They take care of all of our cars. I have 2 kids driving very old vehicles, and I never worry because of the guys at Camms. They have never let us down, and also they have never been wrong about a mechanical issue. If they say your car needs something, it really and truly does. All of the mechanics are polite, and I have never heard any colorful or rude language, even in the background. Got there at 11:10 am checked in and the same gentleman I spoken to was the one whom checked me in, took the keys to my car and said we will be with you in a few minutes, I proceeded to wait... 15 minutes later another guest came in for a evaluation on her tires and got taken before me. She didn't have a appointment or reservation. I still proceeded to wait as they were the only pace available in the area that could fix the tire. Mind you the same gentleman jemal I believe it's his name was just standing in the work area looking in to a computer this entire time while everyone was working. A employee came out the one that had taken the lady prior to me and I asked him how much longer was my tire going to take, he proceeded to tell me that they were short staffed and only had 1 person working in the back. This guys are was attending to all the guest while Jemal just continued to be in the computer. It wasn't till 12:44 that my tire was fixed !!! Yes it was my choice to proceed with the service but this establishment has very poor communication skills and management doesn't care at all about having common courtesy of there guest times..

I was very satisfied. They even gave good advice on tire fluctuation for the different times of seasonal changes. And there was no charge due to i bought my tires there and there was basically nothing wrong with the tire. Tabby & staff were very very good. Due to a great cost the car was returned a few days later for the replacement of the other (2) tires. Upon arrival, Ms Ortiz, a manager accepted the car after I explained that tire situation. After about an hour & 1/2 the vehicle was now ready for check out. An Assistant Manager , Lala called out to close out the purchase. I have to say this location is in need of much better service to the customer. NO I mean NO manager, Supervisor or Cashier should ever be talking on the phone to a customer, be eating food(donuts), accept a walk in customer information while still on the phone. This behavior is totally unacceptable & a disrespect to both the customer on the phone & the customer standing before the Manager. It appears that much more training is needed here. Also, the cell phone was picked up & used while the customer was standing & patiently waiting. This was serious multitasking yet not at all appropriate or fair to the customers. Hopefully, these matters will be addressed & appropriate customer service will be provided as soon as possible. The environment was clean

I pondered about do I want to do this my self? Or go somewhere that will treat me with respect, tariffs or no tariffs. I stopped in at Mufflers 4 Less explaining what work that I believed that I needed, I had already went to Auto Zone and purchased the parts and asked for a quote. They examined the vehicle and quoted me 200.00 bucks for labor. They told me it was kind of busy and it would take about an 90 minutes I told them, have at it. I called my wife, she picked me up, they called me 1 hour later said that they were finished and didn't have to use all of the parts that Moe Manny and Joe said that I needed. With that being said I told them to also fix a exhaust leak that I had on the vehicle, I used the money that I had saved on taking the unused parts back to pay for that work that I needed. I am now a happy camper. The brakes don't squeal and the exhaust doesn't howl anymore on my 16 year old Toyota 5 speed. Low and slow is the way to go.

Once they took the back tires off, the owner told me that if I was paying with a credit card it would be a 4 percent extra charge. I told him that I was not going to pay extra and insisted that they put the tires back on. I left the shop and went to a more reputable shop and was told that I didn't need rear brakes. The owner of this establishment is ripping people off. I would not recommend this business. The owner is very shady, can't be trusted. Plus they stole a pack of disinfectant wipes from my car. If steal wipes, please do not leave anything of value in your car.

When I took my vehicle in for service, they broke one of the bolts holding the lug nut on the wheel. Their "repair" wasn't to factory restoration quality and looked unsightly.
