I came here for brunch with friends and it was honestly sooo good. I love that everything is made…read morewith really clean ingredients, but still tastes super flavorful and not boring. We started with the hummus, and the vegetables that came with it were amazing!! Super fresh and actually so flavorful. Definitely not your average hummus plate. I got the steak and eggs, and the potatoes were FIRE. So garlicky and flavorful, easily my favorite part of the whole meal. I also tried the Caesar wrap which honestly wasn't my favorite, just mostly lettuce tbh. But everything else was incredible so it didn't really take away from the experience. I also tried chicken bone broth for the first time and it was so flavorful and perfect for a Sunday. The overall vibe was really bright and relaxed, perfect reset after the weekend. Loved this place so much and would definitely come back again.

It's everything you know and love about The Well downtown, but with more parking! That alone makes…read moreit worth driving the extra 15 - 20 minutes, honestly. Plus, there's some nice outdoor seating so you can bring your dog. I will say that the prices are more than I can justify on a regular basis, but it feels like a nice, reasonably healthy splurge. The dishes are thoughtfully composed, well seasoned, and always fresh. Avocado toast is usually a throwaway offering, but they do it right here, fully loaded with pesto, heirloom tomato, and a ton of avocado. There have been some recent changes that are a bummer though. I'm really sad that they seem to have taken the vegan chorizo and potato hash off the menu, which was simply the best brunch dish. Happy hour options are also greatly reduced, leaving very little for vegans, and I'm sorry but on what planet is $8 for pickles a good deal? I still love the place, but it's not in regular rotation.

This is my go to juice spot any time I'm in the city! I love that they serve the juices in glass…read morebottles. There's a lot of fun health items inside as well, I could spend some major time inside. I've had a handful of the juices, but my favorite is the Thai Greens. I've also gotten to try the watermelon drink & one with activated charcoal! Definitely somewhere you should stop by during the summer heat.

Raw Republic is the cutest little trailer/tiny building juice shop in Austin, and while the juices…read moreare pretty pricy, I am obsessed with their juices - particularly the G.L.A.M. I made the decision a few months ago that good juice was worth the cost and Raw Republic is definitely a splurge when I want to switch things up from my typically fresh-squeezed orange juice. The employees are all very friendly, the juices are fresh-pressed, and they run a sustainability program to reward you for recycling your juice glasses with a free juice (whoo!!), so what's not to love? If you have the chance, I definitely recommend checking it out! Word on the street is that they also have fresh, local-made gluten free bread delivered every Friday, but I haven't had the chance to check that out yet. I've tried about 5-6 different flavors so far and all of them have been very good, but G.L.A.M. is the perfect blend of sweet, tangy, and spicy, in my opinion, so it's the one I keep coming back to. Parking can be a bit tricky since it's a relatively small parking lot that is shared between several businesses, but I've yet to have a long wait for parking. The inside of the shop is a very clean, bright, and airy aesthetic, which I feel very much aligns with the business as a whole. They do sell other products as well, and from local vendors like Nuffs (which I also love!) but I mainly come here for the juice. I highly recommend checking out Raw Republic (and be sure to save and return your glass bottles!)

The prices are a bit high BUT I do think it makes sense with the price of all supplies going up. Now, the food is so stupid delicious. It makes me forget that my steak quesadilla and watermelon agua Fresca was $28. And that's not sarcasm, I legit don't care when the food is this good. I usually order a barbacoa taco and an agua Fresca and it is consistently phenomenal. The salsas are delicious, pour both on your food. They have a different flavor profile and both accompany each other well. The staff here is so friendly, they try to get your order quickly, and communicate well when it's ready. Bless the hands that make this amazing food! This location is inside the littlefields location so there's tons of seating and a fenced in play area for kids. It's not a playscape, more so a space to run around with room for tons of imaginative play. Parking here can be dicey, please take notice of the customer parking signs. And for the love, do not block the fire lane. It makes it impossible for people to leave their actual parking spots. Don't act like you don't see it's clearly marked- the employees at besame and Veracruz should NOT have to tell you to move. There's plenty of street parking.

The green salsa was really delicious and added a nice kick. That said, I don't quite understand the pricing? Is it the cute taco packaging sticker? For what you get, it feels overpriced. I could go a minute down the street to another taco truck and get tacos that are just as good (if not better) for about 50% less. Nothing bad here, just nothing particularly special to justify the cost.
