The pad Thai with chicken was a perfect dish for a luncheon

Excellent customer service Food is expertly cooked to perfection and specification (no cilantro please!) Prices are such a bargain.

Amazing Vietnamese food and very polite staff. We had the spring rolls, dumplings, sweet and sour chicken rice noodle stir fry, and the pork salad (bun). The dumplings were super tasty and definitely home made. The spring rolls were tasty and the sweet and sour dish was a knock out! My wife loved the pork salad and would only let me have a small taste . All of the food was fresh and well seasoned. Great meal!

We wanted to get something nearby close and won't break the bank and still highly rated. Came across this Vietnamese place and called in for an order, I ordered the London Broil pho noodle soup. I liked how they separated the broth soup away from the rice noodle and bean sprouts. The soup itself is delish and not too salty at all. My only complaint is that the beef is too well done and they should not let it sit in the noodle soup as it dries up the texture of the beef. My son got the lemongrass chicken which consist of marinated chicken over a bed of rice, along with a hearty salad on the side. He enjoyed the chicken and the rice was not over cooked at all. My wife got the summer shrimp roll which comes in 2 units. All these for about $38 so definitely economical. Given it's a Vietnamese food joint here in Charleston, I would recommend for sure.

Love this little Vietnamese gem! The service is counter style ordering with pleasant table delivery. Small dining areas in and out on patio. Lots of takeout being picked up. My favorites in order- pork salad, lemongrass chicken, pho, and fresh rolls. I ask for extra herbs and siracha to flavor at table. Wish they had more interesting Asian drink options. Usually just get a tap water on ice.

Loved the atmosphere and the food! It is very small but cozy and authentic, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I got the spring rolls, the steamed dumplings, and the London broil. They were seriously some of the best spring roles i've ever had!! It was pay when you order so you get for leave right when you are done. Will definitely be coming back here!

Small place definitely more of a takeout spot, the standard pho was ok nothing to get too excited for since I've had better. Hubby had the chicken pho ( rookie mistake) tasted like chicken soup super bland and sad hey it's chicken pho with chicken broth.

The best chicken soup around. Fried spring rolls go perfect with it. I eat here once a week.

Our order was ready in about 15 minutes, and we were greeted right away with our food waiting for us. We almost always order the Five Spice Ground Pork Bowl and the Ginger Lemongrass Chicken Bowl, and both are consistently flavorful and generously portioned. The real standout, though, is the Vietnamese vinaigrette! This sauce ties everything together and adds the perfect balance of bright, tangy flavor. I could honestly put it on just about anything. The portion sizes are another huge plus. Depending on the day, each bowl easily stretches into two meals, making it an incredible value without sacrificing quality. Fast, friendly service, consistently delicious food, and great portions--Bon Banh Mi continues to impress. Highly recommend if you're looking for fresh, satisfying Vietnamese food.

There's a full bar, but hub always goes for the Sapporo. We started with yummy Spring rolls wrapped in clear rice paper stuffed with sprouts, lettuce, rice noodles, shrimp and pork. We both enjoyed the creamy peanut dipping sauce. Our stir fry dishes ... his, with beef and mine, with pork, were fabulous. The huge portions, loaded with lots of protein, tender celery, bell peppers, snow peas, basil leaves, mushrooms and scallions were gently kissed with fish and oyster sauces and arrived at our table, quickly. The meal came with a more than ample side of brown rice. Preparation can be from no added spice to five star Thai spice. I'm at a two ... hub, a four. At this visit, eggplant was a special so of course, I did not hesitate to add my favorite vegetable to the dish. Prices are fair. Service is always spot on with Kim, often stopping by our table to top off our water. If it's been a while, go back ... if you haven't been, go!

It could've used more fish or soy sauce. Our service was very good. They were very friendly and prompt. Overall, it was good, but not as good as the other establishments in Charlotte or when it was downtown. If the service and atmosphere wasn't so nice I would've given it. Three stars for the food.
