All was typical for most of my time browsing, sales rep says hello and introduces themselves and lets us know when we need assistance, all fine. When it came time to purchase and I had made my decision of which furniture to buy ($300 recliner, loveseat, and a chaise), I realized there was not a package deal for the loveseat and chaise in that particular style, only for the sofa and chaise ($999). If I were to purchase a la carte for the loveseat and chaise, they would have been $499 each ($998 total). I asked the sales representative, George if there was anything that could be done to create a package for the loveseat and chaise where I would not be paying the same price as the sofa (it didn't make much sense to me to pay the same price for approx 26in less couch). George and another associate said they probably wouldn't be able to get a package deal for it and all was as is, which is fine, I've worked in sales I know how it goes. They called manager Matteo over to see if something could be worked out. I want to first say, George and the other associate were great, friendly, and helpful and this review is not about them. Matteo, however, was the epitome of a sleezeball salesman in my opinion. While he confirmed there was not a way to create a new package, he gave me some ridiculous excuse for the price stating I was paying for craftsmanship and not material so the difference in size of the couch was a moot point. I disagreed and stated that I was going to shop around and see what else was available in the area. After saying this, Matteo proceeded to make the comment that I would come back to Bob's nonetheless because they have the best prices in the area. This struck me as very arrogant and condescending, and thus I DID take my business elsewhere and made a large purchase at a competitor. While there was nothing wrong with the product, I do not want to give my business to a business that speaks to their customers in such a way.

We walked into Raymour and Flanigan on Tuesday November 15, and today on November 22 (just one week later) we had 4 new pieces delivered. Contrary to some reviews that cited negative experiences, we found every aspect of R&F to be top notch. Our salesperson Christopher was fabulous -super friendly and he did a good job explaining the various quality features (solid wood vs. engineered wood, bottom rails vs. side rails, plywood vs. MDF, stapled vs. dovetailed corners, etc.). My wife knew that R&F had an "Outlet Store" within their store - not a place with Factory Seconds or Scratch and Dents, just a lower tier of pricing. We found exactly what we were looking for to complement our newly painted bedroom and replace the 40-year old dresser, bureau and two night stands. We paid less than $1,400 for those four brand new pieces and this morning's delivery couldn't have gone any smoother (Thank You Hector). We were texted last night with our delivery window, and received several progress reports tests this morning, including a tracker so we could see the truck's progress as though we were waiting on an Uber. R&F's communication was excellent throughout -plenty of texts and e-mails, so there were no surprises at all, Everything unrolled the way things were promised to us. So from the store's selection, the sales experience, the communication, the price, and the delivery - everything went very well. We feel that Raymour and Flanagan treated us exceptionally.

I called them up a couple of days ago, to see if I could buy additional cushions for the above mentioned couch. They told me to expect o phone call from the "company" within 48 hours. Guess what happened? You guessed. NOTHING!!!!! Nobody called , again. I just wonder what has to happen for them to go out of business or having everyone working there fired. I mean as an owner, if one of my stores had 2 1/2 stars I would be firing everyone "working" there.

They have so many appliances here, from coffee makers and blenders, to every single larger kitchen appliance, TVs, mattresses, even outdoor equipment such as grills. Dwight was very patient in showing a variety of washing machines that are similar to the one that needed replacing. We found an excellent one by Whrilpool. We agreed on a time and day their team would deliver the washer. Sure enough it was delivered as promised. They also hooked it up. The delivery was free. If you would like for them to dispose of an older, large appliance they can do that for you. I have been genuinely impressed with the selection at P.C. Richard & Son, their all around customer service and their product.

Where PC Richard & Son falls short is their delivery crew. For the last 15 years I've purchased big and small appliances here from Mike. Some of the delivery crew are great while some don't know what they're doing, don't speak English or don't know how to setup and install the appliances. It gets really frustrating.

I even told him I had to unfreeze my credit before making the purchase. If I opened a new Macy's account, I would get an additional discount. Had the chain held. Fast forward-I returned 2 days later and made the purchase. Three days later, decided to have a reputable jewelry store assess the chain since it felt light. It was Hollow! When I brought the chain back, the rep told me immediately the only 14k solid chains were in the men's section; she apologized for the situation. Needless to say, I closed the account which caused a hit to my credit score. There was no misinformation, no communication issue. It was dishonesty at its highest!

I have used some of their pieces to furnish corporate and residential spaces, and my clients have been very pleased! Their case goods and accessories are a great value, with so many nice pieces to choose from. The staff is so helpful and nice to work with! I am sure that others would agree with me too, but it seems that only those with bad experiences jump on the review bandwagon.
