light on the dashboard. My wife was driving on the highway when this happened. Assuming that the brake was no longer working, she became very nervous and almost got involved in a car accident. When I brought the car to Metro Honda, Jimmy told me it's definitely not our fault to mess up with the camera and asked us to contact Honda service department for the camera replacement and calibration. The negotiation between us and Honda service department went on and forth for more than half a year without any acceptable agreement. The lady at the Honda service department who was handling our case was very rude and arrogant. She talked to me in such a cold voice as if I did something wrong and I should beg for her mercy! This is ridiculous and insane. I called the Honda service department many times and even asked them to give our case to a different staff. They agreed to reopen the case and assign the case to a different staff. But unfortunately, one day later the same lady called me and told me their decision was the same and I can feel free to sue them !!!! Jimmy stepped in after he knew what happened and eventually helped us resolve the issue. If you have to buy a Honda car, I strongly recommend Metro Honda just because they have employees like Jimmy, whom they should be proud of. read more

I have been bringing my car to be serviced here for years. Like usual today I had an appointment and was early. There were 3 vehicles ahead of me and 2 behind me. While we are all waiting to be checked in about 15 minutes pass and another vehicle arrives. They put the # sign on the vehicle that was after the 2 cars behind me. Instead of waiting like the rest one of the salesmen comes up to the vehicle and tells the girl to wait in her car and she'll get in before all of us. of course another worker immediately comes out and helps her while we all wait. I brought it up to the guy who finally came out to help me and he tried to say she had an early appointment. when I told him my appointment was 35 minutes ago he said she was waiting before me, when I proved him wrong he still tried to make excuses. I told him that was unfair to everyone else and is not a cool way to handle business with loyal customers who all had appointments and were there before the young lady.
