My partner and I have dined at Mia's Wok one other time and I believe we liked it as we tried it again tonight. What a disappointment on such an epic scale. First, the rice could not have come in a smaller container. We even asked for one of the rice (out of 3) to be fried rice. There was no frying involved. What we got was Steamed Rice with a fried egg that was cooked Over Hard, and then finally chopped up and thrown in white rice with a sparce amount of soy sauce. It wasn't even really brown and definitely NOT fried! Come on...Fried rice should be at least tossed in the wok and fried. IT'S EVEN IN THE NAME! Secondly, we ordered Fresh Spring Rolls for $7.95. What we got was a piece of rice paper filled with 3 threads of rice, a huge amount of lettuce, a small amount of carrot and very small amount of cucumber this was cut in half. We received 4 "halves" of Fresh Spring Roll. We had the ; Drunken noodles which were very good; nice and spicy. The problem lied in the almost non-existent amount of chicken. Third, we ordered Oyster Beef. I've had this before at other Asian restaurant's and have really enjoyed this. What we got this evening was a small amount of beef, I'm talking 8 super thin slices of beef cut in two which were "swimming in Oyster sauce". I have to believe they added soy sauce to the Oyster sauce because it was so salty I couldn't eat it. My partner was not about to waste it by throwing it in the garbage so he soldiered on and ate as much as he could followed by a ton of water. Fourthly, we had an order of mixed vegetable. I'm not sure what the sauce was but it was flavorless and once again swimming. I had to drain off most of the liquid before putting it in the refrigerator. I am so sorry to have to write this kind of review. I'm a former Food and Beverage director and don't believe I come with a super high expectation of all food but we were expecting the bare minimum when we order Chinese food in Billings. Sadly, Mia's Wok missed the boat on our $70 order. I'm still shocked by the price. This combined with the quality of our order is cause for us to never go back to this place again. This was a great place to get a quick lunch. The staff was awesome and slammed with lunch customers. I had the chicken red curry and it was awesome. It's a little hard to not make a mess with the little wok they serve it in, so ask for a plate or a knife to cut the bigger veg. read more

Tonight was our first visit to Mia's Wok, and it will not be our last. We were greeted promptly and seated. We started out with the fresh spring rolls and pork egg rolls, both made to order not frozen. My wife had the spicy beef, which was just right on the heat level came with steamed rice. I had the beef and meatball pho. It was amazing. The broth was the best I have had in MT. The service was awesome, drink refills were spot on. Thank you for a great dinner out. read more

Got the menudo, drunken noodles, and spring roles. Vegetables were fresh, plentiful and not overcooked. The chicken was tender and well trimmed - no weird bits. Nothing was greasy, everything was flavorful and spiced well. Will definitely go to again. read more

Have eaten here several times since they opened and everything I have ordered has tasted authentic- this is usually hard to find when restaurants try to span across many different Asian cuisines. The beef they serve is very cheap quality. Ordered the pho and it was just average. I had it delivered and grub hub was great
