This was perfect as it was a present for my son, we were exchanging on Saturday and since all of us would be off for the holiday the following Tuesday. When I called the next Tuesday they said it was indeed in and we could come and get it. We did, but it was the completely wrong item. The sales person- a different one, tried his best to correct the error, but now it wouldn't be in the store until 1/13/15. Not while my family was off on holiday. He threw in a pillow. Not free delivery, but a pillow. Strange, but my husband hushed me and said he would take that day off/ work from home so he could go and get it. I understand that when you say an item will be available to pick up it would be during business hours, and nothing to the contary had been said. So, the mattress came after 7pm. not the most convienent time, and I said wouldn't it seem to make sense that you offer to deliver this mattress since it was three weeks and really an extra day late at this point- the district manager said"no, you're already getting a pilow" I told them that was a shame as I need to replace serveral mattresses in the next year or so- and I will not choose to spend my money there. The sales person was baffled. Just unimpressive if you ask me.
