Worst place ive ever been. Went in for an oil change, was told an hour wait. 1.5 hours later my truck is still in the parking lot. 2 hours later they finally got my truck in, after the guy who came in after me. Gave me the whole spill about how all this stuff is wrong with my truck like they did to every customer b4 me. Told them just do the oil. I hear the guy working on my truck say "oh fuck".....he put the oil in the coolant tank....how does that even happen. Now i have to wait for them to flush out the radiator. But hey they tried to make up for it by say they wont charge to fix there screw up read more

Definitely never coming back here they treat their customers worse than I treat random strangers. I paid $88 to get a oil change and they refuse to rotate my tires and when I came to pick the car up and ask them why they just said it was because they didn't think the tires need to be rotated even though a free tire rotation is included in the $80 oil change package. The manager at the front desk tried to play the role of a nice guy from The Brady Bunch and talked a bunch of stories about Alabama basketball and March Madness and I politely listen to him run his mouth and then I made the mistake of I'm giving this shop a second chance and when I brought the car back to get my headlight fixed I asked them to manually reset the maintenance light that they failed to reset during my $80 oil change and they verbally promised that they would get rid of the maintenance light it's a pretty easy thing to do but then they refuse to do it because that's how lazy and misleading the front desk manager is it's just ridiculous the price they charge and attack they don't even do the service that they charge for read more

I've had a complete break job done on my car. 6 months later the breaks developed hot spots on the pads and rotors. I took it in for it to get fixed and they wanted to charge me for rotors because they were down to the requirements for safety. Haha! The oldest trick in the book! I'm not going to pay over $1000 dollars for a good break job. I recommend that you don't go to this company for anything. read more

So, went online to make sure to get the same tires I had last time, chose the tires, received the coupon..both had the location address listed, emailed the appointment request in..even listed the the coupon code in the description/nite section. When I walked in to get in line to check in for my 12:30 to 2 appointment.. I was in line .. one of the two reps at the registers said.i know I don't look busy but I'm on the phone with 8 different people... OK.. I was helped eventually, and gave them my appointment time..bypassed the quote I had this morning and added the quote I had from my last visit....with higher prices tires . Since he had it up,I asked he remove a service from my new quote that was on my last that was not required, I was met with a questioning face like what are you talking about,making me look crazy.. when I said I had a quote, he said well that was online. I asked does that mean I have to go elsewhere because you're not going to honor it? He reacted out loud.. with a comment.. At the end of the day I had to request he use my quote and the coupon I had with the locations address on it. I came here yesterday to have the rear brakes done. They were completed quickly and everyone was professional. They even went $5 under the lowest estimate I had. My opinion almost went south, however, when I noticed a clunking noise when going over bumps. It wasn't there before AND it was coming from the front. Now mind you they took my tires off the front and pulled my pads as a courtesy brake inspection. Naturally my first thought was "All I wanted was my rear brakes done. What did they do to my car and what is this going to cost me?" Imagine my surprise when labor was free and the part was only $30. They actually didn't do anything wrong (it's an older car) and the part giving out was just a weird coincidence. It needed replacing anyway. Regardless of that, they took good care of me and my car. I was in and out in 20 minutes this time. With no clunking and new appreciation that Midas takes customer satisfaction very seriously. Great job guys. Kudos to you. read more

Great customer service. Honesty is the best policy and with Midas I feel like I could trust them with my vehicle on many repairs.

I went in for the oil change and asked for the free tire rotation. They told me everything was good with my car just probably need new tires. I asked if they did the tire rotation and they said they did. The staff was nice. However, my husband already told me i needed new tires so i wasnt surprised and before i went to my appointment he had marked my tires to see if they will actually rotate it. They did not rotate it after they said they did. My husband also marked the oil filter, luckily and suprisingly they did do that otherwise he wouldve went back there and raise hell. I didnt know they didnt rotate my tires. It sucks because not very many women pay attention or know which is exactly why my husband did what he did. And he was right. To top it all off, the oil change was way more expensive than i was told even with the $20 off coupon. I knew i shouldve asked my husband if i should pay that but they already had my car on the lift. I shouldve said something anyway. Lesson learned. Wont be returning here anymore. I was better off letting my husband do everything. read more

I don't even want to give them one single star. This place was absolutely horrendous. 10 hours to fix a ac actuator. The wrong part got ordered 3 times. The front desk person is such a scam artist. He told every single person that came in that there was at least 10 things were wrong with their vehicles. I got to sit there and witness the fabrications. The tech guys were alright. I rarely do reviews but wanted to share about a customer service experience which deserves a rave review. I was frantically looking for a shop that would fix an unknown leak into my floorboards. After asking 3 auto shops, Midas offered to help and I'm so grateful. Turns out it was a plugged hose and they were so helpful and fixed it in minutes. While there they also agreed to fix my ignition even though it was an add on problem. I really appreciate Arthur who was so kind and helpful and his manager Buddy. Thank you!! read more

This is a good option if needing a repair done on a Saturday, and can't wait until Monday. Or if it's just more convenient to do repairs on the weekend. (I basically had both of the above reasons to go here once.) I will say that the mechanic himself is very honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. However, desk (sales) person is just that, a sales person. I would always want a quote on charges once the vehicle has been looked at and diagnosed. The hourly labor price is the same as anywhere else; however, it seems to me they markup their parts. They order their parts from Napa Auto Parts. The coolant hose was way more expensive than what it actually costs. read more

I came here because it was the first "brand name" auto shop I found semi close to my house. As a woman, I had it in my head that they would try to sell me repairs I did not need to make a bigger sale, I was wrong! From start to finish everyone was professional, kind and efficient. I am not car repair savvy and I went in there needing a new battery and guess what? That was all that I walked out of there with. No recommendations or extra bs on things i should get repaired, then again my car is just a couple of years old so it shouldnt have needed anything major fixed. Overall I liked this place and would consider using them in the future for any other car repairs or oil changes. read more

They were alright. They tried to upsale me more than I like. They also left my windows rolled down when they were finished. That bothers me because I wasn't there waiting for it, so it sat in their parking lot with the windows rolled down. PUT THE WINDOWS UP AND LOCK MY DOORS. Took both of our older cars in for brakes, on different days. Also need a valve stem replacement on one tire. On both visits, my husband spoke with Arthur, who was so professional and courteous. We were in and out quickly on both visits and are so happy with the repairs and the response time. We were given accurate quotes, with no surprise or hidden costs. Highly recommend this location. Sometimes you bring your car to a place where they don't seem to help, and try to how a bunch of fees arguing you that it'll cost that much to just diagnose things. Broke my stud then charged me to replace it for only a diagnosis. Don't take your car here, for diagnosis. *Edited, after posting they were much nicer and covered the diagnosis cost for the brakes just charged me half for the replacement stud on my tire. read more

they were open on Sunday. this alone is great. my car broke down and left me stranded in a tough spot. they fixed the main issue. theyre great for auto service but couldnt fix my other issue which was electrical. still well worth the price. my only low point was it took awhile. had to leave car overnight but it was not at all unreasonable due to me coming in on a sunday. thanks guys! yall saved me. read more

This was my first visit to this store and it was a very good experience. I went in for a brake check and was pleasantly surprised when they told me that my brakes were still in good condition. They did recommend some new tires for my vehicle and I appreciate that they did an assessment of that without my having to ask. I was also happy that they didn't take forever to get done with my car. The manager was very friendly and personable. I trusted his recommendations. I will return in a few months to get my brakes checked again at this store. read more

All of a sudden, they will now be charging to add oil even though I just paid for an oil change over a month ago. read more

I was in Fresno visiting family when I needed brake service, and Midas was able to accommodate me with a Saturday appointment. Their prices are so reasonable (especially compared to what the BMW service place charges), and the staff (especially Art) are very helpful, honest and knowledgeable. I had a check engine light on and decided to bring it in. They charged me $65 to do a "diagnostic" test and took two whole hours to do it. The procedure basically involves plugging a scanner in the car's port to get the diagnostic code, something that should not take them two whole hours, AND I later found out Autozone does this for absolutely free. Well I'll be taking my business somewhere else next time, I've learned my lesson with these guys read more
