We started with the Green Chile Queso. We really enjoyed it and were pleasantly surprised at how it tasted for being vegetarian. My husband got the "Forbidden" Rice bowl, and I got a build your own with shrimp, cauliflower risotto, and broccoli. Our entrees were tasty, thoughtfully made and curated, and light like we were hoping for. I did leave hungry though, but if you have the appetite of a normal person you'll be fine. The locale was bright and fresh feeling, in theme with the food, and the staff was alright. I am sure I will be back.

I was searching Google for vegan restaurants in the area and decided to give this one a try. Since…read moreI was ordering to go, I picked a few items that caught my attention: the crab cakes, tofu Reuben, and the raw blueberry cheesecake for dessert. The wait time was about 45 minutes, which wasn't bad at all. The crab cakes were delicious, but the sauce was a miss for me. It was way too spicy. With crab cakes, I think it's best to keep it simple with a tartar-style sauce, of course vegan. I ended up eating them without the sauce and enjoyed them much more that way. The tofu Reuben was good overall, but the bread was a little soggy. A thicker or sturdier bread might hold up better. Even so, the flavors were good and I enjoyed it. Last but definitely not least was the raw blueberry cheesecake. It was absolutely delicious! However, the sauce served with it wasn't for me at all. Thankfully, I tasted it separately before pouring it on the cheesecake because I would have been disappointed. The sauce wasn't sweet and took away from the dessert rather than adding to it. Overall, I had a good experience and enjoyed most of what I ordered. I'll definitely be back, and next time I'd like to dine in and enjoy the meals.

When we first entered, there was just one table occupied, it was early afternoon. The music was a bit too much for the setting. The environment was clean. But, it took 5 minutes or more for someone to come out and greet us. We went to the restroom and almost left, thinking they were closed. But, finally they noticed us. Thank goodness, because I had one of the best BLTAs of my life. The bread looked boring, but it was soft and the perfect blank slate for the seitan bacon, tomato, avocado, and mayo. Very tasty! My husband had the Tofu Rueben. The tofu was a thick slab and the faux corned beef idea would have been better as thin seitan slices. But, he still enjoyed it. Both came with a small salad of just lettuce. I enjoyed my meal (obviously) but I think they could improve their hospitality. Prices indicate a higher level of service. Maybe to go is best.

Can I take away one star for being too far away for us to visit daily? Haha!…read more The food here is A-MAZING. Fresh. Creative. Made to Order. As someone who absolutely must be careful about everything I eat I cannot say enough about how impressed I was Florish. The place is so clean it literally sparkles and the staff is amazing. Owner Keith was knowledgeable, welcoming, and really took the time to talk "ingredients" with me. We shared the Sausage Pesto and my goodness. Spicy, slightly sweet, crispy, peppery. Mmm. I had a small salad (and it's pretty small) and hubby had a side of quinoa & kale blend with creamy ranch drizzle. All so so good. This would be a great place to show your non-vegan friends just how good vegan food really can be. Recommend!

There is a family member of mine who can't have any dairy and it's so hard finding places that accommodate this so I'm very grateful we have this in Tampa. Customer service is awesome too and the inside is always clean. I can't wait to try more of their menu out in the future!

My vegan friend recommended Good Intentions, and I haven't had a nice vegan dinner in a while, so I decided to come see what this place was all about, in honor of my beloved Ethos. RIP. We make reservations, show up, park anywhere we can find in this wild, wild West portion of town, and start browsing the menu. It sounds absolutely delicious. We started off with the Southern Sriracha Crab Cakes (Hearts of palm and jackfruit crab cakes, sriracha pimento, Thai chili glaze, seitan bacon crumbles, pickled fresno, scallion, sesame). These were great. Very crispy, the inside was the spitting image of crab cake filler, and there was just enough Old Bay to really sell it. Spicy sauces and other elements made this quite the lovely little app. We also had the Crispy Brussels Sprouts (Dan Dan tahini, toasted cashews, pickled fresnos, scallion). Wow, this was good. Tahini was a great choice, the sprouts were crispy crispy, and the cashews added a wonderful little crunch. My main was the Kimchi Fried Rice (Crispy fried jasmine rice, scrambled JustEgg, kimchi, sweet soy reduction, fried crab balls, kewpie aioli, scallion, sesame seeds). Better than some of the non-vegan fried rices I've had in my life! Great rice with some nice crisp, flavorful but not too funky kimchi, a nice soy sauce, and a nice aioli to sauce things up a bit. I also got to try a bucatini bolognese of some sort that I can't find on the menu anymore. Maybe it was a special. But it was good. Really deceivingly real meat crumbles, a lovely sauce, and bucatini is one of my favorite noodles. Big fan. Overall, this was not a good vegan meal. It was a good meal. I love places like this. I think that more people need exposure to places like this. I'll be back.

Cons: No cons at all. Tips: The whole menu was delicious, but I want to tell you to save room for dessert. That was an excellent cheesecake.

Their fried chicken is the best I've ever had, and the spice levels are actually legit. But my favorite thing on the menu is the peri peri chicken. The peri peri chicken is CRAZY good. It's a South African-style grilled chicken served with fries, and I always get the corn ribs on the side too. The chicken sits on top of a tortilla, which I use to soak up all the juices and eat with the chicken. Even though it's grilled, it's unbelievably moist every single time. It's packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and ridiculously juicy. I seriously cannot get enough of it, and I HIGHLY recommend everyone try it. If it's not the best grilled chicken in Tampa, it's definitely one of the best. And don't skip the sauces. The ranch, blue cheese, and garlic sauce are my favorites, but the peri sauce is delicious too!

We tried this place about a year ago, and we had a completely different experience than before. I can honestly say, I won't be back. Not ever. Not even a chance. This place is filthy. The floors, the tables, the bathrooms (the worst I have ever seen), and even the napkin holders. I had immediate regrets upon stepping in based on the lack of cleanliness. The amount of flies swarming was alarming. The service was a zero. The girl working watched us order at the kiosk, the kiosk wouldn't let us pay, we tell her, and she says "oh it doesn't work." So we ordered with her even though she sat around watching us waste our time. I ordered a wing meal, told her I wanted the wings injected, and she said "we don't inject them. I will give you sauce on the side." The menu clearly says they inject wings, social media videos always show it, and also, my last visit there was also injected wings but she would give me no explanation other than "I will give you the sauce on the side." It was bizarre and I couldn't even get a "we don't do that anymore" from her. We ordered a chicken sando. The quality was horrible. Chicken tasted overly processed with bad texture. We also ordered a wing combo. The wings were flavorless. Absolutely flavorless. I ordered medium and there was zero spice. Not even a tad. Apparently they don't inject their wings anymore so there was no flavor in the wings. The quality was pretty bad. Also, the "sauce on the side" that the girl working promised me was not the sauce I ordered, it was the sauce she chose. The whole ordering experience was odd. Definitely seemed like someone who did not care about providing good service, good food, or a sanitary environment. We waited about 25 minutes for our food. About 3 people came in to get pickup orders while we waited and no one else. So we sat and waited while the flys swarmed our heads. The cashier never once tried to come out and clean the filthy tables. She even paused doing nothing for a restroom break, used the filthy restroom, came out with WET hands, and grabbed a napkin from the dusty napkin holder on the filthy table to dry her hands. Then still never wiped down the table caked with food debris. Absolute terrible level of cleanliness, care, and service. It ruined my appetite. After waiting that long, the Mac n cheese was ice cold. 25 minutes for Mac n cheese with a chill to it and no heat. I'm convinced they pulled it out of the refrigerator and forgot to heat it up. This place just had too many misses: a lack of quality, a lack of good service, and a lack of any sanitation standards. Never again. We didn't finish our food. We threw it away outside.

BREAKFAST all Day !…read more That statement says it all. If you know me you know how critically important it is to be able to have breakfast food accessible all day. Eggs & Beans are essential to people who are on high protein diets. I HAVE to have protein over any other type of food because of the GLP1's. Sometimes that jolt of refried bean energy is exactly what I need between operating on fumes versus having enough fuel to get the job done. The food here is decent. Hasn't gone wrong yet .. I ordered one chicken and one cheese enchilada with a crispy beef taco. I got two cheese enchiladas. It seems like every time I order from here, it's messed up. I don't understand how difficult it is especially being that I worked in a Mexican restaurant for six years. I called them and once again, Daniel told me he would take care of me, like he said the last time they messed up my order. If I ever call again, I think I'm just going to tell them to give me whatever they want because that's what they seem to do anyway. I think I'm just going to stop ordering from here and go to Vallarta's. It's worth a drive and they never screw up my order, not once. I'm tired of wasting $25 every time I go here.
