If I could give zero stars I would. I took my truck in due to brake issues as I had used Midas elsewhere and it was a lifetime warranty. Mark Vasquez, The manager should not be in charge of any automotive shops anywhere, they did a BS test drive and fake measurement of my pads and told me all was good. I asked for a solution to the braking issues and requested he provide me one, his answer was to just come get my truck. Claiming I cursed at him on the phone (didn't happen) I stated this is the worst customer service I've ever received. Took it 4 miles down the road to another Midas and the found a TBS bulletin that was covered under warranty and a safety issue. $1800 revenue job lost at this location. Additionally, letting faulty vehicles leave their shop without care is a major issue. Ownership, terminate this guy and start over. You are losing revenue and customer faith. read more

ZERO stars and here's why: I went there this morning and asked for a basic oil change with conventional oil on my 2011 Toyota Rav 4. The employee took my car key and went out to the car and popped the hood. He came back in and told me "your oil cap says 0W 20 and 5W 20. So the only thing I can do is the Synthetic Oil, $69.99" I told him that my car has 123,000. miles on it, with regular oil changes, and has never had synthetic oil yet. Again he pointed to this chart taped to the counter and said, "nope, 69.99." I drove less than a mile up the street and got my oil changed. read more

I own a 2013 Ford Escape. Ford RECOMMENDS a 5000 miles synthetic. Because I drive for a living, I automatically change my oil every 3000 miles. The gentleman as the counter, though kind, refused to give the service that *I* requested for *MY* vehicle. I wanted the basic conventional oil change. He refused based on Fords RECOMMENDATION. I'm sorry, who exactly owns my vehicle? Hint: I have the pink slip. He said this was what the owner said to do. If that's the case, the owner is an idiot and needs to learn the difference s between a recommendation and a requirement. If Ford pays for it, fine. But I'm the one who has to change the oil every two weeks. DO AS THE CUSTOMER TELLS YOU TO DO!! read more

So I brought my car in 3 weeks ago bc it was rapidly losing coolant. Obviously there was a leak so I had them inspect my car by doing a pressure test. They told me I needed several things done, yeah my car is old, but I thought they had to do all that to fix the leak. It cost me $331. Three days later my coolant light came on again. I thought it was a spark plug going out. Then, my car started overheating. When I called them, they told me they didn't find a leak and that it might be leaking now..imagine my frustration as a girl. I felt I had been manipulated into getting some work done on my car that could have waited. So I had it evaluated elsewhere and whatyaknow THEY found the leak! So again I have to fork out quitie a bit of money to fix the water pump but it would have been nice if it was done the first time round. To sum it up, if you're a woman STAY THE EFF AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They will sucker you! read more

Where to start on the reasons you should NOT go here. I used to visit these guys years back when they were under different ownership and had a positive experience. Last time around, very different story. 1.) Arrived early in the morning, was asked to move my car because I was in a space that was, not marked, but apparently the manager's space. 2.) They said it was something that after making a few calls, to another Midas even, I discovered my car year/make/model didn't even have one of those. 3.) They did work, brought it back to me with it worse than before. When I called to ask what was going on and could they fix what they were supposed to fix, I was told to bring it tomorrow because and I quote, "we have families too and it's the end of the day." 4.) They tried to sell me on another repair. Following my experience with a simple repair they could not do right, I declined. Suddenly a repair they quoted me $300 was offered to me at $45. Following this experience I decided to never return. This is on top of the staff being rude to not only me, but other customers. A gentleman was kicked out for sticking up for another customer while there. Their work is unreliable. They do not seem to know what they are doing. Are very unprofessional and their price just did not seem honest. Glad I've found another honest mechanic since who found the real problem and charge me a fair price. Beware. read more

Took my vehicle in for an easy recharge on a new compressor i had installed. After being told only about 15 min, hour and a half later they tried to feed me some b.s. on why i needed to spend more money to fix things that that were already inspected by a personal friend mechanic. I recieved attitude from these stooges. An hour after leaving my vehicle has a ticking in the engine and not running well. I believe they sabotaged something because i disnt fall for their b.s. calling someone a mechanic at midas is like calling a mcdonalds employee a chef. We just bought a used car that had some issues that were actually minor but seemed big to us... a knocking in the AC. They were able to fit us in and fix the problem quickly and without racking up charges, which is my fear as a woman going to a mechanic. The entire staff were friendly and even said good morning from the garage as I passed by. The front desk receptionist is a mechanic so he understood what I was saying. I went to this location with a really bad grinding noise on my breaks. They was able to work with my budged and suggested some other work that was needed. The front desk guy was very informative and took his time to explained and give me estimates and prices. When he told me I really needed a tune up that I couldn't afford at that price he make it happen within my budget. I have my car since 2012 and have never have a tune up!! Im horrible at this stuff! As soon as I parked my car. I was helped and pointed to the right direction. I entered the office and they walked me through it and set me up with an oil change and a free tire rotation (with my coupon). Within 5 minutes, my car was up and getting worked on. The guys here are very friendly and very efficient. The man in the front desk showed me what was getting worked on and what I could possibly need replaced. 20 minutes later, my car is out and ready to go. Definitely recommend! Terrible. They tried to charge me for something they did not do and overcharged me on top of that. When I asked them about it, they performed the service, then the mechanic gave me attitude and tried to turn it on me. He basically told me you get what you pay for.
