Brooke suggested the mariscos en coco and it was amazing! Great service and delicious food. Will come back again

Brooke was great & so was their mariscos en coco. My husband enjoyed their tacos too.

I love Veracruz, Mexico so I told myself every Mexican restaurant that got Veracruz in it I will go to it I even went to a Veracruz restaurant in Spain before! When me and my boyfriend walked in we were standing awkwardly at the door area waiting to be seated but eventually we started walked down to the other side of the restaurant to ask the hostess/waitress if we can seat. She said just find a spot and I will come to you shortly. We received chips and salsa and ordered our drinks and then ordered our food 10 minutes past and our waters finally come. Few minutes past and our food and Horchata comes. The taste was amazing worth the wait. My boyfriend only got half way done with his burrito until he was extremely full! We really enjoyed this restaurant!

I came here being that I lived in San Diego ( 30 min away from Mexico ) I'm always looking for a substitute to some of the most AMAZING AUTHENTIC food I ate there ... I've yet to find any restaurant in the area that's even comparable ( sorry Jax ‍) BUT this location had a very warm welcoming. Dining area is spacious enough Colorful walls and decor Chips and salsa unlimited always a plus I ordered a seafood fajita meal it wasn't bad but had no wow factor for me as far as flavor ...it was a little greasy but the waitress , timeliness and sides were on point So I can say I'd visit again but probably try another meal of the menu

We visited this restaurant based on reviews while visiting the area. Had high hopes. It was karaoke night and very loud for the size of the restaurant and finally gave up trying to communicate with others in our party. Our waitress did not speak English which we tried to respect, but made it very hard to communicate our order. We needed to ask several times for our guacamole and the water was so chlorinated we could not drink. The prices were very low which may contribute to the continuous line of people getting food to go. The food was average and was overall not what we had hoped for.

Very good and authentic to me. The prices are really affordable. I enjoyed the $2.99 queso and drink specials. I had a pastor taco and 7 mares sopa. They usually have it on the weekend. Glad I checked.?Delicious and very flavorful. My kids loved the food too and I always love a place that has homemade tortillas.

What an amazing restaurant. I've been eyeing this restaurant for quite awhile now. Many people have told me that the first establishment had a delicious food but I was not able to come and try it out. I'm very thankful that we have one near my place. Went today for dinner and had an amazing California Burrito. It was so big and they give you free salsa and chips to go along with it. You can either dine in or take out your food. It was a very fast served and the food was hot served. There were not a lot of people when I came in around 5:00 PM. I bet you this place will be packed as soon as everyone try at least one of their menus. The server was very kind and told me to take my time to order and just call her when I am ready. I had a wonderful dinner and I will for sure come and visit again with my friends and family!

A small little restaurant with great service! We frequent quite often and have loved everything there so far! They even have $1 taco Tuesdays. They are polite and they get your food to you very quickly.

    Enchiladas Combo.

Amazing! This restaurant is next to my house and has been there for awhile but I've just never tried it. I got the Enchiladas Combo with a Tamale, Beans and Tres Leches. Everything was so flavorful, the perfect temperature (not too hot, not too cold), the perfect placement & amount of cheese.. also not too spicy but just enough. The meat was tender & flavorful! The rice was moist but not mushy. The beans were the perfect density. Honestly, some of the best Mexican food I've had in awhile. I haven't tried the tres leches yet.. because I had to write a review on how good this food was! But I don't doubt that it's anything short of amazing. Service was fast even amidst the pandemic. Quick and efficient, also kind. Hands down I will be back here again! Update: I added a photo of the tres leches as well after having a few bites. Talk about a bang for your buck! Loaded with strawberries in the middle & delicious light but rich cream! Soft, moist cake. Huge portion. Perfect!

Simple Mexican food with some interesting options like posole, menudo, and other daily specials. Variety of quesadillas, fajitas, burgers & chicken sandwiches, tacos, burritos, flautas, salads, desserts, carnitas, nachos, ceviche, and more. Beer & wine only, but of course Jarritos and other bebidas.

The floors were sticky and our shoes stuck to the floor. The women's restroom was out of order. The kiosks seem like a good idea but nobody there to ask questions or to get your drinks. If you can catch one of the two people working as they bring out orders you are lucky. The menus on the kiosks are pretty informative though and tell the ingredients for each item. Kiosk automatically adds 20% tip unless you change it. Considering you don't have any interaction with employees until they bring out your order other tipping options might apply. They cook to order which is nice except you don't get your drinks or your appetizers until it's your turn. There is a comment section to type no tomatoes or special instructions. Mine still came out with tomatoes but they promptly remade it for me. The food is pretty good. No complaints there other than having to remake one of my tacos. The chips and queso was pretty good. Chips were dusted with spices and served hot. We tried 6 different tacos and they were all very good. The tortillas were toasted on the grill which makes a big difference. You can get flour or corn tortillas. The chicken and steak were marinated before grilling and were big cubes and plentiful. The menu has a pretty big variety including a kids menu with chicken and fries. The last comment is their fountain machine for drinks. The coke tasted off. They may need to recalibrate it. Drinks are served in small clear throw away cups and the lids don't fit very well. Refills are hard to get. You have to wait for someone to come out of the back. If these small complaints don't bother you the food is very good.

The mahi taco was probably the best, along with the steak al pastor, but everything was oversauced (which didn't help the tortillas survive). The guacamole, however, was excellent. I ordered the Wet California burrito with steak, and it was mostly rice and beans with very little steak. The "wet" was just queso poured over the top and onto the plate. He says on the suadero the meat was well cooked and and decently flavorful, he felt something was missing from it, but couldn't pinpoint what it could use. The campechano was all around delicious. The sauce that came on the campechano added a nice level of spice to it. And we caught him scraping every last bit from his plate. I got the Enchiladas Verde today because that's just what I was in the mood for and I had never had theirs before. The waitress asked "Chicken or Brisket" so of course, I went with brisket and i am so glad I did, because they were incredibly tasty. Had just the perfect level of spice and bite to it. The enchiladas were served with rice and refried black beans. The beans were very flavorful and delicious, however I just wasn't a fan of the rice.
