I came on a Saturday morning around 10:30am and was the only car in the drive thru. This establishment is drive thru/to-go only, it's located next to a gas station. There is nowhere to sit at a table and eat. The building is super cute, with pink stucco and black and white stripes. I ordered a carne guisada burrito which contains eggs, carne guisada, cheese and potato. The also offered me a salsa which I opted in for. It came out relatively fast, and it was still warm by the time I took it home. It was large enough that my boyfriend and I were able to split it and be satisfied. However, the amount of salsa was not enough. But the burrito was flavorful, so I plan on coming back and trying their other burritos. read more

The guisada was perfectly seasoned and melt-in-your-mouth good. The Americano - Two scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, and potatoes. Classic comfort food done right. The bacon was crisp, the eggs fluffy, and the whole thing came together in the most delicious way. The Texano - Two scrambled eggs with potatoes, beans, cheese, and pico de gallo. This one was fresh and bright, with the pico adding a perfect touch of zing to round it all out. And don't even get me started on the lemonade. It was seriously next-level--sweet, tart, and ultra refreshing. Easily one of the best lemonades I've had in a long time. I'll definitely be grabbing one every time I come back. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the portions were generous. You can tell there's a lot of care going into what they're making here--nothing felt rushed or pre-made. Despite being the only customer in the drive thru, I still waited a bit for the burrito so I'm wondering how fast the service is when there's actually more people. I discovered this place via Instagram and I was very excited to try this as it looked amazing from the post. Things from my experience- The parking / drive thru line is not functional. It became grid locked within mins. Total time from drive tru to getting food was 40mins. The food- 2 Burritos came out to $26.00. Was pretty bummed I requested the salsas ( red/greeen) and didn't receive them :/. Both burritos tasted very bland and probably could have used those tbh. All in all as a local austinite I'll be sticking with the OG spots. read more

I originally saw this place on Instagram and the comments and video boasted about it so I decided to try it out. I should've known. These burritos seemed like they threw anything and everything they had left in the fridge/freezer. I'm not gonna say the food was inedible, because it was not. But for 58 dollars for three burritos and two tacos I expected better. This place gets two stars because I could cook better than this. We got a chilaquiles burrito, a spicy Mexican burrito, and a chicken burrito, and two egg tacos. Fifty eight dollars. Now if the food was exceptional then I literally wouldn't mind, but unfortunately that was not the case. The chilaquiles burrito had no taste, and was dry. The chicken burrito(pictured) was totally unremarkable, and underwhelming. The spicy Mexican burrito was pretty okay. It has good taste and was seasoned quite nice. I just don't get why the others weren't as high quality as this one. Egg tacos were just egg tacos. Good. Hard to mess up. The red salsa was decent but reminded me more of pico de gallo than salsa. The green salsa(pictured) tasted pretty okay, but had a weird gelatinous texture that was a little off putting. But it had good flavor just had an interesting look about it. The service was fine. Nothing to say about it. It was fairly quick, and easy to order at least. All in all, if i were you I would skip this kitschy, Austin place. read more

I love a good breakfast burrito and this place hit the spot. Mixes my love for burritos with actually good espresso coffee for a one stop shop which is kind of hard to find. The burrito was huge and I should not have ate that whole thing in one sitting, but it was so delicious, fresh, and balanced in flavor. Their salsas also were delicious, but definitely had no heat. I like spicy, so if they had a spicy salsa, that would be great. The service was about 7 minutes total, but as I said - freshness and warmth of the food was 12/10 so I don't mind a bit of a wait. Definitely stop by if you want a good burrito and coffee duo. Great lunch and pick me up for me in an area lacking with drive thru selections aside from fast food. This will obviously keep me full until dinner. I paid ~16 total. Not great, but for the quality of the espresso/latee and a fresh HUGE burrito, pretty worth it. You can't really miss it. Half pink and half black n' white striped building with a drive through on Springdale Rd and E MLK Jr Blvd. Surprised this place doesn't have more reviews or traction. 12/10 in my book. Overall thought the food was good but I would double check your bag before leaving. We ordered 2 breakfast tacos and a burrito and I confirmed it with the worker when order. I got a side of salsa and chipotle mayo. When I got home, we did not get the salsa or chipotle mayo and ended up getting 2 burritos and no breakfast taco. Had to hop on and review this place because I can't say enough good things. I've been searching for a place nearby that has good coffee & breakfast burritos (not tacos) and this is THE place. The burritos are huge & SO good (try the carne guisada burrito) and the horchata cold brew is addicting. They have vegan options which was nice to see - Staff is always very kind when I come by, this is an awesome place to have in the neighborhood as there aren't many options for breakfast and coffee nearby.
