This is the first time I've dined at a Miami Grill. My first meal was nothing to be impressed about. I had the fish and chips platter. The fish was dipped in TOO much batter. I initially thought the portions were big; unfortunately, 2/3 of the portion was all batter. I'm not impressed at all. I recently visited this location the night before Christmas and was greeted by a grinch who was obviously having a bad night . She did not set the standard I expected and would normally receive at this location. I left unhappy that night but the next day I returned and spoke with the Manager James who was very quick to Correct the issue that transpired the night before. James reenacted my experience from the previous visit and made sure that my food was replaced and I was totally satisfied. This meant alot because I'm big on customer service. I could tell that the reputation of this location meant everything to him because I have returned several times after that and the customer service has been on point all across the board! HORRIBLE! I received a cold order that was COMPLETELY wrong, and when I contacted the store manager for a resolution, he kept arguing with me, telling me that he personally prepared the order himself, and it was fresh. He kept trying to blame it on the Uber Eats driver, but I timed the driver from the time he picked up my food, and he delivered it on time. He then told me that I was "running my mouth", which I do not appreciate! So instead of getting fresh food and a resolution, I got insulted instead! The drinks were wrong, and had no ice. The gyro meat was cold and not fresh. The bread was stale. The lettuce was wilted, and I never got the side salad that I ordered. I will NEVER order from this location again, and apparently the manager needs to go back to manager class because he was rude and unprofessional! I now have cold, stale food that I can't eat, and I paid $30 for my order! This is the worst place! Save yourself a headache, and order from somewhere else! TOTALLY DISGUSTED! read more

I have a rule I NEVER eat Fast Food since I am a Chef and know good food and what it should taste like and Fast Food is crap. WOW am I glad I broke my rule. I ordered the Burger and a Gyro when I arrived home I unwrapped them and the first thing I noticed is that they actually looked exactly like the picture on the Menu Board. One bite and I was hooked - GREAT flavor they both tasted like you would expect in a Expensive Restaurant. GREAT fresh quality ingredients cooked and served to perfection and a good price. I will be back very often and try everything on the Menu. Miami Grill is NOT a Fast Food Restaurant. It is a GREAT Restaurant with Take Out. Stopped in about a month ago for a quick lunch (literally had 15 to eat and go to my next appointment) . I had not been to Miami "Subs" since my kids were young 20+years ago. Was warmly greeted by Amber who said no problem for a veggie pita (that's no longer on the menu ). It was fast, fresh & exactly as I remembered! She came by my tabLe to make sure it was good, came back to remove my plate and even made a point to say "have a good day". Today I came in and as I approached the counter Amber said "veggie pita"? Stopped in to check it out. Very disappointing and definatwly not the old Miami subs. Orderedbthe gyro platter and the gyro had only 2 slices of meat and a huge salad in the pita. The ztaziki sauce was bland and runny. The fries were...well there were notbenough fries tobtell if they were good or not. I own restaurants and I'm a chef. I stop by this location often cause it's convenient but mostly because I am always % satisfied with food and service. I've had the fish and chips, the burger, the Philly and many times the Gyros and Salads. Honestly I'm surprised as to how much I enjoy everything. As often as I go to Miami Subs, I really think the chicken wings are getting smaller and smaller. I don't get much time to enjoy them because it basically just pops in your mouth and you are headed to the next one without getting much of what you just had. On Wednesdays and Sundays, the wings are 75 cents and they are still the same size wings. Maybe these wings were not injected at the chicken farm so they are plump. I am not sure but paying more than 75 cents would be a chicken crime. The gyros are the next best thing but that is getting dried up at times. I still come to this place because it is close to my house. It is A-ok but sometimes there is no choice when I get home hungry. read more

Doesn't look like much when you walk past but when you walk in , it's so beautiful . Very clean and there was a lot of options for food . I had a bad experience at the other place so I came here and my experience was over the top . I ordered the wings and the wings came out so yummy . I was there couple days ago at this same location and when we went by the window to place an order the girl at the window was extremely rude . There was two other guys that looked through the window and they gave us the worse look like we were bothering them by ordering food. I said hi to the girl that was getting our order at first and she just looked at us with an attitude. If those workers don't want to be there working they should clearly get fired or quit because that's not the kind of stinking attitude I want to see when I'm trying to order food at all. The drinks were not strong taste like we were drinking juice we had to ordering extra shots.. Sometimes change is good. This location has completed the switch from Miami Subs to Miami Grill. It's wonderful! The decor is cool Miami and comfortable. The service is exemplary. I've never had a problem here till now..there is this manager I think its gerald or something black guy that worked as a manager on 12/19/18...well anyways I'm an uber eats driver who picks up food here for customers all the time...my son who is a special needs child when inside to use the rest room accompanied by 1 of my other boys who is not special needs. due to his medical issues he is not suppose to be denied the use of the bathroom this manager denied him the use of the bathroom due to a customer only rule. I went in and explain that my son is special needs and the importance of him using the rest room. he didnt care infront of my son he showed unprofessionalism and no sense of compassion for not even a special needs person...this person deserves to be fired..
