I made an appointment for Wednesday and the guy even sent me an email confirming my appointment. They never showed up or called. I left a voice mail and sent an email and got no response. it has been 24 hours and I have heard nothing from anyone from this company. Missing an appointment and giving no explanation is very unprofessional. I will never do business with them even if it were free. I sincerely believe those 5 reviews that were given 5 stars are fake. What I mean is they wrote that themselves or had their friends do it. There is no way they would get five stars lol. Really? A phone call wouldn't of been that much effort if you couldn't make it. These guys are awesome. They kept every promise made and exceeded all expectations. They did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They worked quickly, thoroughly, and carefully. Unfortunately, not due to their fault, as the carpet dried a spill became visible. I called to see if there was anything I could do to get the stain out. Michaelangelo insisted on returning and redoing the involved area. We made an appointment for that afternoon and he and his crew were waiting for me when I arrived. With the problem solved we chatted for a bit. He is an impressive young man; personable, intelligent, ambitious, sincere, and clearly passionate about giving value and growing his business. Value wise he not only gave me a senior's discount, but he also deducted the price of a stairway because he had to return despite being blameless. He was extremely helpful before he even began the cleaning by helping us breakdown a box spring that our Landlord would've upcharged us on! By far, this place the BEST carpet cleaning service in the area. My 14-year-old stained carpet looked brand new after Juan steamed cleaned the entire house. Guess never paid attention to the difference between steam vs. chemical carpet cleaning but the order from Groupon was apparently for chemical. All the techs did on our carpets was spray, scrub, & wipe with micro pads. Little over $100 for 3 bedrooms, a hallway & couple stairs. Took 1/2 hr, that was it. Was never shown proof of any dirt or grime & they rushed right out leaving me feeling scammed. They even left wet shoe marks all over our non-carpeted floors. Still can't tell that they did a thing other than leaving me with damp smelling carpets. read more

David did such a great job with our townhome. Was very thorough. Was able to remove all of the stains too. Took his time to do each room properly and did not feel like he was rushing. Bought voucher through Living Social. My girlfriend scheduled and they're availability was not properly communicated. Didn't show up at the time we expected, didn't receive a call. Called them to check and Angelo was actually not very helpful. He didn't understand our availability, made rude remarks, laughed and told us we could cancel if we wanted. Be aware, if they tell you they'll be there between a certain time, you will also need to be free passed the scheduled time. They asked us if we were available between 2pm-4pm. When we called around 3pm, he said that Oscar should be arriving around 3:30pm and that the process could could take an hour or more. We asked why he didn't explain that correctly to us and he said that was the arrival time which he had not made clear when scheduling. We tried to reschedule for the only other day available they had, he said between 1pm-3pm and just to make sure we asked if we had to be available passed 3pm because we work at 4pm, he got an attitude and said we can cancel if we wanted. Ideally they should ask customers or warn them to be available for longer then scheduled, be more specific and detailed with explaining their work process, and just be more professional and have better customer service. We're in the process of claiming our refund trough Living Social. They will not be receiving our business the way it was conducted, which he didn't seem to care. We purchased a 4 room cleaning service through Michelangelo Enterprises (we live in Lorton, VA) and could not be more impressed and happy with the services provided! We added stairs and the odor eliminator treatments and Luis personally ensured the quality of the work was to our satisfaction. We had slight concerns the odor in our dog's room was not completely eliminated and Luis came out on his own to personally retreat that room, left us with a free sample of carpet cleaner and was incredibly generous and professional. Clearly they take great pride in customer service, a rare company to find who actually stands by "the customer is always right". I know it's ridiculous to be this excited about clean carpets, but seriously, I'm ecstatic. My husband and I thought we'd have to replace our carpet soon but Juan saved the day. He was able to get all the stains out and restore our carpet. It looks incredible. We did a Groupon and then paid extra for the stairs ($2 per stair, $4 per landing). It was well worth the price. You may want to ask them about price matching Groupon vs. buying a Groupon as they may be willing to do so. The only reason I'm marking this as 4 stars and not 5 is because they were an hour late past the general timeframe I was given. But they called to let me know they were running late which I appreciated. They don't use strong chemicals which is nice because I don't have to deal with the smell, but the cleaning solution they used still did a great job in removing stains and cleaning the carpet overall. I definitely recommend this company, just make sure you keep your schedule flexible in case they're running behind. read more

I received this service with a Groupon and could not be happier. I have used other carpet cleaners before but NO ONE came close to the job Juan did on our carpets. We were ready to get rid of our bedroom carpet, it was so dingy and stained, but seriously.......after Juan's work, it looks brand new. He got rid of stains that we had worked on so often with no success. The other cleaning services said they would always be permanent and could not be removed. Wrong. The same incredible job was done on our well-worn family room carpet. I had asked about steps beforehand and was given the additional charge and it was so well worth it. We we so pleased with the final job that we decided to pay for a stain protection application. It was not pushed on us at all, in fact, I think I asked if they had one (wanting to keep our carpets looking so good!). Juan showed up on time and was just a great guy.
