    Chicken Midnight Frankie
    Italug D.

I don't leave many reviews on Yelp but felt the need to do so today. I was getting tired of the same old burritos and luckily I came across Midnight Mana and saw this on the menu. This Frankie is next level! Normally when I've ordered burritos in the past, they've come soggy and unappealing. Not this one! Perfectly toasted wrap, bold, flavorful filling, and big enough to satisfy your cravings. You know it's legit when you don't even realize how fast it's gone while enjoying some Sunday Night Football! I will definitely be ordering for round two and looking to try new items off this menu!

Awesome food. Great modern take on traditional Indian food. The chicken samosas were exceptional. Can't wait to order from here again.

Their cocktail menu is by far the best I've tasted across different bars l, especially due to their Indian take on classic recipes! Sholay for the win! The restaurant itself was so beautiful, paintings of classic Indian film moments, and each bite of our food was a special take on classic Indian dishes. The taste, portion & quality were exceptional. Kudos to the chef! Will certainly be back here again!

The priority for us was good food and beautiful ambiance, and we got so much more. The planning process was very smooth, Jyoti was very helpful in helping us create a menu with plenty of food and to organize when everything would come out. She also hooked us up with her flower vendor who was incredibly talented, flexible and reasonably priced. The private event space is gorgeous. It didn't really need much, we only added flowers. The food is phenomenal, literally no notes, EVERYTHING was excellent. They offer creative takes on classic dishes. They kept the food and drinks rolling. Sandeep was a very attentive server and made us feel taken care of. Great place for a meal or an event, pricing was very reasonable.

The butter chicken, chicken tikka masala and "badass" chicken were standout dishes to me. The cocktails were just okay. I did not like the Delhi Nights cocktail. The service was friendly, yet he was very busy. The service was a little slow, so be mindful of that if you're in a rush. The place is downtown so parking can be difficult. And be mindful of your surroundings as the area can be sketchy at night. The restaurant itself is cozy with a small dining room downstairs and a handful of tables upstairs.

We had their Chicken Tikka and Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice and Naan. For starters, the food was amazing, and the service, too, was amazing. Both easily ranked at the top of what I've had. The pricing, however, is definitely steeper. Most Indian food spots serve complimentary naan or have rice included or at a small surcharge. Here, however, it's like $6... each. And this is on top of a price that is already above average. Outside of the nickel-and-dime pricing, the ambiance was nice and quiet. The water was also very tasty and served in a jar that was easy to refill, and our server took really good care of us.

My friend got Indian food a few weeks ago so I felt inspired to get some too (or Pakistani food,…read morenot sure). Regardless, I've been here a few times and have always enjoyed it. I love how big the naan is that they give you. They make it fresh too. Even though I've tried a bunch of their skewers, this time I tried the fish karahi, which came with my choice of naan or rice. I chose naan. It was really good but it was a little too spicy for me. The cashier told me they could add yogurt the next time around. However, what really stood out is how the fish was cooked. I feel in American restaurants, fish is just cooked in a way that makes it just taste ok. However, at like Chinese restaurants, they really know how to make the fish taste amazing and have it be so plump and juicy. They make their fish like that here! The juicy and plump way where you're just like, "Wow I just want to keep eating this!" I also got a chicken roll too which is fried and crispy. Good appetizer. They also have water for free here too but I didn't see the dispenser so I just brought something from my car in. The ambiance is cozy here. Nice seating area. Worth visiting if you want really good LA Indian food and haven't been spoiled by extraordinary SF Indian food.

The seasoning and spices were on point. Great flavors, the right amount of heat, and something you can't really get elsewhere. My main issue was the quality of meat. Since this is supposed to be an affordable lunch spot, the meat was lower quality and really hindered the dishes. Too much fat, too much skin, too much gristle. I would love to see these spices on higher quality meat, that to me would be a 5/5.
